The man who towed my car lost my car key and I had to go a day and a half waiting for them to replace it after paying nearly $300 to get my vehicle back.Then when I actually go to get my car after they made a replacement key, they had purposefully put another car in front of mine to block me in. When I asked how long until my car would be free CHRIS snapped at me threatening me saying he should charge me another day for having my car on the lot. And he said it was my fault in the first place for having my car towed. Just because my car was towed doesnt mean Im undeserving of respect. I felt utterly disrespected and humiliated.When I talked to another man that worked there about what was going on he made a single phone call and my vehicle was available immediately.I wouldnt even send people I hate to this place. If you have options, take your vehicle somewhere else. And if your car was towed here, Good Luck.

I worked with Crown to do a prepurchase inspection on a Camaro that I was looking to buy. They explained everything on the previous repairs that had been done and the repainting quality so well it gave me a great peace of mind in going forward with the purchase. I don’t think I’ve ever talked with a more experienced body man before, seriously very impressive.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people are not on the up and up, and they lie. They are not honest and claim they are the best around. Maybe the best in town at not being honest and trying to take you for a ride. God forbid if you decide you want to take your car somewhere else as they become vindictive about it and try to get you for storage for as long as they can, and on top of that they have torn down your vehicle without a signed agreement. Who does that? Just save yourself the agony and b.s. and go somewhere reputable.

They held my car first checking... They diagnosed damages... Then ... After I called again, they couldnt get it running. They always gave me feedback only whenever I called. They kept my car for 11 days with no results.

Worst body shop I’ve ever seen. There work is terrible and they take forever for them to “finish “ your car just for it to have more problems. Do not go here it’s a terrible idea.

Raul with no last name because he refused to give it to me . Refuse to give me my car because I didnt have a paper form of my insurance . And refuse to give me my car after I offered to go and print it and come back which I found out today after talking to an officer is illegal and is grounds for suspension of license to tow for the state/county . I called at 11:47 p.m. I couldnt get there till 12:12 cause of a long drive. Heat opted not to charge me for the 12 minutes into the next day which is nice but then refuse to accept my information that I was gonna give him . Which the officer I spoke to thought that was weird because police officers and the DMV accepts information provided by electronic device . So now I have to take time out of my day out of my work schedule losing money to go pick up a car that was perfectly capable of picking up last night . Rauls excuse was its too late I dont wanna go outside again.

If I could give negative stars I would. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO USE ANYONE ELSE DO! DO NOT USE THEM! After I was tboned my vehicle was towed by Crown. I authorized them only put my vehicle on a lift for my insurance to inspect the under body of my car. They took that as authorization to start taking parts off my vehicle without my concent or even rewiewing the estimate from my insurance and also already ordered parts. I obviously wanted my car moved so they took a day and a half to release fees to my insurance company AFTER I already signed for them to release my vehicle. They also mentioned they get parts discounted 15% and at the end they would give me that 15% back which would cover my deductible and cut me a check...pretty sure that starts to go to insurance fraud...but wait it gets better...they failed to put the parts back on my vehicle when it was transferred and than lied saying the tow truck driver forgot to put them on his truck. I know they lied cause the tow company said they told him there were no other parts..my repairs have been delayed 5 days now because of them. DO NOT USE THEM!

My name is Jackie and I am writing this review for anyone who is trying to decide if they are going to use Crown Paint & Body Shop to have their car repaired. I was in a bad car accident last month and Dalen with Crown Paint & Body was there at the accident with his wrecker. I am not a very trusting soul when it comes to car repair, but listen to my story. Dalen took my car to his shop and did EVERYYTHING AND MORE that he said he was going to do. Dalen is the manager Crown Paint & Body. At first I had a bunch of questions for him. Are you going to use ford parts? Is there a warranty on the work? How soon will it be complete? ( I wanted my 2010 Mustang back). Well, I have it back and they did a beautiful job on my car. Looks better than it did before the accident. The best thing is the honesty all along the way and going above and beyond of what they had to do. If you are on the fence, go for it and use Crown Paint & Body, you will not regret it!

Two side impact collisions on my Corolla within the year and had them both fixed here. Both times within quoted time frames. Took BMW to authorized collision center and already has 4 day delayed start.

Never again. Plus they drive your car to pick up car parts. I was involved in an accident 2015. A year later I am writing a review because I was still dealing with them up until this month. The only reason I went with them is because their wrecker service was awesome and they were the first one there. I work for the sheriff department and Ill never forget when a deputy told me I made the wrong choice and gave me some history of the place. Apparently back in the days, it used to be good, but not anymore. Long story short, it took several visits (because you will get promises filled with nothing over the phone) for them to fix 6k damage on a vehicle (over a month) in which they promised all new parts. They even promised installation of ground effects that after keeping it almost 2 months stated that the effects were incorrect. I got them installed elsewhere. I got 2k back on depreciation mainly because of the poor paint job they did (even leaving a run in the paint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)They put the wrong tires on my car and refused to take them back (I have staggered rims) because they said they dont receive refunds on tires. They gave me a number to their tire guy to call (basically saying do it yourself) and he would not help me. Dont get me wrong, Daylan and Gregory are nice people. BUT their professionalism is in the dirt.I went back several times after the completion of my car with the most recent being this month because one of their guys put a WRONG USED part on my car (which was spliced wrong and had a shortage) that needed replacement (a basic fog light bulb connector). It took 4 trips to get something done (after they took my car to go to the car part store to get the WRONG part again). Then Daylan would elaborate about how they have tons of that part in inventory on site, but I should wait. That 4th time, I was told it was installed (after 2 hrs for a connector?) and got 2 minutes down the wrong and realized it still didnt work. I called to have one shipped to my address and said Id install it myself. Gregory told me Its not like your car is wrecked and not driving. Its just a connector. That blew me hot because with it being a basic connector, they STILL couldnt get it right.They tried to sell me a story about how hard it is to install one (because Im a woman and they think I dont know) when in actuality all you have to do is splice the wires and put electrical tape. Anyway, never got one in the mail after being told it would take a week. Its now a month and still nothing. I ordered one online to install. These people only want your money and will BS with you to waste time. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never ever again. I should have listened to that deputy and the reviews from online. Pitiful.December 2016 UPDATEThe owner contacted me from his personal number and seemed to be authentically apologetic and offered to pay for the part. Because I already bought the part, he mailed me a check instead which arrived promptly. At this point, that was the best he could do and I appreciate him for making the effort to contact me and make things right. THATS the kind of people that need to be in the office.
