I brought my jeep to other places where I live and they said they could not help me. But when I brought it to Midas in Houma the owner looked at it and said that he could do it and got it done. Thank Midas of Houma.

The customer service here is pretty generic. The job gets done in a very timely manner. The workers are very real about prices upfront and the time it will take to do the job. Coupons can be found online and are honored for oil changes. I definitely recommend getting your alignment done here.

Always great and honest service

My husband took his Tacoma for air conditioning treatment and his truck stopped. He paid for his service and Midas was in contact with Greg LeBlanc dealearship and a tow was provided. My son and I got to Midas to wait for the tow with my husband and Midas and Greg LeBlanc stayed in contact. The lady working didnt mind my son had on pajamas and was very nice to all of us until the truck was towed and we left in my car. Midas provides good service.

I took my wifes car in to get a brake line leak fixed a few months ago. They told me I had to order a dealer only part before they could fix it, but if I got it they could fix it for about $100. I got the part and took the car back in. They fixed it then charged me over $400. I had them show me exactly what they did. Everything they did was the same stuff they told me when they gave the $100 quote. Your experience may be different, but I found them to be extremely dishonest.

Ok let me first state that after many years of my family doing business with them, I am recommending everyone including my family never to set foot in this business again! I brought my vehicle in to have a brake inspection done on my rear brakes. I was told the brakes were still good; however,I was selling the car and thought I will go ahead and have the pads replaced. I had just had front brakes done 2 months prior. The replaced the pads on a Friday, by the next Tuesday the person who was buying the car from me had a mechanic check the car out only to find a stuck caliper.Wednesday I brought the car back to Midas only to have my intelligence insulted by their mechanic. Keep in mind the car had been parked most of the 4 day period between the brake job and the potential buyer having their mechanic check the car out. When I asked was the calipers check his response was you wanted your pads changed so we changed them. I replied, no I asked for a brake inspection and was told my pads were at about a 3-4. The mechanic then tried to tell me well the calipers were fine.I am sorry, but you just told me all you did was replace pads and didnt check anything else, so which is it????The he comences to tell me that those pistons on the calipers can just seize up. SoI respond that the car has less than50 miles on it from your brake job and the piston just so happen to magically freeze up??? To this his answer was yes it happened to me. I responded that yes lighting strikes people All the time, have you been struck? What are the odds????I know what happened, they did not inspect the calipers or bother to re grease the piston, like they are supposed to.$154 more dollars to do the job over again. NEVER AGAIN!!!I should have know they way they acted when I brought the car in for inspection at 2pm in the afternoon and they couldnt do a brake job that day- mechanic sitting in office- that I should go somewhere else!The place is a mess, very dirty, not professional. If I could give zero stars I would!
