Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I am being charged $1000 for a package that was not delivered to my house. Fedex will verify to me over the phone that the package was delivered to another address but they refuse to submit that information to PayPal. The customer service rep actually said that Fedex has no way to provide that information to me or PayPal.

Dropped off some packages for someone. I didnt really notice the door with the plywood up. Helpful people come out and asked if I had anything more. An I did! They helped me with the rest and brought the packages inside.

Tracking shows attempted delivery Friday July 17th at 1:30. Totally FALSE statement as we were home and expecting package. No knock on door, no doorbell ring, no missed delivery note on door, my dog barks at the wind and she never alerted. Now this location is closed on Saturday and have to wait until Monday for delivery....HOPEFULLY! if something came up, mechanical issues, personal, whatever no big deal. But dont act like you tried delivering because you didnt.

Waited all day for my package that needed a signature. Went to work. Was there for about 3 hours. Checked status. Still no package. Called to see what time they would be there and they couldnt give me a time so I could have someone there. They attempted to deliver at 5:24 pm.(Package was on Truck since 8am) Why cant they be like UPS and deliver at noon. Im so angry !

The girl Gina that helped my husband and I had a very nasty attitude. We walked in and stood up front without being helped for approximately five minutes. No one was up front to great customers! Needless to say GINA needs to find her self another job.. Not in customer service.

Paid extra to be able to pick up a critical part her on Saturday. They closed till Monday. FedEx customer service was useless & refused to help make this right. FedEx told us we would be able to get this package on Saturday but you really cant. Never use or believe anything FedEx says!

My package was shipped as FedEx Priority Overnight, I received half of it yesterday and was expecting the other half to arrive today since they were shipped together. Well it finally arrived in houma this morning, i called to make sure it was going to arrive today since it should have been here yesterday. This place is closed till Monday! Whats the point of overnight delivery if the Houma location is not even open on weekends.

Package damaged in transit. Was told by person at this location I would not be able to receive package (either sender or recipient) NOR money back. Thankfully, I called customer service and found out that’s not the case. Rude, insensitive, terrible customer service. Work somewhere else if you don’t want to help people.

I had a package arrive here on 11/26/18 at 7 AM. The package is being held at this facility until Wednesday 11/28/18 because thats when its due to be delivered. So theyre holding my package for two days because it shipped faster than it was supposed to ship. Ridiculous!!!

I am so impressed with FedEx of Houma. The service is on-time, and the delivery is courteous. The employee graciously hid my package since I wasnt home, and I appreciate that extra care and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this companys services!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I sat home all day waiting on delivery. Missed out on a day of work. Then the driver puts in the system cant find house. He delivers across the street at least a couple times a month, and at the marina, just below me, at least twice a week. Numbers on my house are 18 tall and on the garbage can at end of drive are 10 tall on 3 sides. If he cant see that, doesnt need to be driving. He didnt want to come down the bayou so he just LIED. And what recourse? Not a damn thing.

Late on delivery called and was told maybe I’ll get it tomorrow and that I needed to call the company I purchased it from about my one day delivery. It was on the truck for delivery for 9 hours I only live 20 minutes from the office and to top off everything the driver pulled in my driveway backed up and left without delivering my package and marked it down as an attempt to deliver. This isn’t something that requires a signature so it should have been delivered. When I asked for a number to the Houma office I was told they can not release that information.

Absolute garbage staff. The lady working there basically spit in our face by throwing our packages on the ground and literally ignoring us when we would ask where she wanted us to put them. Hope fedex is willing to pay out the insurance when we find out it’s broken. She caused the package to rip open by pulling in over the counter then made us buy tape to retape it. Rolled her eyes at us at least 3 times. We didn’t do anything rude at all. We said hello, how are you, please and thank you, and she just didn’t give a care about anything. Absolute trash person with no concern or care about anyone else. Go to UPS or USPS instead.

I rarely give reviews on any sites. However, if I could rate the FedEx driver who is assigned to the Maple Park area of Houma, they would receive a zero star! Im going to compare UPS vs FedEx:UPS pros:1. The driver ALWAYS rings my doorbell under my carport.2. If my car is not home, a note is stuck onto my carport door to inform me that UPS has a delivery for me.3. Gives me the option to pick my delivery up from UPS OR have it redelivered at MY SPECIFIED convenient time.4. The drivers places my box(es) directly in front of my carport door. 5. 100% of my delivered box(es) have been in mint condition.UPS only con:6. If I want to return an item (majority purchased through Amazon or EBay), I must print the return label & drop my item off at the UPS store. My working hours differ bc I teach. My schools dismissal bell rings at 3:45. However, I officiate both volleyball & softball but if Im not officiating, I rarely leave school before 5-6p.m.FedEx pro(s):1. Hmmmmm. 😕 Nothing is coming to my mind at the moment. Oh wait.... There was a return label that was dated as follows: Delivered June 1st (Really? If this is true, why was this box not in front of my car with the non-labeled box?)2. A return label, with the following instructions: Please cut the label, place it in a shipping pouch (huh?? 😯😕 👝 ⬅️ pouch? OR maybe 👜💼🎒👝👛💰??) and affix to your shipment. Ensure that there is no other tracking labels attached to your package. Ohhhhh, a pouch is a package! Okay... My attached, typed label states:TO my first and last name is listed along with my address. FROM Houzz Inc along with the company address. Im no delivery truck driver, but shouldnt this be return label be reversed? To: Houzz, Inc and From: my name??FedEx cons:1. The driver has been seen by neighbors & myself driving/backing his truck down a one way, in the wrong direction.2. I had a single box delivered on June 1st without any notification (ring my door bell or knock on my door).3. If a friend would not have visited that day, I would have driven completely over the box because it was placed in front of the drivers side of my car.4. There was not a return slip on the box. My friend brought it inside & stated, Im not sure if this belongs to you, but it was in front of your car. Did you order anything? If so, its just a taped up blank box. I ordered a hanging light fixture for my kitchen from the Houzz App. After reading the dimensions, I immediately placed a 2nd order for 2 more of the exact light fixtures due to the much smaller circumference of the metal shade compared to the one I have now.5. When the driver delivered my 2nd box from Houzz, again no notification was given. Another friend/neighbor informed me that I had a box placed at my front door. 6. I have no clue the duration of time it was at my front door. Also, I am extremely lucky it was not stolen. (FedEx managers, you may want to read any local newspaper to inform yourself & your drivers about certain areas in the city of Houma with the most thefts).7. No FedEx contact number or address on the return label. However, Houzz Inc attached instructions on How to Return an Order: Please log in to Houzz, go to Your Orders, and click on the Return Item button to begin the process.This Houzz App is one of the BEST home decor apps Ive ever looked through. Their products are absolutely gorgeous, with a diverse style, along with amazing sale prices. However, if they continue to use FedEx as their delivery method. I will NEVER place another order with this company.

I am piss off with FedEx it was raining today they dropped my box off in the rain an at the wrong address I call FedEx and told them what happen all he can say he sorry about the inconvenience smdh I need to return the item and dont have the box because the smart driver dropped the box off in the rain at the wrong address. I call FedEx talked to a man and told him i need another box at their cost he told me they dont have boxes i need to buy my own box i told him you mean to tell me your driver knew it was raining today and left the box in the rain why in the hell I have to buy a box they mess up I will go to FedEx when i get the return label with the items in a garbage somebody going give me a box at Fedex. I will take UPS over FedEx anyday 😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😡😡😡😈😈👿👿👿😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😈😈😈
