I have had them out twice to rekey my doors and to install a lock. Both times they were very friendly and efficient. I would call them every time I need anything done.

Was able to copy a safe key that was weak and bent. Wal-Mart would even try copying the key. The attendant recommended him. He did excellent. Key worked perfectly, as if it was original.

Great customer service! The only place Ive found that gives consistent results. I went to two other locations to get a two copies of my car key made. The other places failed spectacularly (big box stores), they shall remain unnamed.

I contacted (Mark-owner) very early one morning recently in regard to having several door locks changed at my business and he was there within thirty minutes. He was very professional and his service was perfect. I trusted him to the point that I had him come to my home a few days later and he installed electronic locks, he explained how to work them to my wife (and thats not an easy task) where she understood ! I would and will use them again in the future.
