Alexa and Superior Auto are beyond helpful and honest. She walked us through every step and went out of her way to make sure we got a great deal and a great vehicle. I have 2 vehicles and only one is from them. The one from them is way older than my other and cost more. They charge way to much for an older vehicle. My vehicle from them is only booked valued below $2000 but I still owe almost $7000 and have paid every payment on time for almost 2 years. That’s a ripoff and I will never buy another car from them again. I’m checking into what can be done about what they charge for vehicles compared to what they are booked valued at. I do believe it’s illegal for them to be doing that.

7 July 2021 I went to payoff car and and the service from Keosha was very rude and unprofessional. So I called the finance company and they spoke with the lady that was rude and made her accept the payment and after receiving the payment I received a receipt with a balance of 10,000 plus dollars as a balance left and that was incorrect because I just gave her the remaining balance to payoff car . So on 8 July 2021 Alexa from Superior Auto called very rudely at 10:25 a.m. stating stop calling corporate like I dont know my job and thats the only receipt that you getting. And after speaking rudely she stated someone else will be adjusting your other vehicle account.

I love my new car‼️🥰 Great people I been with Superior for about 2 years now this will be my second good car from them. At first I was in a 06 Mercury Milan but I was in a terrible accident which wasn’t my fault. But it totaled my baby 😩😭 had good car insurance which helped a whole lot an the people at Superior put me in my new 2012 Ford Fusion that I love an am very thankful for.... I would give zero stars if I could.. The car they sold me was great until the 3 day exchange period was past. After that the whole car started falling apart. After about 6 months the power steering went out while I was driving. The fuel tank was missing bolts and the strap was held up with a shoe string. They would call me at 9 am every time my payment was due. If I didn’t return the call within a few hours they would call again... I worked 3rd shift so I was never awake that early. I decided to return the vehicle because I owed more than the value and it needed thousands of dollars worth of work. They kept sending me letters wanting me to come get the car back that I said I didn’t want. If you give the car back or have it repossessed, expect a bunch of letters and to be taken to court over the matter. There are far better places to purchase a car from that won’t sell you an unsafe car.

This a but here pay here lot. Yes I know you know that you will pay a higher interest rate. If you need a car they WILL help you get a car. Listen there are 8 buy here pay here lots in town. Superior has the lowest rates of all the lots. They DO report to all three credit bureaus. This loan has raised my score by 70 points. They set payment plans you can afford and they dont demand your tax refund money. Highly recommend them. They have good reliable cars trucks and suvs. If they dont have what you are looking for on the lot talk to Shane he can probably get it. Just tell them I sent you they will treat you like an old friend

Do not buy a vehicle from here. Bought a way over priced Dodge Ram from here. A week later paint flakes off the frame show lots of rust and have had nothing but problems from the truck since. If your a day late they will repo your vehicle. High interest rates as expected from a buy here pay here. Nice worker but terrible cars and bad repo policy.

Friend bought an 11000 car and it broke down almost immediately. They sell lemons. Do not purchase anything from them. Inferior auto is more like it.
