I met Brent and I told him what I was interested in, and he helped me find something very similar, he paid out of his own pocket to put some gas in a camaro so we could test drive it. We went inside and He helped me run numbers, and then we had to end the day so we could wait until Monday to see what I could get approved for. The history, the features, any question I had he had an answer for. I told him I wanted the car, and I just need my bank to approve my pick. I asked him if there was a way to reserve it so I can be sure it doesn’t get sold while I’m at work the next day waiting. He showed me how to reserve it and now it’s just the waiting game.Tuesday morning, back at work. Waiting all day, I get off and head to my bank to expedite the process on their end. I get the check and head to get the car. They did a final very thorough clean of it and we do the paperwork and it’s mine. Every thing was great. I love my car. I’m above and beyond pleased with my experience. Christian Castro, the manager, came in at the perfect time throughout the process to ensure I had all of my questions answered and I was pleased with the process.In summary. This is my very first review on anything, this is our personal opinion. First of all let me start by saying that my husband and I are very pleased with the purchase we made yesterday. We came in wanting to see some trucks that we had previous seen online in their website, so we knew what we were coming for. Jose Torres one of the salesman came towards us and introduced himself and we let him know what we wanted. Very professional gentleman with good manners helped us with showing us the trucks and giving specific details. He knew what he was talking about. He talked to us gave us estimate and other things he wasn’t pressuring us like I’ve seen other people do when they want to sell something he respected us and we respected him as well. My husband was going back and forth with 2 trucks he didn’t know which one to get Jose told us take your time whatever you guys like and feel comfortable with. At the end we ended up getting one of the trucks. The process was good it took a bit but I understand how it works when purchasing we’ve done it before. The manager Juan that helped us with the financial was really helpful and had good manners as well. He explained to us in details of we were getting and wanted to get. We really appreciate Jose and Juan for their services. They didn’t left anything out they answered our questions. It was late when we wrapped up everything but it was well worth it. Service writer and manager both did best they could to avoid me after I started complaining about long wait time. I originally dropped off my Chevy Sonic on Wednesday of last week for a diagnosis and repair on what was causing the check engine light and leak inside my hood to occur. I was told by the desk staff that due to customer demand, it would likely be a 2-3 day wait before hearing back about quote/status since my car is not under warranty. I said that was fine (was a little frustrated since the online portal I registered my appointment with said 1:30 as my secured time, but seeing how many people were there, I was fine leaving it and borrowing my wifes car for work meetings). Two days passed without any word from the service team. I left two voicemails and didnt get a reply. On the third day (Saturday), I called again after it sent me to voicemail as I was tired of getting the run-around. The staff member who spoke with me (Marco) was very kind and appeared to speed up the process; he assured me he would work with me personally to get an update on the car as soon as possible, and called back within two hours with a quote and expected completion time. The repair was done within a few hours of the call which was quicker than expected based on how long I had already been waiting. All this to say, I felt at first like I was being pressured to make an appointment and sign off on the servicing agreement based on a false promise of being contacted within a short enough window of time to warrant making the appointment. Id rather be told upfront that it might be 2-3 days versus told that it will be 2-3 days before I hear back, as those are two very different things. Based on length of waiting, I might have gotten the repair done quicker elsewhere. The servicing was successful, but after the price and runaround, it was a little bit of an annoyance. I give props to Marco for taking time to help me out and resolve the issue where the other staff seemed to neglect.

My car was at the dealership approximately 2 months. My car was returned and my steering wheel adjustment controls were not connected. Check engine light was still on, and I was informed that the cat converter didn’t show up when they checked it. My car has been back there a week, they do not have loaners while they keep your car for extended periods of time. This was not a good experience for me.

I went to get my annual inspection performed. I was provided a ride home and back to the dealership for which I am grateful. The rear (X 2) running lights were out and I purchased the bulbs @ Walmart ($6) and installed them myself and the truck passed inspection. This would have cost>$80 @ the dealership, which is ridiculous. But I blame Autonation Chevrolet and not the employees for that. Overall I am quite satisfied.

My car was in the shop for warranty repairs over 2 weeks. The dealer was unable to provide a loaner so I had to rent a car out of my own pocket. I was told by the service department that I had to request reimbursement directly from GM. I tried to do so and GM stated that the dealer should have provided the reimbursement form to me and submitted it. Also, the day I picked my car up from the dealer after it was confirmed to be repaired, I had the same issue. My vehicle is back at the dealer again. I’ve been without my new car for almost 3 weeks and have only received updates when I call to request them. It is very difficult to get in touch with my service advisor

Sold us a lemon and refused to refund our money. Bought my wife a 2018 Durango 3 months ago, it was in the shop twice for 2 weeks each time. Got it back a week ago and broke down on freeway couple hours later, amidst the other problems that showed up after we left the dealer. Tried to just return it and get our money back to find something else, Sales manager and general manager both agreed that they couldnt give us all the money back, even with my babies playing a few feet behind us they had no sympathy, we had a $6,000 loss. On top of that they tried to get us to buy a brand new vehicle for $10,000 more than our first vehicle. Now my wife and children have no car and no money for a down payment to get another vehicle. Theres no words to describe how I feel or what they did to me and my family. I hope no one else buys a used vehicle from this dealership

The service department could do better, they should do better and not brush customers off when serve is needed. Will not be going back.

Never been to a more incompetent dealership, they called me the day before to ensure they had what I wanted, once I got there they couldnt find it, gone, some shop had it for repairs that happened while it was in the lot but they did not report it to the Carfax, I found four their vehicles like this, all with damages not reported, buyer beware there. Shady click bait and false info adverts to get you to their lot.

So many better places to get a car than this. Over priced on cars. No free oil changes like a lot of other dealerships do. Car has had two major issues in a period of 4 year while my Mazda has had one issue in 8. No place to sit in the service department. Under staffed in front desk area of service department. Long line to wait even with an appointment. Dropped the car off 3 days ago and still cab not get a hold of anyone to even give me a status on the car. Have to call the sales department because they are the only human beings there you can get a hold of. Just called right now at 9am Friday morning and in the middle of my sentence to whoever I got a hold of they just clicked me to a wait line. This is unheard of . I have never experienced this with any other dealer. How are yall still running when you operate this way?

Jose Teran was my advisor, he was great in getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner n I was able to get my car back before the weekend. Although I was upset as I was told the warranty I purchased covered this expenses and it didnt, but I know thats not Joses fault. That would be a completely different issue with the people I purchased the car from.

My service rep of 12 years is no longer with your dealership which was very sad. The lady who made my appointment assigned me to Jose. When I arrived, there was no sign of Jose. The man who greeted me outside went to look for him. I waited for about 5+ minutes and only the lady who takes the payments said anything to me.... itll be just a moment. Hes coming. Well the long and short of it is that he NEVER came from whereever he was. Bernardo Tobias saw me standing there waiting and he finally told me to step over to his station and he would get things started for me. He actually did everything because Jose never came out. No one told Bernardo to help me. No one called him to say help Jose out and get her taken care of. He saw me waiting and no one paying attention to me, and decided to take ownership of my need. his scheduled customer came in about 10 minutes later, but Bernardo finished with me first.
