I wanted to purchase my 2021 Highlander Hybrid at Toyota of Hopkinsville, but unfortunately they were unable to get the particular trim and color I wanted without a long wait and I wound up going out of state. However, I took the vehicle to them yesterday for its first oil change and tire rotation, and I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff was friendly and helpful and the customer lounge was comfortable, with a very nice young lady who asked the nature of my visit and offered her assistance if I needed anything. Please do not do any business at all with Toyota of Hopkinsville, especially if you are military or retired military. I am an 83 year old disabled veteran and I went in to do business with them. I did business with them on a Wednesday and went back on a Thursday because my wife did not want the vehicle and did not sign the title. They were closed so I had to go back on Friday. When I talked with them on Friday they said that it was too late that the paperwork had been contracted. They wanted me to buy my own vehicle back for nearly $15,000. After negotiating they said the best they would do is allow me to buy my vehicle back for nearly $9,000. I am now in debt for nearly $9,000. They have their vehicle and have nearly $9,000 for which I have derived no service or product. I offered to give them something for their time and paperwork but they refused. The ones that ripped me off were, Jason Spiegel, Dennis Reader, Randy Trogden, and Brad Tyson. But I wouldnt trust anyone at that dealership. Beware, Im warning you. Toyota of Hopkinsville, KY. will rip you off. They need to be reported to the Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board and requested to be declared off-limits.

I was very hesitant to go to a dealership to fix my issue because the cost is usually high and dealerships usually try to sell you more then you need ... but that definitely wasn’t the case here. I told them my issue and they fixed it without blowing a smoke screen saying I needed this or that so that was greatly appreciated. From the minute you pull on the lot. Everyone is nice and helpful. They do not pressure you to buy and answer all your questions. After buying the vehicle. Since their prices are so good.They go over everything about the car. They even set up your phone to the radio and for apps. That is what I call full service! I highly recommend doing business there. Josh is my go-to guy at this Toyota location. He has taken care of me and my car for years. I know that I can trust him and the service workers to take excellent care of me. I needed some work done this past weekend, but someone else was working that day. I remembered right after leaving about the military discount that Josh usually applied without asking. I was quite unhappy to be missing out on ~$75 worth of discount. I called back on Monday and they were able to retroactively apply the military discount. I was pleased to witness that their customer service is truly exceptional all around. I highly recommend this team. They will take great care of you.

I had a quick and friendly tire rotation. The staff were very accommodating and the service was prompt.

I had an appointment and it still took an hour and 15 minutes just to rotate my tires. I understand that bad days happen. It just seems like I’m always there on a bad day.

When we came back from vacation it was already done!!! I switched from Madisonville Toyota to Hopkinsville Toyota because of negative experiences I had in Madisonville. I had heard good things about Hopkinsville Toyota....I am not sure I will go back. The staff at Hopkinsville Toyota service department were not very professional and I had to ask them where to wait while they worked on my vehicle. I went back out to ask Josh about a leaking sunroof and was told he didn’t have time to look at that and would note it in my chart so we could make an appointment to get it looked at....well...didn’t happen. When my vehicle was finished I walked out to get it and the staff members were playing around with my car. On the way home I noticed the mileage got put in the system wrong and now my sticker in the car is incorrect. I called back today and am waiting to hear back if they can get it changed or if I have to take off work to drive back to Hopkinsville (an hour from my house) to get it taken care of. All in all, I felt way out of place there and more than likely will go somewhere else next time.

The first vehicle that I was purchasing through you was supposed to be real good condition but was not informed that it needed a rear alignment with strut to be purchased. The second vehicle I was purchasing was a good one it was too bad that your sales representatives didnt let somebody know it would be in their great interest to have it serviced with you all due to the warranty work that I didnt get because of it all in all I like you all but I wont go back again

I had a paint recall and they took my car in the same day when I had been fighting to get this fixed since February at another Toyota dealership. The guys at the collision center did an awesome job with the paint and then they even cleaned and detailed my car. They were all very professional and Im extremely happy with their service.
