There is always someone available and willing to help you find exactly what it is youre looking for!! Even though I pretty much always get more than what I go in for its still an amazing experience everytime!!!

It was my first time shopping for myself in the store. The girls there were very nice. The problem I had was that they didnt have the two brands I went there to purchase. Although they did have them online.

The workers here are very helpful. I was asked by about 4 different ppl if I needed help. I also love getting my eyebrows done here by Nicole in the hair salon. She will not wax you wrong.

Booked an online haircut around 10am today for 530 pm. Let work early drove 20 minutes to get there to find out their system is done. They had no knowledge of my appointment because “ the system is down and corporate knows”.The booking app should have been disabled by corporate! In store offered no solutions nor offered to rebook.Stylist was booked for the night by a walk-in she took, she was very nice.

Walked in for wax. Sat down, my info was all put into system. Received a textq confirming appt. Worker started process, and another woman walked up to area stating she had an appt for five min from the current time. Worker looked, but saw no appt made. Woman stated it was with Brooke..mind you, Brooke is wearing a name tag. If I got a text confirming the appt, she would have gotten a text also, correct? She would have just shown the confirmation but she didnt. The worker had me get out the chair and said we could make an appt for another time. Very disappointed if this is policy. Ive made appts in the past where I had to wait a few minutes(the woman could have done the same..theres no reason why she couldnt wait 10 minutes).. but Ive NEVER had to get out of the chair after services had already begun. Im now stuck with a gift card, and yall lost a customer.

Love the brow bar!They do not value their big spenders. No gratis is given except when advertised on items sold.Needs better management with prior beauty experience! For better service - go to Dillard’s!

I was picking up an online order and was poorly treated by Jade. Zero customer greeting skills. She kept dangling up and down instead of looking for my order. Online order is suppose to be breeze. The counter ladies were able to entertain three customers by the time I was attended and then just rude overall behavior per this person

THEY ARE ALWAYS CHEAPER THAN SEPHORA OR ORDERING ON ANY WEBSITE LIKE JEFFREE STARS, COLOURPOP, BH, ANASTASIA OF BEVERLY HILLS. AWESOME DAY THERE YESTERDAY. THEY HAVE A HUGE SALE GOING ON NOW.

Love this Ulta! I wish theyd restock their Nyx lines a bit more, but overall theyre good. The customer service here is always wonderful.

We waited ten minutes only one other customer was in the store I had 3 people in the salon see us 2 other also see us I even sat in the brow bar chair hoping someone would come and ask us if we needed help no one came I put back my 90.00 perfume and walked out without anyone asking us if we needed help and they also lost my 40ish dollars worth of brow bar work bad feelings with this customer for sure!! Also called to complain with a supervisor still waiting it’s been over 10 minutes!!!!!terrible service!!!

Very poor customer service, they discriminate against older customers. I was ignored while 2 younger patrons walked in, and got treated like royalty. I will spend my money at the Dillard’s make up counter from now on.

Its a cute little Ulta store. I was not very impressed with the service however. I called to get my eyebrows waxed for 10:00am. When i arrived, the girl said that the wax technician doesnt come in until 10:30. She didnt start until 10:45. I mean i pay 21 dollars to get my eyebrow waxed with tip. Having to wait that long was ridiculous. They shouldnt have given me the appointment if no one is going to be there.
