I was told to get out today. No sign to turn off phone. Very nasty dr. We wont go there for our glasses. Rudeness there. Didnt have the contacts either. My husband and I both need new glasses. Mine cost $400. everytime. I wont be going here for them. Telling family and friends too.
They were able to fit me in the next day after I called being it was work related. Id refer everybody to use them also The receptionist was really polite and made sure to answer all my questions.
Expensive as heck, didnt have a doctor on site a couple of months ago... but now they dont have a lab for onsite work.
The staff here is very polite ands make you feel right at home. Large selection of frames and contacts and a well-maintained office. The eye doctor I had was super fast, yet thorough - she had me ready to go in less than 10 minutes! Once it was time to pick out glasses, the staff handled all the insurance stuff proficiently and was very adept in applying a number of discounts - managing to get my glasses down to about $100; where I know I would have had to pay over $500 at my previous eye professional. I highly recommend them, I think theyre awesome!
Wonderful experience as always! Dr. Warner was very pleasant and thorough--the best eye exam Ive ever had! Sam patiently helped me select my glasses and explained lens options in terms that I could easily understand. Don and Caitlin also assisted with my exam and glasses selection. Everyone was so kind and courteous--I could not be happier with the service and products that I received at this office! I remain a very loyal and happy customer--thanks to everyone!
They are rude, very unhelpful people, & their service sucks .. they had my glass for two months. Everytime I called they told me my glasses werent in.. they informed me that my glasses never came in after two months of waiting. Finally I went there in person. The lady went in the back again to check, they magically appeared.. then my daughter went in there being 18 yrs old. They toke advantage of her being unknowable.. their words, well she is 18 years old, she should know better.. and at 18 yrs old the young lady on the phone said she knew better.. it was about insurance.. So I paid for everything out of pocket..when we have insurance. Our insurance would have covered the expense.
I can’t express how thankful I am. I had a problem with my glasses and they took care of it for me with welcoming pleasure. Not to mention I didn’t even purchase my glasses with them but they were more than happy to fix my glasses for me!! I feel very blessed.

Please do not waste your time at this place. My experience was the worst. After my eye exam, I ordered glasses and contacts. I had to come back in because my measurements for my glasses was incorrect. I had to make another trip to pick my glasses up then another trip to get my contacts. Low and behold, the contacts that were ordered, the right eye was the wrong script. I called and was told that was the script in the computer. I had to explain that Dr. Warner ordered two different trials for the right eye and the wrong contacts had been ordered So since shes only their on Monday and Friday, I had to wait until Friday. I go into the store on Friday, Dr. Warner corrected the script. I asked the cashier that was supposed to order my contacts if they can put a rush on it because Im out of contacts. Of course I got an excuse as if it was my fault the wrong contacts were ordered. I asked her for my scripts because by this time I knew I was done with this store. She said the Dr. had not finalized it but she assured me she would have it ready when I pick up my contacts. I called the following Wednesday to check to see if the contacts were in. Of course not. I called on Thursday guess what MY CONTACTS WERE NEVER ORDERED. The store manager called and said he was going to put a rush on them. I said ok and can you please have my scripts ready. He said he would have them for me. TODAY, I get to the store to pick up my contacts. I finally got the contacts. I asked for my scripts AGAIN. The cashier prints the scripts and gave them to me WITHOUT the Dr. signature. I cannot use these scripts without a Drs signature. So she calls Megan (I guess shes a manager) so Megan tell the cashier to sign her name on the script because Dr. Warners signature is not in the system and she will not be back until Monday. I will get my scripts on Monday and I will tell everyone I know do not go to VISIONWORKS in Southland Mall

This was a terrible place to go for an eye exam! When I called they said they took my insurance which is through a public school district. Then when I showed up to the appointment they called the insurance to verify and said that I had no co-pay and an exam wouldnt be a problem. AFTER the exam took place they came and told me that I would have to pay and could submit the claim myself. I said fine but that I needed the Doctors signature on some papers. They argued with me and then finally read ON THE FORM that yes the doctor did need to sign. She did so and was very rude about it and dismisive. THEN a few days later they called at work saying that they were trying to bill my insurance and couldnt find it. Nevermind they had already verified that I had insurance and that I had already billed them myself. They also made me wait on the phone for 30 minutes. I hope they dont bill the insurance I already billed myself. NEVER GO THERE

I appreciated the service that was given to me and the associate coming back and forth making sure I was doing ok. Then when it came time to pay, I was left to wait for 45 minutes. The reason? I was waiting on a phone call for payment and that phonecall came in 5 minutes after the associate left. What happened to that attentive attitude? I do not know but that aired my entire experience. As a fix I propose keeping your head on a swivel and sure you touch base with you current customers before picking up new ones. That is the only reason I rated low
Ok so the manager walks in and doesn’t acknowledge anyone she seems like she had a death in her immediate family. I hope she did not but if so please take off because ignoring people is not good for repeat customers. The doctor was great but he is a floater & now my sons script still isn’t what he needed. Exhale... So about the general manager,,, he looks very professional however he does seem to get irritated as he cut me off twice & maybe over worked. I will not be returning to this location or any of Visionworks locations.

I have had a valid prescription for my daughter to get new frames (due to her old ones getting damaged at school), they had a sale for kids 13 years and younger to get two pairs of glasses for 99$. So took my daughter in to the Ceader hills location at the Beaverton mall she picked out two pairs they did not fill the prescription and did not sale me any frames. in stead they tried to get us into their doctors office to get a new prescription and then they said they can see if she will fit into the sale we went there for. I asked twice on how long this sale was going for and they could not answer that question I asked three time on getting checked out and they did not try to ring us up just kept giving me excuses on why they couldnt fill a vary valid eye prescription. I ended up 45 minutes later walking out without new frames for my child and she now has to wear frames that are not 100% straight. NEVER GO THERE!!!
