Imagine 5:15 just get off work(closes at 6) rush there and only one worker and he’s on the with tech support for another customer…walk in and pretty much tells you they don’t have any phones, all on back order.. glad I live a hour away

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. MY husband went in to have a phone switched over and was told they could not help him due to not having good internet service. We have been with Verizon for over 15 years and this is how a long time customer is treated. Went to Best Buy and they were way more knowledgeable and was able to help with everything and did it all with WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldnt waste my time going to this store they are very very rude.

You can buy and pay for your phones here. But if you have a problem with the phone. You will find out not to go here. Go to best buy, for help!It depends on the problem. They cant hook up your cell phone to the computer at Verizon. Just selling and you buying more stuff for your device.They were friendly, when I bought my grandma to get help with her phone!

Can someone please let me know if Verizon customers in Houma have no cell network after Ida? I still have no network, not that it was great before but now it’s nonexistent

Too expensive! Can get better deals if you shop around. Customer service was so-so. Also, insist you wear a mask in store. Mask made me sick!! 🤬

This store is an absolute joke. They lie to their customers, make false claims of phone recalls to fix mistakes they made and pass that mistake onto you, the customer. The manager straight up refused to provide me with her name after lying to my wife a second time. I wont bother you with all of the details of how mind blowing this phone purchase has been, all I will tell you that as a customer, you have the right to purchase your phone from any Verizon distributor.Choose any other one in your area. You would get better customer service at a gas station.

Store not open during hours of operation

Worst customer service I had ever experienced at this Verizon Store. Thankfully, I called the Verizon 1-800 number and the customer service representatives from Verizon was able to resolve the issue. I will never return to this store again. Management is horrendous.

Promised $200 per line to make the switch. Was given an expired code. I call to get this fixed. The only option is to lose out on $230 in taxes on two phones and bring the phones back to them. Dont let this place scam you into making the switch. Definitely find another Verizon store. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Cory was excellent and help with all my needs. He also took the time to explain everything, and did not rush us in a decision. I definitely recommend him for your next experience at this location.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE! I upgraded my phone at Best Buy beings Verizon did not have the phone I wanted. I was told to return my old phone to Verizon. I went there to return my old phone and IMMEDIATLY the sales person was rude! I was told I could not return my phone there because it was upgraded at Best Buy which was fine. I explained to the guy and his rude manager that I was told by Best Buy to return the phone to the Verizon store. He proceeded to tell me “well you cannot return the phone here I work here” I literally wanted to just throw the phone at his face.Instead of trying to help me and lead me in the right direction, they were just rude! I am very tempted to cancel my service. I defiantly will not be going to this store again!

Remember the days when you would walk in to a store and the employees would be more than willing to help? Well not here. I walked in, asked a question then was told the samsungs are over there. I had multiple questions but the employees were too busy playing on their phones to help me. Im ordering my phone online and never going back to this store.

We had their service for years passing for unlimited data, so wed have it should it ever disappear wed be grandfathered in. However when we when I last time to get new phones they told is or unlimited plan didnt cover the new phones, I called corporate and was told they no longer offered unlimited data and i was two days late, and nothing more they could so for me. Their cellular service was great but felt like they constantly invent ways to screw over their customers.

I wish you could put a negative star! This is the worst store ever. The people that work they are rude and they make up rules when they want to, and try saying that its Verizons policy. But I have learned that they lied because no other store does it and how it is not Verizons policy. Plus when I ordered my phone online I had no problem, which was a first, but then my friend does hers and they are now telling her that the way she did it is not policy and she cant get her phone, but the way she did it was the exact same way I did it and I had no issues. The service is so bad over there that I refuse to go there and even drive almost two hours away just to go to another store!!

Well when I got my two new phone the sale tech told me that anytime that I wanted to change my plane I could my bills go up every month 2 to 3 dollars a month and I been on the phone for about an hour try to get my bill lower about 15 dollars and they said that their nothing they could do so I am thinking about dropping them and go with another company I been with Verizon for 8 years and it about to end.so just beware when you sign with Verizon they will not stand by what the sale people tell you. Can you hear me now.

Employee didnt want to help and didnt offer to get tech in store to check my phone

My experience was less than satisfactory. They failed to provide all of the information needed to make a successful purchase, and left or details that would have made me change my mind in the first place. My experience was a let down, and a disappointment.

If I could rate them a no star I would. I purchased new phones and found the store had charged my debit card without authorizing it with me first. Who does business like that.

Horrible customer service!!! When I initallly switched over to Verizon I had a great sales rep who is no longer with Verizon in Houma. I cannot wait until my contract is up with these people!

What I really like about this place is that I never have to wait for service. Ive been several times and never had to wait like other Verizon stores.
