Everything we wanted was available and being delivered and set up within a few days. Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable once we explained our needs. Didnt try to oversell things we didnt want.

PLEASE READ!! My wife and I recently purchased two recliners from this place. (Feb 2019) One came in fine and the other was obviously not put together correctly. We contacted the business and advised, they refused to replace rather attempted to repair at our house. The delivery drivers looked at the recliner and stated we should send it back so we did. Now, 7 months later, we still do not have our recliner and the owner says nothing is wrong with the piece. No one can answer if it has been fixed or replaced and the owner claims he has tried to call me but ironically I have no missed calls. I have tried to have the piece brought back to my residence but the owner wishes to charge me $45.00 to have it brought outside of a delivery day. BUYER BE WARNED!! THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE SALE AND NOT THE SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

Be certain of your purchase! There is no service after the sale. The owner is rude and unreasonable. The salesman doesnt tell the customer everything about the sale. Dont worry, its all in the fine print. I bought a sofa that was on clearance because it was discontinued. When delivered, I found that the reclining mechanism did not work the same as the sofa I sat on in the store.After expressing my dissatisfaction with the sofa, I was told that I would have to pay $30 to have a technician come to my house to see if anything was wrong. I was okay with that, but the owner could not tell me if what I was experiencing with the sofa was valid.Oh! The clincher was that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee even if I brought it back myself.Buyer beware! This customer will never shop there again!

Bought a living room set two years ago and now the set is separating at the seams, my warranty covers the rips but not the separations, which is crazy. This furniture gets minimal use since that I am on the road and I dont think that it will last longer than 3 years. Next time I will spend the extra money and go somewhere else. I paid over $1700 for this set and I definitely got ripped off.

Bought sectional sofa and informed store their deliver set up folks did not align it to come and fix it ! What a bunch of fast Eddie sales -management people ! I dont want to return it or exchange it, I want it aligned like Basset describes ! But this store management is lying and useless, Told me it will be two weeks before he talked to his workers to schedule a visit ! I also found out its imported and only warranty is the store warranty and I dont expect much help from them the way they have responded to this alignment issue and their web email gets returned as undeliverable . . Never again do I do business there . And never buy Basset again !

Do not ever buy anything from this place and expect them to stand by what they sell you!!! I bought two pieces of furniture there about two months ago and haven’t had anything but hell trying to get the furniture fixed. They even came and picked the furniture up to repair it and left me and my family with nothing to sit on and the furniture still is not right and should be replaced!!!! Word of advice JS…..
