I was told I needed a battery and not a starter!! Come to find out I needed a starter not a battery. I tried taking it back and they wouldnt take it back after their employee told me I needed the battery.. Customer service was poor, the nasty attitude of the lady manger was very unprofessional. I wasted $200 in this store for no reason. She told me I should have read the sign on the front door for the battery policy!! Someone should have said the battery policy is on the front door Artrell told me if it dont work out to bring it back!!!

The staff here are very helpful. As I arrived the store manager was helping a lady with an issue out at her car. The associate holding the floor was very helpful. Her product knowledge guided me to a helpful recommendation that saved me in the end. Kudos to Ms. Lucia!

Our experience with this advance auto really deserved a zero. My son ordered and paid for a battery online through their website, that clearly stated that it was a perfect fit for his car. He went to pick it up and the store clerk said he couldnt install it because he brought it online, mind you he still brought it from their store website, and to make matters worst, it actually was not a good fix and, when I went back to refer about it the store clerk said since its installed they cant take it back and because they dont sale the right battery for his car, the warranty is voided. This is the worst experience weve ever had from a auto parts company and needless to say me or my family will never do business with Advance Auto again!!!

Every time I go there they claim the code reader is not working and tell me that they are trying to order a new one. How hard can it be to order one....you log on and order problem solved. Service is ridiculous. Employees just dont care enough. Do not go to this store it is a waste of your time. Where is the management?? Non existent???

Very poor customer service, was really shocked to find out that the person who was helping me was the manager, Ive been a advanced customer since this store opened when bobby was the mgr since then this location has been going down hill and has changed for the worst. it seems this company has forgotten that the customer is the one who makes it possible for you to have a job. i purchased a 1/2 inch torque wrench on 11/ 2015 used it twice on the third time it broke mind you i purchased it from this store mgr would not warrant my item stating that it is not in their computer i have the recipt its faded which is another complaint i have. on my recipt it clearly states life time warranty.thank God that I paid with my chase freedom card after i left the store i went straight to chase and they issued a a reverse charge to my account.this may not hurt your business but i will be purchasing mechanic tools from sears or your competitor oreillys. because big companies like your selfs think that you can get away with selling garbage parts and tools to hard working people abd get away with it all you care about is getting the customers money. and not warranty or protecting the customers from getting defective parts. if i could give this company a negative 0 i would have!!!!

I had bought an oil filter, oil and all to get my oil changed. It stormed really bad and flood and water got in my car. I hadnt even gotten an oil change yet so the filter was unused. I took it back to see if i could get a replacement and they told me no and demanded that I throw it away outside. The man was very rude.
