Midland was a good company to work with up til the completion of the project. I called them a couple of months after I paid them over $30k to install storefronts at my business. To some thats chump change but as a small business owner it didnt come easy. Visually the storefronts looked great but the caulking around the tops and bottoms has been a nightmare. Every-time it rains, there is water that leaks from the tops and bottom of the glass - which over time has leaked so much the brand new wood floors are now warped. I spoke to Andrew and Tim and both have conveniently ignored and put it off long enough for me to be outside of the warranty ! I went with them and paid the retail mark-up because I thought I would receive a decent level of service but it turns out that I was just another number and likely not big enough to warrant their full attention, so at least I can share my experience here in hopes that they do not let these details slip for future customers. I gave the 2x stars because they at least showed up when they said they would and completed the project which doesnt seem like a lot to ask but in the world of contracting, I was at least appreciative of that. If you Midland guys see this and would like to make good on the situation, id be happy to update my review, but if not, thats okay too!

They will stall on fixing issues and tell you the warranty has ran out. Small developers be ware..
