My experience with Shawn at Mattress Firm couldn’t have been any better. He made sure I tried several mattresses and explained how each was different from the other. It all comes down to what feels comfortable to me and price. He worked with me to give me the lowest price that he could offer.

After Mattress Firm graciously held my order in Houma LA for 3 months and delivered it to Orange Beach Alabama, I realized that I ordered the wrong size box springs for my beds. They contacted their Pensacola Fl store, ordered the right size and set up delivery and replacement for my mistake. Great experience!

Good morning.We went to Mattress firm yesterday to look at some mattresses. We were greeted by MR. Shawn dat A great guy there. As he showed me and my wife different mattresses in the store I noticed they had more to choose from there. He told us a little bit about each mattress there so we could get down to the one that we took home. We picked a king size bed with the zero gravity base underneath it.I would definitely recommend buying from these guys good people.

It was the most enjoyable and simplest experience I have ever had, in selecting and purchasing a mattress.

The guy who was working was incredibly helpful and nice. I’m moving into a new apartment and will be sleeping on an air mattress for a few days. The guy called me around 5:30 the same day I bought my mattress and bed frame and ended up moving the delivery date to 2 days before initially planned. Great customer service goes a long way and I was really happy with everything! Can’t say thank you enough.

Mr. Dorion was a excellent and informed salesman. He was polite and friendly. The bed I wanted is what I purchased. The only thing I could not relate to is the warranty. It is a 5 year warranty which is great. It shows great quality in their product. There is a stipulation that in the event I had trouble with the mattress I would have to allow their personel to come out and pick it up and I would have to pay $90I would not be allowed to bring it in as I brought it out. I believe that Mr Dorion would help out in a situation like that. I still believe they deserve a 5 star. They are highly recommended.

The assistant mgr (Chris) and Julie provided no unsolicited follow up or assistance with my parents exchanging their box spring with one that they could use with their newly purchased set.

I purchased my mattresses through qvc paid 1000. For them and the mattress is no good it’s got body impressions and I called Serta and was told I needed to pay a 35.00 none refundable fee. After I paid them 1000 I don’t think I should pay the 35.00 fee. Please shop around before buying another serta because it’s not what the company claims.

Walked in and within five minutes I was signing for my mattress!
