EVERYONE HERE WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND NICE. I CAME HERE LAST SATURDAY TO FIND MY WEDDING DRESS. THERE WERE SO MANY SELECTIONS OF DRESSES AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH A DRESS THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET AT STEAL OF A PRICE. THE MAIN THINGS YOU LOOK FOR WHEN ENTERING A SHOP ARE PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND TREAT YOU NICE. THIS PLACE HAD BOTH. I WENT AROUND PROM DRESS SHOPPING TIME SO IT WAS A LITTLE BUSY BUT THE LADIES WERE STILL ABLE TO ASSIST ME WITH NO PROBLEM. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME FIND MY DREAM DRESS! #ALLURECOUTUREBRIDE
My experience was wonderful. . Until the dresses my bridal party ordered came in. Not everyone was notified that dresses were in & barely any of the dresses fit! Most were either too small or VERY snug! One of my dresses were ordered in the wrong length & I was told there was no way to get me the right dress. The dress was altered to be a high low and the end product was horrendous! The dress did not flow. Other dresses were altered for the wrong girls & many of the dresses were not done until days before the wedding. To add to the experience, another brides expensive belongings were tucked inside of my dress bag. To Ashley Andras, whomever you are, I returned them to the dress shop in hopes that you didnt have to walk down the aisle without them. In conclusion, this dress shop was very unprofessional in every way possible!
Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me find my perfect senior prom dress and referred me to the Alteration shop, a separate business inside the store. How convenient!
So sweet! i found a great deal! got my dress around $100 on sale, and it was reg. $500!
I received really bad service the couple times I visited. I also find their prices to be a little ridiculous considering their prices you can find online. Had them dye my shoes for my wedding, and my husband had to call and demand my shoes back because I almost didnt get them back for the wedding! I have it on good authority they are improving because they have went through some staff changes, but just be cautious.
I went to Something Blue Bridal in hopes of finding 6 perfect bridesmaids dresses. When I entered the store on day 1, the staff immediately greeted me. They asked me what I was looking for and I told them that I was there to get bridesmaids dresses. I then continued to look around for dresses with my mother and bridesmaids. Not once did someone come to me afterwards and ask me if I was finding everything okay. I didnt let that bother me. After looking around and having my bridesmaids try dresses on, I decided on a dress. Someone came over and took my bridesmaids measurements and what not. The particular dress that I decided on cost $110. Of course there was a down payment required, so my bridesmaids took care of that. They were given payment deadlines and a date to return. For the 2nd fitting, myself and my bridesmaids went back to the shop. I was very excited to see my bridesmaids in their dress. Sadly, not one dress fit properly. After a pretty heated argument, they agreed to redo the dresses at no charge. 3 weeks before the wedding, I get a phone call saying that the dresses are in. Again, we all go to the dress shop, with our fingers crossed this time. 4 of the 6 dresses fit this time. I think,Great its 3 weeks before my wedding and we have to deal with this again!! I ask them what the deal is with the dresses not fitting again. They insist that the 2 bridesmaids have lost weight and they will NOT do the dresses for us. Of course, my 2 girls did not lose weight. The staff messed up and didnt step up to take the blame. After yet another heated argument, they say they will fix the dresses for a $75 fee. I was bound and determined that we were not paying anything more for a mistake that they made. I called around to see if I could get someone dependable to do it 3 weeks before the wedding. No luck! Unfortunately, I went back to the shop and made it known that I was not happy with the service. 1 week before the wedding, the dresses came in and I went with my girls to try them on. Perfect fit, BUT the dresses were wrinkled. We were informed that it would cost extra to get them steamed. I had a few choice words with the manager and left with the dresses. I would not recommend this place to anyone. After telling a few people about my horror story, I found out that several people have had bad experiences with the also. The last thing a bride needs is to be stressed over BRIDESMAID dresses.
Great selection
