Michael took great care of us! Our GLC300 car had been stolen and was vandalized. Over 10K worth of damages. He ensured to communicate very step of the way, worked with our insurance company and worked diligently on our car. Thank you again!
Ms. Adriane and Jay were SO helpful and courteous from the second I stepped through their doors. Ran into some issues outside of their control with the claim and car rental process, but they were quick to take on the demands themselves and resolve the issues on my behalf (which they did not have to do). I am so frustrated with the service I received from this place. I was in a collision (rear ended by a distracted teenager) and was told to drive my car to the Mercedes Benz Greenway dealership. Mind you, I took pictures of my car after the accident. My car was then transported from the dealership to the collision by unknown. 3 weeks turned into two months and although I was frustrated by the constant changes of completion dates, I remained patient. I then received my car at my job. The windshield was cracked, the tire was completely low in pressure (24, when it should’ve been on 38), pieces of the passenger seat was not put back together (it took me over 45 minutes to get it back together), ac power is low, and noise coming from the front of the engine. They stated my windshield was cracked when it was brought to them and showed a picture, however, I too have images of my windshield showing it was NOT cracked when I dropped it off. Whoever transported my car from the dealership to the collision center is the one responsible for the damage. They were clearly NOT HONEST enough to mention that it was hit by a rock and cracked as they were transporting it on the way there. I am sure they can look in the cameras at the dealership to show that it was NOT CRACKED when I brought it in. It’s now been TWO weeks and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. They clearly don’t care after receiving their 12k for damage and “labor” from the insurance company. I will NEVER recommend this auto collision shop or Mercedes Benz Greenway dealership to anyone. After they take your money, they can care less about what happens. The workers don’t take responsibility for their actions and instead hide it, make excuses, and lie about it to bring it back on the customer. And yes, I have warranty on the windshield, and NO, they will not fix or replace it because I was not in the car when it cracked. They stated that the auto collision and/or dealership is responsible for it since it was in their possession at the time. SHAME
I had my 2018 gls 450 involved in front collision. They had the car in their possession since February 24th. The initial estimate was going to be one month before we get our car back. My contact person was David Brown who was in charge to submit the estimates of repairs to Allstate . Instead of submitting all the estimates once and for all, he was submitting one estimate per week For total of 7 estimates. While waiting for all the back and forth with the insurance he was telling me that my car is being fixed and will be ready by the end of march. we find out that early April that the car had not been touched and was kept outside lot collecting dust. By mid April My car finally made it inside to be repaired and we were promised now that it will take one month for the car to be repaired. We are by mid may now and don’t hand the car back. . From what i got so far is they already finished the mechanical repairs but has not started painting . What a horrible place to work with. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.Update 5/13They have a generic response for critical reviews. I don’t think they care about good customer care.

Car accidents can be a very stressful event when dealing with insurance adjuster and toe trucks and of course the collision center.I am very unhappy by the way that Autonation collision center has been towards me. I have asked David Brown that I would like to speak with a supervisor since Thursday April 9 he said there was no supervisor on duty till Tuesday 13th today on the 14th I called to ask for Mr. Brown they said he was looking at a car when then I went to ask for a supervisor guess who came on the phone that was supposedly on the other side of the building Mr. Brown. I asked him to speak with supervisor he said he was on a meeting and that he would call me back. Of course I never received a call back. I truly feel like they have my back pin to the wall it’s been 7 weeks that my car has been on the auto shop. And I still have no clue when the car will be ready. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
They are a certified Mercedes collision center first off, second when I called Greenway Benz there is a rep on site that I was transferred to who was awesome and kept me in the know, once my 2016 E250 was towed to the center the rep contacted me when it arrived & once the insurance did there inspection 2 days later, then kept me up to date and not once did I feel the need to call or have to find out what’s going on, as a matter of fact I never stepped foot in the collision center and I trust greenway who trusts them, it was major front end damage from an uninsured driver in what I found out was the “sweet spot” and I assumed it would take over a month but was done in 3 weeks, towed to the dealer, “flat bed of course”, and even returned my rental for me, the car was fantastic, I’ve been hit before on previous vehicles and they are never the same but these guys are spot on, I can’t speak highly enough on my experience, it was friendly, informative, professional, and knowledgeable in all aspects, if something happens I will 100% use them for all my repairs, thanks Auto Nation Collision Center!

He communicated at every step, which I appreciated.Terry Mejia’s work in the body shop is extraordinary. I am very particular about my car, it looks great now. I needed to have some body work done to my car and I must say this place did an exceptional job. I worked with consultant Adrienne throughout my experience and she went above and beyond in her communication and also did everything she could to make it a pleasant one. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use AutoNation Collision Center Galleria, and suggest you speak with Adrienne although all of the reps were nice : )

Picked up my Mercedes GLC this morning and it is good as new! I was provided with consistent updates and had no issues with repair time. They stayed persistent with the other driver’s insurance to ensure repair was done right.I lease my car through Mercedes Greenway and only wanted to go through a Mercedes certified body shop. 100% satisfied!

I am extremely happy with the service received at Auto Nation Collision Center Galleria location. Jennifer and Jay were a total pleasure to interact with. The text updates were regular and I was always aware of where my car was in the repair process. I got my car back on the day promised and it was shining like a new penny! I laughed when I picked it up because Jay said he was going to go and pull my car up for me. It wasn’t parked far from the entrance but he brought it to the door for me. LOL

They told my gf the vehicle was ready to be picked up and when she showed up, the front desk couldn’t even locate where her vehicle at and later informed her that her vehicle still in repairing(the vehicle has been there for a month and half). So I made a phone call to discuss, Their customer service was extremely unprofessional, rude and the person named Jorge hanged up my phone while I was still talking on the phone, he was not willing to listen and kept cutting my words. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
