Jeffery was an awesome help to us when we went in. He recommended some really good games and shared a lot of knowledge.

Its a nice store. From what I can tell they know alot about gaming stuff but Im not a gamer so I really dont know.

I love being able to go into a brick and mortar to actually discuss games and other nerd stuff. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I can never just run in because I always get engaged in deep conversation with like minded people... Sadly, with the uprise of downloadable games I fear Game Stop will eventually go the way of Blockbuster.

Was very satisfied with the hat I purchased. Love it. But the service could use improvements. Never was asked if we needed any help. I will go back to the store in the mall. Service there is awesome!!

Both employees were super helpful and patient as we were trading in an older system. Gave us plenty of info that we were completely unaware of about the Switch. Overall great service!
