I was really happy with these guys. They were able to take care of my car even though its an unusual kind. They did all the stuff theyre supposed to do. And they took the time to listen to the engine with me to see if it started a little slow and talk to me about options to keep the battery better charged. They didnt take very long to do the work. And I got to stay in my car, which is important to me during the pandemic. I will have my car serviced here again.

I went here to get my tires pumped with air. I asked if the tech could click the plastic cover onto the engine. When he did he severed a hose to the radiator. He tried to fix it and ended up spraying hot antifreeze on himself. I felt so bad for him! He fixed it, and I gave him a little something for the trouble, but his incident sprayed hot liquid down the side of my escalade and ruined the paint on the side of the body. I dont know how to get the paint fixed, but will try to fix it myself now I guess.

Overpriced! And they dont do what they claim on the Checklist. Dealership oil change is about 1/2 the price. As I watched, they only drained and replaced the oil and filter and put water in the wiper reservoir. ...nothing else. But all other items/tasks were marked as complete or denied. But was charged for a Full Service Oil Change. And they didnt even reset the oil change indicator...I payed full price for partial service. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

I came here to air a slow leaking tire in my new to me Escalade I just got 3 days ago and am in love with. The plastic cover needed snapped onto the engine block. When the tech placed the cover he broke a heating pipe. He tried to put it back together, had me turn the car on and we were both horrified as hot radiator fluid shot out and soaked him. Poor guy got burned. He was nice and fixed the part he broke and aired my tire. I am sad that theres now a big spot of melted paint on my new car from the incident, but would still probably come back as they were kind and open on Saturday.

Quality service, can be slow when busy. Last visit was for a transmission flush that was supposed to take 2 hours, took 4 due to high volume. Otherwise a great experience.

They didnt put the plug back in correctly and oil was pouring out, so they refilled it, closed it up without measuring it again and sent me on my way. A week later I had to go to the dealership and have my fluids checked because my van was running funny. Turns out it was an entire quart low. I went back and had them add more, and of course they lied and said it wasnt that low. They overcharged me (I have never paid almost $60 for an oil change) and they were not too knowledgeable. This place has changed owners and it sucks now! I have been using this place for a long time and will NEVER go back after my last experience! The emoyees were VERY unprofessional as well.

They were supposed to check the tire pressure in ALL the tires, the guy asked how much the recommended was and told the guy at the computer instead of checking my pressure, I had to stop later on that evening and put air in my tires because my sensor came on telling me I had low tire pressure. They were supposed to top off all the fluids, my washer fluid wasnt topped off, I had to top it off at home. Was supposed to check the transmission fluid, didnt happen, was supposed to check the air filter, didnt happen. Will not be back to this place and will not recommend it to ANYONE. Oh they did wash my front windshield.

I pulled in driving a VW Bug, so obviously going to need synthetic oil, but I was quoted $40 based on standard oil. After they were done, I was charged $80, which I was NOT happy about, HOWEVER they did an amazing job, very professional and efficient. Deffo will go back.

Literally took over an hour for a basic oil change. Not including the waiting in line, just from the moment they popped the hood of my truck to the moment I pulled out took well over an hour even though I was one of only 3 cars there. Will never go back.

These guys earned my business on my first visit. They pay attention to details like they found a loose steering bracket on my 2002 White Ford F250. Saved my life it had 1 bolt of 5 holding it on. If that had come free Id had no steering and wrecked. If you own at 7.3 Power Stroke they have the BEST PRICE IN TOWN FOR OIL CHANGE! They were running a 29$ old change special but charged me 42$ when I asked they said oh thats only for generic oil brand here...I said oh the ad didnt say that Oh well you have to specifically ask for that brand to get the 29$ deal ugh how was the customer to knowUPDATE:After this review was submitted.....the owner reached out...she was very apologetic and was disappointed that her staff did not honor the advertisement which did not indicate a brand for the special.... she made things right by comping my next oil change for the Crest brant Oil . Best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. They explained everything and when I left I felt like I understood what my car needed. They didnt pressure me into purchasing anything. The lobby has a couch and loveseat, I was very comfortable. My kids were with me and Kwik Kar had toys for them to play with. Candy and gum were offered to my kids also.

I do a lot of driving and have visited almost every town and gone to almost 10 different transmission shops / service shops to try to figure out why my transmission kept overheating and none of those shops bothered to look at my transmission. Thats when the guys at Kwik Karen Lube welcomed to look at it and you know what? They took the time to look at it and solved my problem within 10 minutes!!! It took me 2 months of research and fixing to figure out my problem even with my engineering background and the manager driving the blue truck was kind enough to lend me a hand. Very honest, intelligent and helpful people. Ive dedicated to come and have my vehicle serviced here from now on.

Most expensive oil change around. I will never use Kwik Kar again. $49.95 for an oil change is bad enough, but synthetic Mobil 1 was almost $100. You can get a synthetic oil change for $50-60 at a DEALERSHIP. I was charged for the regular oil change price, an up charge for synthetic is $28 and another $22 for an additional 2.5 quarts. No warning that I was about to drop a C-note for an oil change by either of the two workers. Next time Ill buy my own oil and take it to Allen Tillery... they charge $9 plus tax to drain and fill and check fluids. Not a typo... $9. Stay away from this place unless you want to be overcharged.

Brung the suv in for an oil change and they were fast! They also checked all the other fluids for me and greased all the grease points under it, which Im sure it needed. They hooked me right up and it was affordable. I wanna say it was like 35 bucks if I remeber right. Also a very clean place inside and out. Im sure Ill be back. Thanks agian folks! 👍

Ive been getting my car serviced here for a few years and have never had a problem. Usually takes about 30-45 min though today it took twice as long.

Horrible customer service!! They broke the handle off the dipstick and left it in my center console. When confronted about it, the owner called me a liar and refused to fix it. Zero stars!! I will never go back!!
