This is the place to take your car for body work. They do an amazing job. I was hit by someone and damage was done to the front side on the passenger side of my car. They keep you updated about the status of your car. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would to get it back. Customer service was great and my car looks better than it did when I bought it off the lot!!

The work they did to repair my car was excellent. They keep you updated along the way and my car was ready one week before the estimated completion date. If necessary I would definitely use Calliber again.

Please dont bring your car here. I got sideswiped and it took them 3 months to paint one side of the car and replace two pieces. They were terrible at communicating and rescheduled the work multiple times while keeping my car on their lot. They have a communication system through text and they use it but not in a detailed or professional manner that gives you peace of mind. Although conveniently located there is very little parking and you cannot see or access your car once it is given to them. I would not recommend this place to my enemies because everyone values their car and these people do not.

I am dissatisfied with the service I received. The vehicle was just serviced and no mechanical issues were found. Suddenly after a nearly a month of waiting and week of delay notifications, the car was miraculously ready on the last day it was possible for my insurance to pay for my rental car. At about 4:30 in the afternoon I was called and told my vehicle was almost complete and it was being washed. No mention of issues. I arrive at nearly 5 on a Friday afternoon, turn in the keys to my rental, sign off, pay my balance, and at the point to where I’m almost ready to leave. Then the technician tells me that they had a problem with the alternator. There were numerous other occasions when this could have been mentioned before the Friday afternoon pick up. At this time it was inconvenient for me to take my car to a mechanic they would all be closed on the weekend. And I was told that “I could make it home,” but not anywhere else. The worry about even making it home, or to being able to make it to a mechanic on Monday, after working all day, and being told that my vehicle may not be fully operational after a month of waiting on it is truly unsettling. I feel these actions were very unprofessional, and unethical.

Caliber Collision in Horn Lake is an excellent place to have your car repaired. They did an excellent job on my car, it was restored to the same way after my Collision, it looked brand spanking new!! Each day Caliber employees kept me informed with what was happening with my repairs. I appreciated Caliber Collision of Horn Lake.

From the moment I walked into the front office at Caliber Collision I was made to feel like their most important customer. I was initially hesitant to go to a place recommended by insurance, but USAA did it right. Besides the outstanding customer service provided by Shonda and the rest of the staff the quality of the repair was exceptional. I was concerned because of the unusual damage done to our Chevy Equinox. I was updated often on the progress of the repair. The work was completed sooner than promised and it looks as good as new! I will without hesitation recommend this shop to my friends and family. If you are reading this, I recommend this shop to you also.

I put my car 1 month ago and they told me car must be ready in 15 day also they tell me car is ready in two days but when i go to caliber they said another two day.another two day . Had my vehicle repaired at the Memphis location and this shop addressed a minor issue that I had no questions asked!! Great service at all locations!!

Took vehicle in for repairs because this is where our insurance company suggested. All repairs were completed except one item because of the height of our vehicle. Caliber Collision stated they would give us the difference of the cost and we can take our vehicle to our body shop who could accommodate us. No problem. It has been over 3 months and nothing but lie after lie with each and every call. I will not say excuse because once we were told the check was being picked up that day by FedEx and we would have it in 2 days. Check never came. When we called back we were told due to Covid this,, due to Covid that. We are going to call USAA and let them handle this. I dont understand the lies. That creates a trust issue, which I will relay to the insurance company as well.***update: 3 days after this review and emailing customer service we did receive our check. Thank you.

They fixed it in a GREAT time, I was shocked at how fast they worked. And it was GREAT quality! They kept me updated through text. I worked with Jesse and he was SUPER friendly and great to work with. They took care of everything with the insurance company and even gave me a ride to rent-a-car because their wait time was so long and they didn’t want me to have to wait that long. Did a great job of replacing my windshield! Everything good with my heads up display, blind spot warning detectors, etc. Staff are vary nice Country people.

While the quality of the workmanship was as expected, the professionalism of the technician and manager was below average. Someone pulled the drivers seat all the way back and reclined it, and also got grease on the inside of the door and seat but didnt clean it before I picked up my car. Then the manager, Mark, was adamant with a 100% guarantee that those things were in that condition when the car was brought in although he never saw the vehicle before the technician moved the vehicle to inside the shop to start repairs. I told him the door and seat were not that dirty when the car was brought in, then he showed me his forearms and told me there was no way he could have caused it. I told him it was more than likely the technician...and that the technician probably moved the seat but didnt return the seat and door to the condition it was in before I brought the car in. He also accused me of just trying to find something to complain about. While the workmanship and repairs were completed to my satisfaction, I believe the technician and manager were unprofessional.

We were on the second day of a two-and-a-half week trip from Florida all the way up to Canada and back when we ran over a trucks retread tire. Our rain guards on the front end of our Prius were shredded and falling off and dragging in the ground. They spent 45 minutes reattaching bolting and zip tying us back together. This allowed us to get on with our trip without interruption. they said it was so little work for them that there was no charge and they wished us a great trip! When I tried to tip them anyway, they refused and said they werent allowed to take it. What a high-class place of integrity!

Last thing I heard was we are inspecting for additional damage that was days ago still haven’t heard anything and it’s been 2 or 3 weeks with my car.

This place was a joke. Brought my car in for a small dent on the fender. They started replacing trim and repainting other panels that should have never been touched. None of the trim was color matched correctly and they didn’t even fix the initial dent. We have taken the car back 3 times now, missed countless hours of work, and have had to deal with the sarcastic manager for weeks now. Horrible experience. Save yourself from this unprofessional establishment and just go somewhere else. Job is still not complete.

The manager got rude with me when I questioned the work that was being done to my truck, proceeded to tell me that’s all he was going to do and if I didn’t like it I could come get my truck off his lot and take it somewhere else. Needless to say the manager and the guy I was dealing with(Corbin) don’t know what they are doing or how to have professional customer service. I would recommend a shade tree body and mechanic guy before taking another vehicle to them regardless if ur need a shop for insurance or out of pocket repairs

Absolutely terrible service. I will never recommend ABRA to any one. My car was in their shop for roughly 8 to 9 days and they failed to tell me that my car wasnt going to be worked on. So I had a rental car that was being paid for all for nothing because they had a failed effort to make a connection with their client. Meanwhile, while that was going on, they were sending me updates and messages to my phone telling me that the progress was coming along great and that my car was almost finished. Needless to say, it makes no sense at all. Also, upon picking my car up, their was minor damage done on the interior of the car. When I went to report it to them, they claimed that they didnt do it and got smart with me. The car is mine, I deliver food in the thing, so I spent quite a bit of time in my car. I think I would know what was broken and what wasnt over some ignorant qualified specialist who thinks he knows it all and is trying to cover his own sorry a## because he wasnt man enough to own up to it. An absolute embarrassment to quality service.

I am never going there again. They quoted me for new parts and 2 weeks later I picked my car up and it was all repaired with my broken parts and my front bumper popped back out of the bracket. Got the runaround, talked to the manager who was willing to fix ths problem but only after much dismay and I was scared to let them touch my car. I really dont want them touching my car ever again. I paid 2300 for something that should have been like 1000 if that. I am still waiting for the 170 check from corporate so that sucks. I was given a 250 gift.card that they write off at years end. So dont take your car here if you expect great work. I think they even dented my car when they had it this last time. I dont trust them.

This place doesnt deserve one star. I took my 2018 Tahoe there to be repaired after it got hit in the parking lot. Mind you Ive only had my truck four months, when I took it in the young lady did a walk around to see if there were any scratches on it and there were none just damage to the bumper and left quarter panel. They called on 9/17 and said it was ready to be picked up. When I got there I started looking at it, there were scratches on the drivers and passenger side front and back doors and when I brought it to the attention of the shop Manager he wanted me to believe it was only slime that they used in the painting process. And that it could be washed if I could just give them about an hour to an hour and a half, this was at 1:20 pm on 9/17, and as I sit here and write this review it is 7:58 am on 9/18. So, if you could wash it off can you explain to me why you still have my truck. That would be because those were scratches all over the truck. And the part that was supposed to be repaired didnt match the rest of the truck, the bumper had bubbles in it from the poor paint job that they did. I wouldnt advise anyone to use this place, I sure wont again.

I got an estimate and informed my insurance company that I would be using ABRA. When looking up their number again I ran across the other reviews. It kind of freaked me out, but I figured it was too late to change. IM GLAD I DIDNT!!! I was told the job would take about 8 days and I was excited about that, but I knew that if I wanted it done right I had to be patient. They kept me updated with text messages and phone calls and I even got my vehicle back before the 8 day time frame. GREAT JOB MS. DONNA AND CREW!!!!

After having my car back a couple of weeks David called just to see how everything was going. Now he calls @ least once a month. So, name one place in todays world you can find that quality of service. Good luck. Ive referred four friends there. Tried to get a quote for my truck hood. Receptionist was very short and not friendly. After I filled out all my information she said it would be 15 minutes before someone was available to proceed. I advised I didn’t have that much time. She said okay. After an awkward few seconds I just left.

Do Not Take You Car Here ! When I went to pick my car up ( they knew I was picking it up) the battery was dead, the covers under the hood were not on and piled up and the jump started and closed the hood down with all covers not on and piled up. When I seen the car pull up the hood looked funny? I pulled the hood and long behold the panels that were all to back on were sitting on top of the engine and hood slammed down on top. Good customer service! The people could have not have cared less! the manager gave the excuse hey we did not know you were coming to pick it up?? hmm they knew I was there when the car had to be jumped off to start it because they left the door open.No customer service and manager to boot!! Dont go, other shops tell me they farm allot of work out anyway- just a go between and in bed with insurance companies

I used a week of vacation so that I could have my car worked on. They told me that it would take 5-10 days to finish the job. I dropped my car off at 7:00am on Friday October 16. So they could have all day Friday and Saturday to work on it and order any parts that they needed. They kept sending me texts about how happy my car was and that the work was going great. Not getting any updates on how much longer it would be. I called and they told me that the parts were on back order and would be in by Friday the 23. They had my insurance companies money since 9th of October. They told me that I will have my car back between the 28th and 30th. Then Friday at 2:45 I am told that they ordered the wrong bumper and they were going to get it overnighted and that I would have my car back by Monday night. I had a coworker drive me there to get my car which I was told would be done. I got a call 5 minutes before I arrived telling me that my car was still not done. They then informed me that they are going to have a guy work late and finish the job and would give me a call first thing in the morning and they would bring my car to me. I didnt get any call so around 2:30 I called and was told that my rep was out to lunch and would call me back. At 4:00 I called and they answered the phone Oh I was just about to call you. Yay okay. Never take your car to this location. I have been told that the one in Bartlet or off Covington Pike in Memphis are both better choices.
