Good guys do good work I can trust taking my vehicle to them and getting an honest estimate theyve been around for years and so that should speak for the quality they know what theyre doing and Ive never been disappointed

I came here based on the amazing reviews and also had a great experience! I had to replace the right fender after a parking garage accident and got the lowest price/turn around time here. Victor and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and walked me through everything and managed to keep the price low by saving my front bumper as well. A few weeks later, the front bumper started coming loose and I emailed Victor again worried that something had gone wrong. I was able to bring my car in ASAP and he showed me that the damage had been caused by someone actually hitting my car and the bumper coming slightly loose. He fixed the loose bumper in under 10 minutes at no extra charge and I was extremely shocked and thankful. I will be coming back here for any other issues with my car in the future! They truly are the best.

David, Victor and their crew are amazing! I researched numerous auto body shops when my near perfect truck was rear ended. It was a difficult repair and my color was a very hard to match metallic black. Masters didnt blink at getting it right and got with the high quality paint manufacturer (basf) for a perfect match and they worked directly with the insurance company. Then recently when my daughters brand new car was caught in a hail storm, they repainted the whole car (again another hard to match metallic and dealing directly with the insurance company). I have since sent several other friends, family and even my own clients there with everyone contacting me later to thank me and rave about the quality and experience! I have seen everything from classic restorations to new high end cars up close in their shop. Being a car guy and home design contractor, I notice things most people dont and when you find that place that provides exceptional quality of work, it is rare. They have a great reputation after being around for over 35 plus years. Stop looking you have found the place!

Gonna start this off by saying you dont have to go to a dealership to get a perfect 5 star experience, these guys are proof of this!Secondly, Victor thank you for your professionalism and assistance that went above and beyond.I struck a big piece of steel on the freeway with my family causing damage to tie rods, strut, bumper, and everything plastic underneath that doesnt beat steel. After looking at reviews for a shop near my home (Baytown area) my insurance company recommended I knew I needed to look elsewhere.Google .....Boom, Master Auto got my vehicle. From the moment I handed the keys over I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Both bumpers replaced, tie rod, wheel well covers etc. My vehicle was show room ready .Enterprise is near by so getting picked up and leaving the loaner with Master Auto was a breeze.I took my vehicle home and noticed a few days later some vibration, called Victor and he had me bring it back in for a test drive . Problem was the strut, he contacted the insurance and had it added to claim as well as a rental and by the next day it was done!The finished product is what you would hope for if your in the stressful situation of having to deal with your insurance and searching for a dependable honest Body Shop . I didnt have to go to these guys but I wanted a job well done and I received that and then some. I was contacted after hours to see if the vehicle was to my expectations after the second repair, who does that these days .. this shop does. Trust them

This shop repaired our 2007 Volvo XC90 after a minor fender bender. They were very professional to deal with and their work appears to be top notch. And I like the fact that they coordinated the work with our insurance company.The owner is also a very fine gentleman who values his customers as well as his employees. This place is great! I have had several vehicles repaired here (wife and kids, not me!) — Ford Expedition, Dodge Ram, Ford Explorer, Ford Escape. They have also replaced leather upholstery in the Expedition. Always a fair price and excellent paint and body work.I have used insurance as well as paid out of pocket. Either way, very easy to work with them.Victor is awesome, and everyone else has always been attentive and helpful.I hate it when I need them, but glad they are there. I highly recommend them!

I came to him with a situation that was financially and emotionally stressful, and Victor and the crew at MAB helped to turn a bad situation into a great outcome. I took my car into this shop two days ago to see if they could change the interior lights above the front seat. I decided to get professional help since when I attempted to remove one bulb it fell into the interior of the car, making it likely that some pieces needed to be taken apart to fix the bulb. I first spoke to Victor who said they could change the bulbs and fix it the next day if I bought the correct bulbs first. So I bought the correct bulb and brought it in the next day. Fixing the wiring I accidentally messed up and putting the new bulbs in was very simple for them. They also didnt charge me anything for it. I am in Houston temporarily and needed to find a place to fix my lights on a whim. I simply looked for a body shop with really high Google reviews and found this place. And I was very pleased with their service.

I was referred to these guys by my go-to auto mechanics at Alpine Motorworks when the headliner in my 2012 Porsche Cayman came loose. I got there at open around 7AM, and Brandon took my information and gave me a price quote. They finished late afternoon around 5PM. I picked up the car and was very pleased with the results. The quality of the work is excellent and they also stuck to their verbal price quote, which is very important to me when doing business. This was my first time dealing with these guys and it certainly wont be the last - highly recommend and will be back again in the future!

I found Master Auto Body on google while going through reviews so it was only fair I share my experience. I’m definitely satisfied with the work they did. I was rear ended and they fixed my bumper up like new in a timely manner. They are very professional and honest. And the paint job is great as well.

He explained the full process to me on body paint and what to look for.Their specialities are in a different market, as I need a old work car repainted, however, I would recommend them to anyone seeking first class service.

This is my first ever review. Ever! My experience was so bad that I feel it is my duty to warn the public about this place. Never have I had such a terrible experience. My advise is if you have a BMW take it to a BMW shop for repairs. I got in a wreck in 2014 and took my car to this shop (a mistake I am still paying for). A door had to be replaced among other things. First of, they ordered the wrong door (which should have been a sign for me to run). And then when they did fix the car it just resulted in all sorts of issues. They literally glued the parking sensors on, painted over the sensors and every time we take the window up now there is a black streak. They also missed a lot of the issues completely and whats worse they took over 3 weeks to fix my car after promising 5 days. Long story short, I had to take my car to BMW last week and pay thousands of dollars just to have them fix all the problems these guys caused. Do not take your vehicle here! If I could give a negative star rating I would with pleasure.

Master Auto is the gold standard of customer service and quality work. I have taken multiple cars over the years to Victor and his team and have always left with a smile and a beautiful car. Victor knows every step of the process with insurance companies and even told me things that the insurance failed to mention. I needed a rental car this time and he set it up so that Enterprise picked me up from his shop directly. He was even able to extend the rental for me when I needed a few extra days without me having to talk to enterprise or the insurance company. They dont make you feel nickel dimed over pricing and they are very clear with expectations of their work. I had a small dent that he was able to recommend just touching up rather than painting my whole door so I wouldnt have to come put of pocket that much. I never feel like Im being taken advantage of (which as a girl tends to happen with car things). Victor and Master Auto will be my first and only choice for anything that happens to my car.

Absolutely AMAZING service from Victor, the owner and the team at Master Auto Body. Victor goes above and beyond for his clients and customers. His shop took my car in last minute after a collision. I initially had it with another shop but did not feel comfortable with how things were being handled. Victor completed an in depth inspection with my insurance adjuster twice. He delivered phenomenal communication and customer service even when my adjuster left me in the dark. Victor throughly went over the estimate and showed me all of the damages. Unfortunately, my car was totaled. However, if I ever had to have collision repairs, paint or upholstery needs - without a doubt I trust the work and service from Master Auto Body. Hands down!

Their shop doesnt look like much, and theyre in a low-rent neighborhood, but thats all good, as far as Im concerned. Low overhead translates into low prices for customers. On top of that, their work is top-notch, and their customer service is excellent. Lots of high-end luxury cars in their lot too, indicating that even the picky lux car owners are happy doing business there. I highly recommend them.

This auto shop is an asset to Houston. I went in, attempting to replace my drivers side door, which was destroying my budget. After meeting with Victor, an amazing, honest and extremely thorough representative for the shop. Victor kept me updated with every step of The insurance process and even finished my car before the promise date. I have gotten my convertible BMW repaired here several times over the years, and each time I get it back its better than before. I had one accident with front damage and when I got it back the car looked and drove like when I bought it new - the steering and suspension were actually noticeably better than before my accident. I recently got rear-ended at an angle and they have done a spectacular job with the body and mechanics. Their attention to detail and quality is undeniable, and I could not be happier with the work that they do.

The customer service and turn around on my car were exceptional. Victor made sure all my cars damages were fixed with OEM parts and that it looked exactly the same as I wanted it to look. I highly recommend this place!

Very honest guys here which is extremely refreshing from any shop that deals with cars as we all know. Will not only fix up your car but will also educate you on how to take care of it yourself. I echoed the positive review here. Victor and team indeed did a great job to my car suffering a damage after an incident. It is like new when I pick it up today. The shop took care of the dealing with Insurance company which is a convenience and without surprise. You get what you need done. It took only two weeks (which includes delay on the Insurance side) to finish, while I was anticipating a longer time for such repair.Ive been told theyve been doing this business for 35 years and from the result of the repair service I received, I can honestly tell they know what theyre doing.With some many positive reviews, if youre looking for body repair for your car, this is the right place. 100/100 👍👍

I respectfully disagree with the negative review. Master Auto does excellent work on all brands of vehicles including Mercedes, BMW, other foreign made vehicles and U.S. domestic autos. I would go to them first before going to a dealer for that personal touch and help with design. Their work on my vintage Ford and vintage Mercedes (that was wrecked) as well as some vintage cars which belong to my mechanic are jaw dropping. Looks brand new. They can strip a car body down to nothing and custom build it back to your spec. They also work on high performance race cars that have to be perfect. And if you dont like the work a merchant does talk to them about it just like we did in the days before there was such a thing as the internet.

They repaired my classic 1987 Grand Wagoneer and did a great job. Reasonable prices and great work. I would highly recommend them.

I had a minor problem happening with my upholstery that had been installed at Helfman Jeep. I we t there to get help and they kept sending me down the road to the next guy with no one helping me. I finally ended up at Master Collision and Victor figured out the problem in 30 seconds and had it fixed in 5 mins. Then when my airbag light came on, he ran the diagnostic machine on it to find the problem. All this with a handshake and a smile. If you want personal service, go here. Thanks Victor! In fifteen minutes they fixed my leaking roof *for free* even though they were close to closing time.I had clogged sunroof drain lines and in less than fifteen minutes they showed me the problem, told me what they were going to do, did that (fixing it), and then proved that theyd fixed it.Their minimum charge is $65, so they didnt even charge me. Awesome customer service.

This is a really car-owner-friendly place, they handle everything and the prices are not that high. I like going in here and taking my car for a check-up.
