Love the new facelift the store has done on inside! Was friendly and very helpful. Dealing with many affected with Hurricane Ida they kept calm and explain everything to a customer who lost everything and was turning equipment back in.
Store was open 1 to 5 only. Xfinity website let me book an appointment for 11:30. I drove 75 minutes to get there and wait. Fortunately they opened the doors at 12:40. The staff was great.
Absolutely horrible customer service!! From day one has been garbage! These people came hook my service up and left exposed wires all over the side of my house, looks like a rat nest. Also left exposed wires in the box in my yard and left it all uncovered! Called 2 weeks before Hurricane Ida hit, no-one ever showed up still till this day yet! My wife has called over 30 times only to get hung up on! You have to fake the automated call center out and say new service to get a hold of someone. Finally got someone scheduled to come out....No call no show! Called again and after 40 mins on the phone a sales associates tells my wife what we should be thankful for after the storm and what good is it gonna do if we come out and fix your exposed lines because we have an outtage right now! I have never experienced any customer service like this before absolutely disrespect! Dont give this company a dime!

Xfinity has treated its customers in the terrebonne and lafourche area quite badly. 1 they give us a credit for a service that was not provided. When i go out to eat i dont pay for my food before i get it. 2 they have giving us false hope continuously from one date to the other. Yes we understand thay Ida came through trust us we are dealing with it. But to send a email validating services would be restored on such date and not fulfilling it is mundane and old. My neighborhood has not been able to watch tv or utilize their internet services in over 40 days. But when you call they ask if you are making a payment that is so laughable. I just thought the world should know unless your a major city dont expect restoration to happen in any giving time frame from Xfinity
I came to work from Houston as a linemen for Xfinity and Comcast in Houma Louisiana restoring coax and fiber optic wire for hurricane ida victims. On 09/08/2021 I worked 11 days 10 hrs a day and received $0.00 I left after the 3rd payday that came and never paid. Then I had to pay my own grayhound ticket home. I was promised pay and per diem. All the residents of the area were thanking me for my service. I bet your customers would be furious to know you were steeling money out the mouths of my children and family.. Im not the only one that Xfinity/ Comcast has refused to pay VIARJ Warren cable co. I will contact the media, social media and a lawyer Monday morning. . I have nothing to lose and everything to gain . All I want is payment for what I did, Nothing more.God blessUpon making this right I will edit it..
Line was pulled off utility pole by a large truck. Line was laying in road. I had to wait for an appointment that was four days later. They sent a tech that couldnt do anything because he needed a bucket truck. Two days later bucket truck came run new line but did not connect to house. I was told I would have to call and make an appointment to have a tech come back and connect line to house. It was a nightmare trying to reach someone in customer service. Downed wires left all over my yard. Miss work without pay to be home for appointments. Been with Comcast for 20ys. This experience has me looking for other options.

I have nothing bad to say about the customer service. I had issues when I first moved in and they tried their best to help on phone. When they couldnt they sent out a tech and he was absolutely great. He went above and beyond to explain what was wrong and fixed every issue. Even went out his way to help my son fix a issue he had on his PC. Dude was awesome. But I cant give no more than 2 stars cause of their prices. It is outrageous they charge so much. I moved from way down the bayou in Chauvin to Houma and Im amazed how high they are compared to Spectrum. It should be a crime to charge this much for simple pleasure of internet. But I would give them 5 stars for their customer service. They have been excellent so far

The apps they provide arent very user friendly or dependable but when you can get a hold of a representative over the phone they are extremely polite and helpful
Havent been there in a while but when I was there the people were nice and not rude. Most of the time when you go to utility place store people are rude like AT&t. Went to an AT&t store and people were so rude to me.
Walked in and everybody in there, about 10 people, stopped talking and doing what they were doing, looked at me, and all said welcome. Stopped me in my tracks. Excellent customer service!

0 Stars-received a call from this location about buying an extended car warranty. I tried to report the issue but the robot tree does not have/allow reporting of issues (thankfully i no longer live in a comcast area-wouldn’t go back even if i did). Then tried to report via the comcast website-chatbot also does not allow this to be reported. This location will be used to send you scam calls.

I am disabled. They always make sure I am set up correctly the 1st time they come out.
Been with them 4 years. Just cancelled my service due to the lack of common sense and issues with internet. You will be waiting trying to resolve issues with agent when there shouldn’t be any in the first place. There is no loyalty whatsoever. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Trash internet. Drops constantly. They had us buy 3 different routers, no difference. Charged us $60 to have someone come out to tell us to buy a new router. WAY overpriced, especially when it is out over half the time.

Comcast sucks alot. However most of Houma can only get Comcast. Prices are expensive and keep going up. They have equipment that fails all the time and when that dont work service can be slow. Also they charge if they come to your house. They charge if you go into the office. They just charge for everything. And with the government allowing Comcast to own a monopoly on the TV market. These guys already have price increases ready for the next 5 years.

Been trying to order new service for 2 hours dead end smh. I spoke with 3 ppl the 4th person i spoke with stated he will call me back in 30 mins later in the conversation he changed it to an hour. To hell with comcast houma needs more than comcast here.
Always unpleasant dealing with this pathetic excuse of a business. The only thing worse than their high prices are their rude employees and terrible customer services. Dishonest business practises with their hidden fees.

Use someone else. We canceled our service sent all equipment back, still got billed for 3 months after and then they sent it to collection agency who called 3-5 times everyday. We called Comcast several times which they stated they would give a refund which we never received. We will never use Comcast again

It has been extremely difficult getting anyone to answer the phone and going in person involves a long wait and usually some hoops to jump thru resulting in multiple trips to resolve a problem.
