We had a fantastic experience with this company last year replacing a fogged up pentagon shaped window above our fireplace in our living room. They were able to replace just the window without taking out the whole frame and casing, which saved us a great deal of money over other bids. The staff maintained great communication throughout, were timely and worked fast, and did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards. After a harsh, cold winter, the window is still as clear as the day installed.Thus, we called as happy returning customers to have a non-working shower door replaced in a downstairs bathroom.Daryl came today to give us a bid two days after my initial contact with them. He wore a mask and took his shoes off in the hallway. He explained how replacing the old shower door would create a few remodeling issues. This we are not currently ready for.However, after inspecting the door carefully, he gave me this offer; “I will do my best to fix it so it will be in working condition. If I fix it, I will have to charge you $95, if I don’t fix it, I will charge you nothing.”Well, my hero of this week Daryl worked his magic right then and there and made the door works as new!!! It now opens and closes smoothly, seals tight, and makes no more noice in the process. Worth every penny of what was charged, perhaps even more.Oh my gosh, I love this company.

Glass and Mirror Outlet are very capable, friendly, professional craftsmen. We had just the glass replaced in 10 windows, all wood Marvins with fogged 40-year-old glass, and the result is crystal-clear. Fantastic work and good employees! Their estimator arrived on time and was pleasant, professional and spoke with no pressure. Office workers were all very pleasant, enjoyable folks who called and followed up. Very good office staff.Before we allow anyone to work on our home we insist that established companies have Work Comp in addition to Liability. Its important to us. It shows that a company stands behind their important installers in addition to being good corporate citizens. After-all, if a company is willing to skirt the law, what regard will they have for you? Well, Glass and Mirror eagerly provided these documents. Everything checked out so we hired them.The crew came on time, actually a bit early, and finished early. They were very professional, neighborly workers and took the time to do a quality job. They removed shoes, covered carpeting and worked in a tidy manner. I couldnt be happier and will actively recommend Glass and Mirror Outlet to others and continue to use them when opportunities come up!

I purchased several mirrors for my business and was charged DOUBLE than their competitors. They totally got me. I was not diligent in my research because we were in the middle of opening our new location. There was not enough hours in the day for me to research and no, I did not request a rush which would seemingly be rights to up-charge. I figured the quotes would all be within a few hundred dollars but THOUSANDS?! When I told them I felt ripped off they asked for my quotes which I sent them and I never heard back. They didnt even attempt to make amends. Note to self: MAKE BETTER CHOICES

Not really an outlet in modern terms of discount glass./ mirror. Prices are higher than competition on the whole. Time frames for glass to be cut are long, even if simple. Staff is professional and can answer questions.

If there were six stars, I would give them six! Fantastic company! The tech showed up on time for the measurements and gave me a price on the spot that was lower than other competitors. They were extremely cordial on the phone when I called to set up the appointment.The installers came today and also showed up on time (love that!), explained thoroughly what they were going to do and how long it would take, installed 5 new window panes in less than an hour and explained the warranty!I couldnt be happier with this company and will recommend it to anyone who needs replacement window panes!

We ordered a glass table top and were quoted 2-3 weeks. After 5 weeks, they got it in and the size was wrong. Now at 6 weeks, the new one is in, but they cant get an inspection done because they dont have the resources to inspect product every day. No urgency to meet promises. We could have gone somewhere else for 3 day turnaround for not a whole lot more money instead of waiting 6+ weeks.

Worked with them several years ago and ordered glass inserts made for our cabinets. They replaced one with a defect without hassle. Easy to work with.

Dropped off 2 tables to have glass cut for tops. They said it would be ready in a week. Called today and they said it would be ANOTHER week because they only do round cuts on Wednesdays and they had overbooked for this week and I missed the cut off for last Wednesday (dropped off early afternoon last Wed). I wanted done because we have company coming. I would have brought elsewhere had I known there was risk of not getting done in time. Not cheap either $170 for two 18 pieces. (a) They shouldnt have promised if there was any chance theyd miss it, especially by an entire week (b) They should have called me to let me know rather than me having to follow up with them. Very disappointed.

Incomptent front desk staff overcharged credit card $100. They dont know how to void a transaction. Trying to refund but now bank processing for 3-4 days and money is tied up instead of immediately issuing money back because they dont know how to void transaction. 6 people there and all ignoring any attempts for help. So completely upset. If they are his incomptent at using a credit card machine, they arent going to be good at anything else. Train your staff! Now you have a very upset person.
