I am fortunate to have met Kristen, Greg, Megan, Daniel, and Meghan during my search for a Rolex watch for myself. During my search, I was given the opportunity to learn more about Rolex and look at the various models they had in store. Not only does the Fakier family go above and beyond with customer service, they ensure you are a part of their family. Their large selection of diamond rings, watches, and jewelry ensures you are walking away with something truly amazing and something to remember. There are plenty of jewelry stores around the New Orleans and Baton Rouge area, but Fakier is the place that I will always go to for my jewelry needs. We stopped in to Fakier to take a look at their Rolex selection. Ive been to all of the Rolex dealers from Baton Rouge to Houston and Fakier had the best selection Ive seen, not to mention the friendliest and most helpful people. The salesperson we met with, Kristen, was super friendly and helpful and even showed us a watch that was already sold to and being held for another customer, just so that we could see the quality and beauty of that particular model. The owner, Greg, also spent some time with us and gave us a lot of insight into the brand and the process of getting our desired timepiece and touched on some of the different aspects of watch collecting. Overall, it was a great experience. The store and staff are very friendly, very inviting and very helpful. This is the kind of store that earns peoples business by how they treat you. Will absolutely be back and will be picking up a Rolex when the time comes!

I recently brought my engagement and wedding ring to get cleaned. It was my first time at a Fakier Jewelers. When I picked up my rings, I was very happy......they looked brand new again. The customer service was very good and my emails and messages were always replied to. The only non-positive thing I can say is that when I dropped off the rings I was quoted a price. When I picked them up, the total was twice as much as what I had been told. They were gracious and apologized saying I should’ve got an estimate call. (my ring ended up needing a small repair and not just a cleaning) It was no problem and the work they did was worth the price. Overall I had a great experience at Fakier.

Just a warning to anyone considering shopping at Fakier. I spoke with a man named Greg today about a simple jewelry appraisal. His attitude was disgusting to say the least. As soon as I told him the piece I needed appraised was not purchased at this store, he became disrespectful and downright rude. I am so very disappointed with the customer service at this place and will never put any of my money into their hands. Buyers beware!

Great selection and staff

Fakiers has always been my go to place for quality jewelry. When I shop there I know Im not getting screwed with something fake. Someone is always there to assist you even when the place is busy. So far I have had no complaints for the jewelry I have purchased as gifts. This is the number jewelry store around Houma in my opinion!!

My dad bought me a ring from Fakiers when I was a senior in high school. It is such a beautiful ring and I wear it everyday and get so many compliments. Ive had it for just over 10 years and recently it broke on the back of the band. I brought it in and everyone was so nice and helpful with fixing my ring. It was done in no time and I am back to wearing it everyday. Always such a great experience at Fakiers.

Fakiers is by far the best jewelry store in the area. I spent many many hours searching for the perfect ring for my soon to be wife. She is quite picky so I involved her in some of process to make sure I knew exactly what she was looking for. We looked online and at other local businesses searching for the best ring but the quality didnt seem to match the price or the service wasnt what we needed. We went into Fakiers expecting much of the same but walked out feeling completely different. The quality of the jewelry is amazing and the time and effort Lauren took to help is indescribable. We didnt find what she was looking for on our first visit but she showed tremendous patience and found exactly what she wanted. Thanks so much for the service. They made a customer for life.
