I was able to get a product at the Houma store that I have been trying to get for several weeks at a nearby store...but the kids that work at that store had no interest in helping me get it or find it. I called the Houma store and the very professional employee that I spoke to went and physically checked stock, came back to the phone and told me they had it, and put my name on it untill I could get there the next day to pick it up. I am very happy with this type of professional customer service. The nearby store should take notes!

Store well maintained and organized, staff knowledgeable about their products, staff made you feel welcomed upon entering and eager to assist you with your needs.

This is a great place for paint but we were advised to get a new can of paint that was slightly more expensive than we normally buy because we were told the older paint we bought a few years back would probably be off slightly in color. Well, we always buy good grade paint and really didnt need to buy the more expensive one. Its all good.

Im giving 4 stars for not only the store and staff, but the star of the show the paint so much better than the previous brand I used. More expensive but 100% worth it. Evertime I would find a color I liked it was always sherwin Williams, then I would try to find a similar color. Realized me and Sherwin were on the same page tried his paint and boom, customer for life.

Curbside service was great curbside process took less than 7 minutes.

Super professsional and knowledgeable with prices similar to regular home improvement stores. To me its a no brainer. Plus they offer they small town customer service.

The guys are always helpful to get the color to make with sample provided.

If I need to paint, Sherwin-Williams is the only paint I want to use. The store is very organized and clean and the staff has always been a great help.
