I had bad experience with the one in houma either they dont have what u looking for r it is very high

Decent price for my boat and Brad was good to deal with. However, I was not impressed by being delivered a dirty boat. Also, they seem to be short staffed so don’t expect things to happen at a fast pace.

My husband called first thing Monday April 8th to order some parts, he called again tues, and again wed, and the last time on thursday......he was told each time that someone was going to call him back ....now it is friday April 12 and still no call back from them. I guess you have to be making a BIG purchase to warrant a call back.

Put deposit on my boat in Sept, staff is very nice, but didnt hear from them until November.... Understandable, called Excel boats in the meantime, found out they changed manufacturing process to thicker material and took a bit longer. Boat arrived in November, engine installed Dec 21 test drove for a bit. Radio, Bimini top, and Nmea wires for GPS not installed, returned on Jan 2 to complete boat. Called and text about boat a few days later, kept getting put off. Called Owner, said she would get the ball rolling. Received a call from salesman saying it would be in the shop on Thursday the 24th and they would get it done. Its Friday evening the 25th, I called and went ride by.... They moved boat into shop (maybe to hide it from the owner, or myself?.....dono)but still havent touched it. Asked about it, no one knew anything, not even what they supposed to do to boat, everyone else was at the boat show...Just got put off again so they can go to boat show..... I should not have been such a dummy to paid for boat before completion... so Ive paid two notes on a boat I havent got to fish out of yet. Never again!

Talked to Brad about getting a part for my boat. When I got there he was not in. Whoever that guy was working the counter refused to help me. I also asked him for a job app. He told me no. That is against the law.
