Greeted immediately, and employee vas VERY eager to assist me. However, I had my 3 year old daughter with me and the second she got out of her stroller( no food, no drink, did not touch a thing, just standing next to me and her Grandmother) we were told she had to stay in the stroller. Very disrespectful to myself and my daughter! Okay, she got back in and we left. All honesty, if you’re looking for a bridesmaids dress, without a child with you, worth a trip. Ball gowns, don’t waste you’re time. Not much selection, not good size range, and basically basic. Not a great business move for a brick and mortar store to be disrespectful to Mommies with their kids and make you feel unwelcome. I can do the same thing online for a much cheaper pricetag for a very much more luxury designer. Big miss! In this retail industry, maybe try a more embracing atmosphere for your establishment.....

Terrible customer service. The woman (who is the owner apparently) refused to allow my sister to try on dresses because she had no appointment. I could understand if she was busy, or had another appointment soon, but this wash not the case. There were 0 other customers in the store and it was a dead mall. It was some random weekday night, and since I used to work at the mall some time ago, I can assure you this mundane Tuesday night was not going to get any busier. She was even trying to bully us out of browsing.

This place will never recieve a dime from me! And trust me, I have PLENTY to spend. I walked in with my 3 year old to browse for an armed forces ball. My son was running and before I had the chance to correct him, the lady asked me to control my child. I looked at her in shock. She said we have expensive merchandise. I replied well I have money to pay for whatever would be ruined and my husband left the store with my son. My son ran back to me at one point and this HAG threatened to call security! No customer service at all.
