He kept me informed during the entire process, was very professional, and was just a kind and caring person. He is excellent at his job. As for the work done on my vehicle, it made it appear like nothing had ever happened…. They also vacuumed my car out before returning it to me, which I did not expect, but really appreciated. Extremely professional people working here, we dropped off our Infiniti that weve had for a long time and they treated me with respect. Fast and efficient Service plus they also have a rental car center here thats nice and cheap so that I can drive right back out the same time that Ive dropped off the car. Hopefully well never have another accident but if we do well use them again.

You will never get the insurance company and Sewell Collision North Houston in agreement regarding estimates. You will get caught in the middle of the fire and they will rip you off. Had to take our car out of it to get repaired at a reputable shop for a reasonable price. Btw, they charge for estimates. Stay away from the Sewell scam!

Brought in for repairs after being rear ended. Had damage to the bumper as well as electrical issues that started draining my battery. I brought it here because they are advertised as Audi Experts, and I expected this problem to be harder to troubleshoot.Customer service was great and easy to work with. The body work quality was fine as well.They misdiagnosed the electrical issues as just being a bad battery. After they suggested it the first time, I asked them to double check for anything else they can find. They took another day to check, but still came back afterwards saying it was just a bad battery. I let them replace it. After getting my car back, I saw the same electrical problems again, and had to take somewhere else to get it done. Insurance wouldnt cover battery replacement obviously, because it wasnt related to the accident. So I had to pay for that, and the actual repairs at a separate place, out of pocket. Unfortunate.Take heed of the not responsible for belongings left in car. Thought I got everything relevant out. Got home and realized Im missing a phone charger (plugged into outlet) and jumper cables out of the trunk. Really?Overall its not a bad place, and I dont expect these kinds of issues to happen to everybody.
I highly recommend Sewell. If all experiences are like mine, I would be a life long customer. After hesitating looking around, toying with the idea of a new car I finally narrowed my options down to what I wanted. I had been to four other Infiniti dealers and what a relief to find Sewell Infiniti. Sewell brought paperwork to my house for my husband to sign the following day. Darby was wonderful salesperson. Very respectful.Lessons learned while car shopping NEVER leave your phone numbers! They put you in a computerized calling system and the calls never stop coming. When someone belittles you, just get up and quitely walk out.
Work look good enough but not good as new.Brought my vehicle back in a second time, one gap was fixed and the other one is still there; and for some odd reason my radio isnt working. I guess that was retaliation for my 3 star review. I wont be back nor will I recommend.

Had front collision repair done. As usual Sewell is very professional and does excellent work. I only wish they would lower their hourly repair wage for those using insurance so as to not be out of pocket. I really think they could make allowances but choose not to and therefore costs the customer.
No one likes having to get body work done but Sewell Collision Center made it as pain free as possible. From getting a quote, dropping car for repairs, insurance claim, and repair everything was explained and handled professionally. Very clean facility and easy to get rental as they have Enterprise onsite. My service advisor Jason kept me well informed and up to date as well as the online RO tracker email/text they have. He helped with insurance payment and rental car reservation as well which is above and beyond. Car looks great, just like new. Very please all around. Highly recommend this location. Thanks!

Went there to get a quote on a repair, very nice and professional
I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and was told their oil change was $70. When I get to the dealership I was told it’s was $115...that’s a $45 difference! That to me is a lot. I then asked for a tire rotation and balance and was told my total price for everything was $140! I get that the extra $25 for a rotation and balance is not that much but on top of the $115, it is a lot. Not to mention they use a full synthetic oil (Mobil to be exact) and they still require an oil change every 5K miles...it’s a FULL SYNTHETIC OIL, you should be able to get more out of a full synthetic than 5K miles. The people there are nice at least. Oh and if you want a loaner car until your car is ready, better get there early, like 8 am, otherwise you’ll wait an hour or more to get that. The wait for my car wasn’t long, and I was glad to get it done. I just wasn’t pleased to be told the price was $70 when it was more.

This is a great place to get your car. Theyre honest and have good competitive prices. Their service center is inferior to none. And they give you wonderful loaner cars. Even if you bring in a small sedan for service they give you a larger qx60 vehicle. Our last loaner car had 300 miles on it.

I absolutely love Swell! The customer service is amazing. If you need repairs you can get a loaner car within 15-30 mins of dropping off your car. They also offer free car wash whenever you need it. If you choose to wait, the waiting area has an assortment of beverages and snacks as well as a very large TV. There is also a play area for kids with their own shows to watch. I will never buy from anyone other than Swell!
Delivered the car with inside dirty and not cleaned. Stains are on the ceiling in the seats all over it actually had to be dry steamed to have a properly cleaned. The saleman Darrel told me to get it cleaned locally and they would pay that bill. After I had the work done I sent the billing information to the salesman multiple times with no reply even forward the information to the other manager there and still never replies very disappointed with the service after the sale so please beware!

Sewell collision center of Houston did an absolute phenomenal job on my 2012 g37. I had damage to the front bumper, grille and hood of my car. Took it in and a week later it was finished and looked brand new! Jose Rodriguez is the guy to see! He took great care of me and my car. Also, I had a few scratches on my roof and bumper. My next visit I mentioned it to them and they buffed it out and made the spoiler and roof look awesome! Cant say enough good things about how great my experience was with Sewell Collision Center. Bought a 2008 BMW 328i from them for $16k. Was a total lemon and worst car I’ve ever owned. A complete money pit. Wouldn’t buy a car from this dealship ever again. They emphasize the “free” car washes anytime, but when ever would try to get it would be more than an hour wait and could never set up an appointment for it. A complete farce. Do your research before you buy a used car from them and make sure you pay a trusted mechanic to check it out before you buy it!!!!
I purchased a used Infinity Q60 IPL in mint condition from a private seller. He had purchased the car 8 months earlier from Sewell. Fast forward 6 months and the wheel coating started flaking off, ruining the look of the car. I took it into the local Infinity dealership to look into a warranty claim when they pointed out that it was not the factory coating that was flaking; it was an after-market coating. I contacted the seller who said Sewell Collision had done them a few months before I purchased the car. I contacted Coleman Graham at the Sewell Collision Center and explained. He contacted the 3rd party company who did the work on the wheels and got them to honor the warranty and put me in a rental car while they recoated all the wheels. I live in San Antonio and they made it work without inconveniencing me. They took a very disappointing situation (got a quote of $800 from the local dealership to recoat the wheels) to a positive experience. Remember, I was not the owner at the time they did the work so they could have told me any warranty did not transfer.
Like it never happened! Dillon Flemming was my advisor, he stayed in touch throughout the process. The work was excellent - fit -finish - color - etc... They took a bad situation and basically erased it for me. Now, if you looking for a body shop that will give you your car back 3 days, this is not the place. However; if you want your car back like it was when it was new, this is the place for you. This review comes from someone that has spent many years in the used car industry and have overseen many body repairs, so I like to think I know what I am looking at. This place has HORRIBLE customer service.I took my car to Sewell and walked through all the damages with Mitch, however, when I picked it up a month later, the repairs were not completed because Mitch forgot to write down all the damages when I dropped it off initially. I had to leave with my vehicle because I had already returned the rental, and had to wait for the insurance to approve the work that still needed to be done before I had to take it back a second time.I had to bring my vehicle back a third time because my door would not open from the inside. When I spoke to Mitch, he let me know that I could bring it in and they would fix it while I waited. I drove an hour on my day off to take my vehicle for the third time, and after waiting a couple of hours they informed me that they could not make the repairs until they got approval from the insurance. I was furious because I specifically asked Mitch if they needed to go through the insurance for this prior to driving out there.I spoke to his supervisor, Ken, who apologized and tried to patronize me by explaining the process of going through insurance. I understand that process perfectly, but assumed it was not necessary since that is what I was told over the phone prior to going to the collision center. Ken let me know that Mitch would be calling me the next day to update me on what the insurance company said and to let me know when Sewell could pick up my car so that I would not have to make a fourth trip out there and that they would make it up to me by washing/polishing my car. Two days later, and no call from Mitch with any updates. I called Ken and could not reach him but was assured he would call me back within 30 minutes. Two hours later and no phone call, so I called again and Kevin apologized yet again.When my car was finally returned to me, it was not even washed. They should not offer a way to make it up if they are not going to follow through.I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is not the customer service I expect from Sewell Infiniti.

I leased an Infiniti Q50 in December 2018 which came with free car Wash. In February 2019, after 14 months I take it to Sewell Infiniti North dealership for a car wash (I have been to others in Dallas where I live)At Sewell Infiniti it says wait time is 30 minutes but my past experience is that theyd do in like 20 minutesHeres Im waiting for almost 50 minutes and still my pager didnt go offAfter 50 or 55 minutes I walked outside and see my car is parked on the side engine running (engine running is usual anyways)I asked the service representative that my pager never went off- he said its ready and I can take it (without having any concern for my wasted time and gas)I then insisted that if he can check if my pager went off, so checked and said battery is dead so thats why pager didnt go offI said just cuz of that I waited 50 - 55 minutes and he said hell make sure that battery gets changedNot even once he said a word of apology, like drained battery was my fault or somethingI never ever expected this kind of service from such high class vehicle dealership

You are doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else. I frequently purchase Vehicles every 2-3 years. I cant bring myself to go anywhere else now. Julie and service is always on her game! Always keeping me informed every step of the way. Ashely in sales has impressive knowledge of not just infinities but equivalent luxury vehicles. I recently moved from Connecticut to Texas. The Infiniti dealerships in CT was filled with snobs. They couldnt even beat CarMax for the same a vehicle in their inventory. Literally told me to go find a better deal and I did. Heres an example of how much better Sewell is. When I first got down here I had my anniversary edition Infiniti serviced there. Had no expectations. While my car was being serviced, I only mentioned I was looking to upgrade but not for a few months or so. I came back 5 months later and Ashley not only remembered who I was, she remembered the conversation we had and the car I was looking at. Bought the car that day. Free car washes oil change loaner vehicle do yourself a favor and check them out!

Despite owning a Buick dealership and doing collision work on Buicks in Dallas, Sewell Collision Center in Houston refuses to repair Buicks. At the very least, this should be clearly stated on their website or mentioned in a phone call prior to dropping off a car.Sewell has a Cadillac dealership and does collision work on Cadillacs in Houston and have plenty of GM trained technicians to handle all GM brands. Even when asked if they would perform collision repair on a Buick purchased at Sewell Buick in Dallas, the Houston collision center said that it would be determined on a case by case basis. Thats definitely helpful to know if a customer has to move from Dallas to Houston. No guarantee of service no matter what the marketing people say. Everything on Sewells website indicates they sell and repair Buicks and never any mention that this may not be true at all locations.Really sad they missed an opportunity to build a new customer relationship. Of the 8 GM cars I currently own, 2 are Cadillacs and 3 are Buicks. I will not be buying or servicing any of my Cadillacs or Buicks at a Sewell dealership.
