My 2019Tacoma had sever baseball size hail damage on the hood, roof and driver side. They were able to pop the dents out of the top but had to replace hood and side panels. The paint was a near perfect match ( only I can see very slight difference but no one else)and after waiting 30 days for paint to cure they replaced the clear bra on the hood and fenders. Great and friendly people to work with. Their work is too notch.

Had a great stress free experience from start to finish. All the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange my rental car and had the rental company pick me up after I dropped off my car for minor repairs. They did a great job on the repairs and even noticed a dent in my drivers side door that I had missed seeing myself and fixed it. They worked with my car insurance and took car of everything. My 2019 car looks just like new again. The turn around time was a little longer than originally estimated but that was probably due to the Christmas and New Years holidays since I did drop my car off later in the afternoon the day before Christmas Eve. I didnt mind waiting the few extra days as I wanted them to get it done right and not be pressed for time. Overall, I would take my car and any future cars there for body work and paint. I would 100 percent recommend them to my family, friends and to anyone who asks me what shop they should take their car to.

Great service all around. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and the staff answered every question I had. They also detailed the inside of my truck before I picked it up which was nice.

I had every intention of going to them to get my car repaired but Im just so shocked at how they treat potential customers. I called them quite a few times throughout the week but the line was always busy. Thats fine. When I finally managed to get through to them, before I could even say a word they just HUNG UP!! Who even does that? Anyway, I refuse to be treated like some secondary option because theyll have other customers.

Have had a couple of services done here over the past several years and so has my family members. They are always very friendly, get you in and out but not before they make sure you are satisfied with the job they did to your vehicle. They go out of their way to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

If you need paint or body work, this shop will give you the kind of high-touch service you can expect from a family business. The paint was not only a perfect match, but it was finished 2 weeks earlier than expected and $200 under the quote they originally gave me. Finding a good paint/body shop is hard... Millennium is a hidden gem.

Watch out for this business. The person I talked to promised the world yet their repair process took 3 weeks when they told me that they only needed a week. Their work is an absolute garbage. Had to get it repaired again elsewhere. Avoid if you can.

This is my second time using millennium and I will NEVER use another body shop! I had a wreck in the summer of 2018 and they took amazing car of my car, even detailed the interior of my vehicle which I wasnt expecting at all! Totally went above and beyond. My car was recently stolen this past January, once my car was recovered I sent it here to have all repairs handled! Through this awful experience of dealing with a theft claim and my insurance, the staff here has been 100% amazing! My insurance company was very hard to deal with but Scott @ millennium worked as hard as he could to knock the price of my of deductible. Stacy, Ron, and Scott called me every week keeping me in the loop so I always knew what was going on so I never had to sit and wait. Also, Stacy the receptionist was amazing! Never once seemed aggravated when I called with tons of questions! With the luck Ive had with my car over he last year, I really hope I dont run into anymore trouble with my poor car but if I do i will definitely go back here! If you need a reliable body shop with people you can trust, go here!!! Thank you millennium!

We have had to use them on our SUV and truck. They have done an amazing job on both. We picked them based on reviews for their shop and reviews for other shops. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work, but with the quality work they do, you will not have to use it!

Spoke to one guy on the phone about changing out some brakes and rotors, sounded very knowledgable and kind, which is why they get 2 stars instead of zero, however when my wife droped off our car two different techs said nothing was wrong with my car when i knew this was false, they were just being lazy and did not want to do it due to the fact it was there friday because it was the day before the fourth of july. I am still furious as i looked at the brakes and rotors myself and saw how bad they are, not to mention the squeeling when i brake, they said i was mashing the brakes too hard and kicking the ABS in which is impossible as i am a truck drive so i stop way behind people and almost always gently come to a stop. Lazziness cost them a customer, bad word of mouth in desoto county, and a bad review. They are lucky those brakes didnt fail on my wife when she brought the car home or a lawsuit and more would have been involved...

I thought it would be a good place to go to because of the reviews but unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience. I felt a very racist vibe or maybe because of my apprearance. I came the to get a estimate for my mustang and was brush off very quickly by the Old white Guy. I went to several body shop for estimates and his estimate was 1500 over everybody’s. Every other shop had almost the same estimate . I feel like he gave me that estimate cause he thought I could not afford it. Idk his exact intentions but I know I was ready to spend my money and was looking for good quality work . I didn’t feel welcome at all. Thanks to the other Southaven body shops for assisting me today.

Great Facility & Great People. They were fantastic in assisting me while my wife and I were dealing with the aftermath of her Ford Edge being rear ended on Church Rd. In the end, the unit was totaled but I was very impressed with the professionalism of the crew at Millenium and would recommend them to anyone that needs quality Body Work. Had a tiny hiccup with the window tint (no fault of Millennium) and they got it fixed immediately and without any hassle. Would absolutely use them again and recommend to others. They were great. IF YOU ARE BLACK, DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT GREET YOU OR TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE HUMAN. I came in for an estimate and was not greeted, they guy didn’t ask me what I needed, and didn’t address any of my concerns. He looked at my car for approximately 3 minutes and went back inside (once again not addressing me to follow or anything). He did everything silently. I went in after 5 minutes when I figured he just walked off to ask for help. The lady Connie was very argumentative and made excuses for Ron saying that maybe I didn’t speak up or some other BS. He still stood there silently. They wouldn’t get a manager. When I came in, Ron aggressively handed me the estimate with no explanation so I left. That was the must degrading and dehumanizing experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy. He also quoted me 1,276 for a popped out bumper. Not wrecked or anything. Do not go there. He treated the next customer who was also a white man with dignity and a smile. Everyone there was rude and argumentative towards me.

Greg and Connie have worked on all my familys vehicles for many years. Millennium goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They are honest and trustworthy. Millennium will fight the insurance company to make sure your vehicle is fixed right. They will always be our go to repair shop.

If you had your wreck and do not have insurance, best not to contact these folks. They led me to believe they could fix my 2012 Ford Focus so I had a wrecker pick up and was told it would be too expensive to repair. The frame wasnt even damaged. I think if I had it covered under insurance, they would have taken it though. Just saying, if you dont have insurance and paying out of your pocket, your probably best putting that money on someone that can fix it and not lead you on.

Ive taken my car to Millennium twice for two different accidents. Each time they did phenomenal work. Very friendly staff who keeps you informed every step of the way. I would reccomend them to anyone needing body or paint work.

The owners and staff at Millennium were wonderful. They were so patient and caring during a very stressful time for me. The drivers side of my van was destroyed and they were able to restore my van to the factory condition. You could not even tell that my van had been damaged. One of the owners also drove me to the tire store to fix a final issue and waited with me to make sure that everything was handled correctly. I highly recommend Millennium.

They are pretty pricey. I came into the shop for a simple repaint and blend. I was quoted much more than anticipated. I used them before. Insurance paid and I was happy with the results. When I wanted to pay out of pocket I realized that I could find several other shops that could do the job cheaper. Even a windshield replaced was quoted as almost 2 times the cost.

Just got my car detailed at Millennium this week - they did an UNBELIEVABLE job fixing a puncture in my rear bumper. Not only did they make it look like nothing had happened, they also fixed up my my front bumper and even cleaned/shined all my hub caps. They went the extra mile and I would recommend anyone to check them out first for any vehicle repairs!
