Love this store they carry A lot of supplies for good prices. And I hope to actually become apart of their team. I found that its actually a pretty good store for clothing as well as footwear and it wont break the bank.

Always have a bargain on large bags of dog food and are always good with customer service. They will help you find what you need to there best ability and inventory. I love them.

My daughter went and boughe a battery for my car from there and the man told her he did not have the same size but the one he had should work. Needless to say the battery was pulling my starter so I found the correct size. I go take the battery back and the young lady checks to see if there was anything wrong with it. She then ask someone to do an override to process the refund and proceeds to ask me if I wanted the money back on my card. I informed her that I didnt have it with me and she says she didnt need it and that it would take 3 to 5 days to be credited to my account. Ok fine... But because I asked for the cash another lady comes over and starts talking about they cant take it back because they couldnt resale it and that the post had scratches on them. Tell me how you will know if something is not right if you dont try it.? But they could exchange it. REALLY... WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE WITH IT IF I EXCHANGED IT. I had the receipt and nowhere does it say no refund!! They have lost a customer.

Pitiful selection of clothing, really nothing to shop for here. The only reason I go here is for birdseed. Most of the time its out of stock. The most hateful, unhelpful people work here. They wont give you a sack when you checkout, nothing is priced, then the cashiers get mad when you ask for a price check. This store is useless. I guess you gotta be kinfolk to get treated properly.

Always come here for my farming supplies and a pretty good place to shop for ammo.

So much better than the Arkadelphia store. They had a good selection of boots and clothes. When shopping for boots ì always check here first.

Food was ok. Fried okra and fried pickles great. Honestly better chicken at my local Harps. Pretty slow service but food was hot.

Atwood is a great place to find feeds and farm supplies. The staff are friendly and intelligent. Their prices are fair and competitive. The store is clean and well stocked.

Found just what I needed, which was great. One item that they were out of, and the manger was willing to do a rain check. It was a great day.

I am super impresses with the Atwoods in Hot Springs National Park. The managers do a great job taking care of the customers. All cashiers are great and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great job!

I hope I didnt catch covid shopping here. By no means could I have shopped there safely. I only saw 5 customers with masks on and the place was packed over 85 people. The staff wore masks, but poorly. Noses out and poorly fitted masks requiring constant adjustment (face touching).When I inquired about the situation I was told my mask wasnt helping me any because it lets air through. I loved this store, but I dont feel like they care about people. Im sad and will miss shopping there.

Really enjoyed my visit to Atwoods. They have a large variety of things to shop for. The people in sporting good were very friendly and helpful.

Time for garden. Went there yesterday and today. Fast, friendly. Recommend. Get there for the sale

No one was available to help answer any questions and the cashier was rude. Joking about cash sales and cashier replied this aint no car lot.....then proceed to day money is money it all spends the same.

If they dont have what you need...they can order it for you. They also have a nice selection of firearms, tools and unusual soda!!

Extremely helpful staff. Great prices as well. The firearms section of this particular location is VERY well versed in their respective position concerning weapons and hunting equipment. Highly recommend anyone looking to learn something new to check them out.

First time visiting this store or this chain and we found good prices on all the feed and equipment we looked at. Store was well taken care of and in good shape. Will be back.

I asked for a bag of gravel at checkout and the cashier called over her manager and asked what type i wanted. I asked what types they had and she just said pea gravel. I asked if they had any with bigger rocks and the cashier said see what i have to deal with? I said pea gravel was fine and i would just take that. The manager rolled her eyes as she turned back to the computer to put in the order.I went out to get my two bags of pea gravel and two guys came out to ask if i was the guy getting the pea gravel. I said i was and they asked to see my receipt. I showed them and asked if they were going to help load the bags up in my car and they said, oh you can do it as though i had asked them because i really wanted to load it up myself.I will go anywhere but Atwoods next time. There is nothing there that i cant easily get elsewhere.

Offers work clothing and nice selection of boots & footwear (upper price scale). Helpful, friendly employees, large parking lot, handicapped spaces & entry. Conveniently located on Hwy 270 just off the bypass.

This is a great farm supply,in Hot Springs. You can get about anything to do w/ yard work,farming.....dog foods....country clothing,even ammo.... jewelry....food products like locals HONEY,they say you should try to eat your honey from local bee keepers,homemade jams & jellies, you get the idea....so go see them....!!

Your store in hot springs are a bunch of very unhelpful bunch I have encounteredWe first started coming to this store back in 2014. We had bad experiences with your personnel so we stopped going to this storeWe saw an advertisement for some artificial turf and wanted to take a look at it. We asked the person at the door where to find it. She was very helpful and led us into the store. She asked another employee and she said in harden area. We followed the original person and she asked another employee and he pointed toward the back of the store. We followed the original employee back and she couldn’t find it. So we said we would try n find ourselves. We went over store but no luckWe went back to front and asked another employee he said oh we got them in and sold them out. Now this about 11 am. The ad said starts today. They sold out on an hour?I question the time and the different answers we received. Not very nice either

Went looking for corn on cob for squirrels and corn was falling of cob as I picked it up. More off cob than on cob. Wouldnt come off a couple bucks for some bad corn.

Update: after almost a decade as a regular customer, I am disappointed and will no longer shop here.Staff stocking shelves with masks on chin only or with noses exposed, very few masks on their clientele, large groups of customers not practicing social distancing. When I tried to express my concerns and leave a note for the main manager about stock staff unmasked on 1/1/2021, the night manager came out from behind the desk and Karen-ed up the place raising her voice and claiming my husbands mask wasnt doing him any good either. ( He wears a bandana over his medical mask.)The whole time this customer service person) is shouting at us, her nose kept popping out of her mask and she continuously touched her face to pull it up.We caught the encounter on video, considered pursuing this as I LOVE this store. We have a farm and most of our spending budget goes to this place. After a couple of days thinking about it, it just isnt worth the trouble to pursue this.The staff at this Atwoods location made it clear that they are not concerned with the health and safety of their customers and that several of them are clearly anti-maskers.--- --- ---Previous review before the mask mandate:This is a great farm store that has everything from guns and ammo to pet supplies and livestock feed. In the spring theres a wide selection of trees and shrubs flowers vegetables and other plants, and in the winter youll find pellets for your wood stove. The stop is usually pretty friendly Annabelle do what they can to help you management has a tendency to treat you not quite as well. the clothing department has recently expanded and there are some excellent finds and jeans and nice tops. Shoe and boot selection is very good as well.

The staff greeted us upon entering. The store was neat and clean, with prices posted on or near items. Its easy to get in and out of the parking lot. This is one of my favorite Atwoods in the area.

I prefer Attwoods over Tractor Supply for my chicken supplies. I believe its a tad less expensive but I havent compared this last yr
