Real helpful I got a good deal

I bought an engagement ring a year ago which the sale person was awesome. Recently after giving my fiance the ring we realized it needed to be sized. The ring came back with a diamond missing. We sent the ring back to have it corrected and it came back with a diamond missing again. So we will have to send it back again as our only option. I wish I could get my money back and purchase a ring elsewhere but I dont have that option which I think is bad business! I will not purchase from Zales again!!

Ms. Mia as this store was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me with all of my questions and concerns, even off the clock!! She demonstrated excellent customer service skill, and I will defiantly be doing business with this Zales store specifically because of my experience with her!! Keep up the great work Mia!!

Hands down the best customer service ever. The person I dealt with when buying my fiancé’s ring was extremely helpful and nice! I had to get it sent off to be sized and it came in faster than expected. I’ll always go to this location for all my jewelry needs! 10/10 would recommend.

I have had nothing but an AMAZING experience with every single one of these workers at Zales. Mia has been SUCH a big help from day one with my wedding band and everything else I’ve needed. I am so happy I my fiancé chose my ring from Zales and not anywhere’s else. The manager, Ms.Jo Ann was absolutely amazing, she gave me a run down of the characteristic of my diamonds and everything regarding my insurance on my ring. The WHOLE staff has been such a big help, I highly recommend going to Zales whether it is for a pair of earrings for your girlfriend for Valentines Day or an engagement ring for your future wife.

Zales store in Southland Mall in Houma, Louisiana is charming and relaxing. The staff greets you warmly and are very knowledgeable.

Zales attitude is HORRIBLE!! The customer service needs to be better every time a African American walk in the store we don’t need to be watched like we’re stealing or something it’s unfair cause I know white people that steals too. Zales please get it together

Worst customer service ever!!!! Shop anywhere but here. Assistant manager nor store manager could assist me in locating an item which was set to be delivered to their store. Even after I provided the order number she stated she could not help. I asked her if she could look into it and I was told she could not!!!!

Beautiful products and professional staff

Overall great experience, the sales lady was pleasant to deal with, not pushy and had an amazing understanding of what we were looking for and how to get it it. we will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases.

They are not capable of even tracking your package. redirected me through just about every employee and not even the manager was able to assist me. I hope that they get new staff. I Shop here often. Debating switching to Kays/Bill George!

Worst customer service!!!Felt like NO ONE including the manager on duty wanted to help us in anyway. Went to the store in the Lakeside Mall and had EXCELLENT customer service and made our purchase there.

They helped my husband pick out the perfect engagement ring for me, and were really helpful when I went back for cleanings. Great place for you guys looking for a great ring!

When I walked in to purchase my fiancès ring the staff were very friendly and eager to make a sale. Went back to have it resized and they gave us a 2 week window in which they would have it back. We called at the 2 week mark and they told us it would be another week. Today is the 3 week mark and now they are giving us a delivery day of 4 more days. I will never make another purchase here and the professuinalism and eagerness to assist us with the resizing has been no where near when i walked in to make the original purchase.
