Stay away from this dealership and take your business elsewhere. Especially do NOT take your car there for any service or repair. I had multiple bad experiences there but the most recent one convinced me they do not care about their customers at all. I took my SQ5 there to have broken glass replaced. I receive two verbal estimates from their associates plus one written estimate from their body shop - all three about the same (body shop was a bit higher). Left my car their with their service department, but when I came home there was a message on my voice mail from them telling me the cost of repair will be a thousand dollars more. No reasonable explanation was provided why it suddenly went up. When I receive invoice, there was no break down for a labor cost - just a ridiculous lump sum number. For the last 40 days I am trying to get an explanation from them and I am getting a clear message that they do not care. So that’s it! They lost my business.

Now this is a proper car dealership.Upon immediate arrival, I was met by a friendly and polite gent, that aided me with the service process perfectly.Issues were discussed and a plan of attack was quickly actioned.The centre is great, clean, comfortable and welcoming.As my Audi had a few little issues to correct, a loaner vehicle was sought, which was just great.Brian’s customer service is absolutely first class. It’s my 2nd or 3rd time visiting and each visit is always perfect (all issues corrected, and car is nice and clean upon collection).Outstanding work, someone in management really knows what they are doing here.

We came to this location to see an Audi we seen online. Not one person came out to help us. One gentleman came out walked across to the next dealership didnt even ask if we needed help. Its a shame the Audis are very nice too bad the customer service isnt.

Joshua is a great man! Honest, no BS! I have owned Audi (2), BMW (2), Porsche (1) and purchased/serviced from Houston. Sewell is another level that makes other Audi/BMW/Porsche dealers in Houston look pretty bad, especially their unfriendly attitude!
I purchase a car from this dealership a little over a year ago. I had a very good experience. I them took advantage of the complimentary car washes. First couple was very good in regards to the actual car wash and customer service experience. After this the car washes were very poor experiences. My car almost never comes back completely clean on outside. The inside is vacuumed only half the time. The experience with staff when I arrive and leave us horrible. Especially when leaving almost never see someone to give the buzzer to. Today my car front at bumper and below was filthy. No one there to share this with ... as numerous service advisors looked at me from their work stations. I left the buzzer in a basket I found and left. When I got in my car. My seat was moved way back not returned to the was I left it. And the mode was on Sport which is not what I had it on.I don’t know if it is a staffing issue or training issue or both but it is a POOR EXPERIENCE. I suggest stopping this service until you can get it right. This is transiting the very good experience I had when I purchase my car.Very disappointing

The BEST car maintenance service Ive ever had - will never go anywhere else again! Car was ready for a 30k mile service and Id been pushing it off expecting to be inconveniently out of a car for a few days or be stuck at a dealership all day and then be charged a random big bill. Had I known it would be so easy I would have gone a lot sooner and not have it looming in the back of my head. Scheduling was easy and they allowed walk-ins too. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up into the service drive, ANDRE DEYANG AND LEO CALDERON (ask for them, they are THE BEST!!) were patient and went over all of my questions and requests. The complimentary loaner car was ready before I even finished getting a complimentary vanilla latte and cookie from the snack bar (talk about amenities). I was basically in and out in 10 minutes. Got a call from Leo the following day saying my car was ready - headed over that afternoon and honestly I was expecting a $400+ surprise bill which is usually what happens with every other dealership - imagine my surprise when I got there and everything was done, including a car wash, and the bill came out to be $0.00

I Bought new audi 2021 model Q5 on June 29 2021. the first day I found out some small mistake mirror compass failed, audi presense..... I called and met saleman, after I came to service customer 5 times, they can not fix mistake, my cars still failed .
Stopped by this afternoon with the intention of purchasing an SUV, but not a single person approached me to ask if I needed help. What a shame.

Audi North Houston refused to honor their own repair warranty. They repaired my Audi when it broke down and messed up the pre sense system when they removed the front bumper to make a repair. Despite being faced with error codes that had date and time stamps that corresponded to their repair date! Instead they put it back on me, basically calling me a liar for not notifying them sooner. Classic car dealer behavior to avoid taking responsibility in the face of facts presented by another dealership using the cars own data. And they wonder why people don’t like dealerships. Poor service and dishonest people at this dealership.
Car shopping at Audi North Houston is easy. The process was stress free and all the staff involved were extremely helpful and attentive. Barrett is a real credit to the team and made purchasing a new vehicle a genuinely enjoyable experience.

He spent time making sure of what the concerns were and narrowing it down to specific issues, and provided me with some guidance and videos about nifty little details I didnt know about my Q3. His professionalism, knowledge of the product (esp RS models), and consistency in delivering on promises made each acquisition nearly painless. Furthermore, the finance team was equally buttoned up - many of their recommendations were right in line with the countless hours of research I conducted leading up to those meetings - a refreshing surprise after experiencing pressure up-selling elsewhere. Im giving two stars because they are at least nice enough to clean the car after ringing you dry of any money they can get out of you lol... I took my car in for routine servicing to get an oil change, spark plugs, etc. I spent $600 which I figured, since the dealership always charges more for servicing than anywhere else but I trust them so I continue to go. The Audi dealership in OKC Ive always gone to was so honest about any needed/not needed work. This place is not. I was asked a total of 3 times if they could replace my engine drive belt while my car was in for routine maintenance, claiming on the inspection report that it was in Immediate need of repair. Brian told me it could cause some serious issues if I continued driving with the current belt in the condition it was in. I refused 3 times, wanting to see the belt for ourselves as we have not noticed any noises or issues with how its running. The belt as it turns out was in pretty great condition. TLDR: Do not trust to pay for whatever they tell you to do. I had a gut feeling they were trying to get me to pay for more than what was needed, I guess they either thought I was wealthy enough to not care, or didnt know enough about cars since Im a woman lol. In either case, Audi N. Houston: do not put on your multipoint inspection that something is in immediate need of replacement if you cannot back up this claim. I happen to be able to back up my claim as I kept the damaged belt which is perfectly fine.
