I took my wifes relatively new car into Duffs for an inspection.His 10 cent mechanic put it up on the hoist.He looked it over and called to Tom.Tom told me it needed brake pads front and rear.It also needed 4 new calipers front and rear.I told his 10 cent mechanic to take it down off the hoist.I went elseware and got a new inspection sticker in less than 15 minutes.Duffs service station tried to rip us off.Duffs service station is very dishonest and not to be trusted.

Didnt have the $25 part I needed on hand which is fine, but rather than offer to order it the guy tried to sell me a $200 replacement assembly plus labor costs. I asked If he could order it, and he just said no and walked off. If I couldnt do it myself, I wouldnt just be asking for a single part. Rude and condescending service. Im ashamed I even talked to these crooks.

Brought in my cub cadet snow thrower, my blades wouldn’t turn. Turned out to be a belt, had it done that day, just charged for the belt, super nice folks.

Car is still making a bad noise. Door handle broke a few days after it got fixed. They wouldnt take it in to look at it again... Waste of money.. So Dont waste your time...

Dont make an appointment for inspection and expect to get in or treated with respect. Extremely disappointed!
