I live in the next town, but the short drive to this Thibodaux location is worth it for the customer service. HOWEVER, their unwarranted mask policy they are trying to force on their customers may be the impetus for me taking MY MONEY elsewhere. We shall see... 🤔

Switched to metro PCs for the family plan after 6days of the service not being able to make calls unless you go out side have talked to the store and they wont do anything they said it was out of there hand so now its up to corporate to deal with it warning do not deal with Matthews metro PCs very rude people if you use your phone thats if !! You can dont use it more than a hour before you take it back ya thats right a hour so read the fine print this is how bad the service is with them . I understand that not all have this problem. my next step with be calling better business bureau I wont tolerate being ripped off from the service that hasnt worked from the start
