Service King worked on my Explorer that was in a minor accident. They told me about how much it would cost, even though is covered by insurance, and about how long it would take. The cost was almost exact and I got my car back 5 days earlier than I anticipated. It looked great! I would certainly recommend Service King to anyone looking for quality work, friendly service, and timely results.

My plumbing van was rear ended and so now I have to get the driver side rear door replaced. I came here just to get some general information like a wait time to get the door replaced and ballpark estimate of the price. The time and price doesn’t even have to be accurate, just give me a general idea. The lady at the front desk response was that every shops wait time is different (why she said that I don’t know. I’m here at this shop not any other) and didn’t elaborate any further. As for price, she said that goes through the insurance as to what they will pay. Even though her price answer was lack luster, I can see where she’s coming from. But what I can’t accept is the lack of knowledge of a general idea. has this collision service center never replaced a van rear door? Heck, a door in general? If the answer is no, then I’m at the wrong place. If the answer is yes, then you should have a general idea!Why a 2 star review? When clearly the stated review above is a one star. Here’s why: as I’m sitting in my Plumbing van in the parking lot of Service King writing this review, she comes up and knocks on the passenger window and said that maybe she wasn’t too clear when we spoke inside and she would like to clear things up. She said some gibberish about 10 different shops can give 10 different estimates. Uh yeah, I got that, but thank you for the effort nonetheless. She also said it depends on whether or not the insurance company is willing to pay their prices or not (not the answer I was looking for, but at least now I feel like we’re getting somewhere). She said that there is hourly rates posted inside the office. I didn’t see this before and that is helpful. As I’m back inside the office taking a picture of the sign she gives me a business card to a service advisor with an email written on the card. She told me to have my company send a copy of the insurance estimate to that email and to have any and all of our questions met through them. At least now I’m pointed the the right direction. Even though I feel like doing business with Service King may be too much of a hassle at this point.
This place is horrible they stole my car and two other cars and didn’t pay me not one penny. Someone pull the gate down, broke into the building, broke into the key box and STOLE THREE CARS and said they were not responsible. My OWN insurance had to pay for my car being stolen. He was definitely a INSIDE JOB*** THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS****
Horrible. Wait 15 minutes inside with more one in front of you to place an order for unsweet tea and they still got it wrong. We cant they hire English speaking employees.
Everyone was so nice. When I came to pick up my car Zach took the car seat out my rental and put it in my regular car. That was a HUGE help to me considering the fact I have Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and he didnt even know it. Point is he made it his duty to make sure the seat was transferred with no problems. That truly meant a lot to me. Very polite and a clean ladies restroom I definitely recommend this location.
Way over priced on a quote!! The guy thought I was stupid and said that my axles and drive shaft had to come off to paint a door ding on my truck!!

I need my vehicle to be fixed due to a accident incident. After reviewing some of the reviews I;m sort of convinced this is not the place to take my vehicle. Tip: Check reviews and do some research before you take your vehicle to these places. Its seems like this location just have some sort of bad customer services with some clients. I needed a estimate but I dont want to deal with unprofessional service during the process. Im neutral about this place so I give 3 stars

My car looked like it wasnt in a wreck at all. Service King had also taken the extra step of having the car cleaned.The customer service was pleasant and helpful. If you need car repairs this is an awesome place for it.

Great experience. Allstate referred me to them and i was nervous as i wanted to go to another collision place that my dealer had recommended. My car was delivered before the promised date and I got updates almost every day on the status. Mark Colon was my advisor and stayed in touch throughout the process. Glenda at the front desk was friendly and courteous. My car didnt need a lot of work, but their service was top notch for the work it needed.
This place is awesome!! I got rear ended by someone 12/12. They other party insurance suggested this place I was like might as well try it.. Took my Durango Mon 12/17 got it back 12/21. Everything look just like brand new...And detail in and out. Great people amazing job.
They finished before they said and my car was cleaned and vacuumed better than a car wash place.
Horrible work they did is coming apart, overdrafts by rental company. Front plate lost, no new or used parts, the list goes on. Its not all their fault but its a very bad experience.

I went in for an estimate of damages. The Asian lady proceeds to tell me Farmers isnt going to go by the estimate. I said I need to know for my own knowledge what needs to be repaired. She didnt write the estimate or verbally tell me how much it would be to repair my vehicle worst customer service ever.

Everyone seemed confused when asked a question..the vehicle wasnt ready like they said it would be...I just dont like to be told one thing and another happens...Ill rate them a 2
The worst shop I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to use, after almost 3 months they still have not finished the repairs and are now refusing to clean off the paint that they oversprayed over the grill and the windows. The manager Tony is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Stay away if you dont want them to destroy your vehicle.
First off, this place is just ridiculous. No professionalism what so ever. The manager, Tony, is some work! Hes very rude, never in the office, doesnt return phone calls/emails, and very unprofessional. I will never go back to this place and would never refer anyone here! Ive already made complaints to my ins co. to stop referring their customers here! Especially to this location. I was told my car would be easily ready in 5-7 business days and it ended up being ALMOST finished in 11 days. (4 days were tagged on, because of their issues and their inability to repair a car right the 1st time) When I picked up my car, it still had scratches in places where there should not have been. They kept my car for 1 whole day extra to take care of this and then when I FINALLY was able to take my vehicle home, I realized that the passenger side door wasnt closing properly and wasnt even put back on the right way! -This was a huge noticeable thing and HOW it was approved through their inspection person sure beats me! SO, I had to bring my car BACK up to the shop where they fixed this issue. Sure, everything was eventually taken care, but it took over 2 exhausting weeks of dealing with these idiots to do so! ALSO, when I picked up my car, I had black spots all over my passenger side seat and the car had overspray on my tan back seats!!! At this point, I just wanted to be done with these idiots and luckily I knew someone who could fix this for me. Dont waste your time going to this place. I promise you will be just as disappointed as I was.
The staff is horrible and they dont know what they are doing.First they couldnt find the order to repair my car then I was told I would be updated on my repair and NEVER was!!!! I had to call every other day just to be told I would get a call back which I never did and to find out about issues that came up which would delay the repair obviously but it would have been nice to know. Needless to say the entire experience was unprofessional and horrible.
