Go see Fred at the Billiard Factory! He is knowledgeable about all of their products and loves the game of pool. Anytime I needed anything he was able to help. He even made a house call after hours to adjust the weight in a pool cue before a match during my pool league play.

Had a great experience with these guys. I bought a pool table from my neighbor. The communication prior to and during the move was excellent. They came out broke it down, transported and then set it up. The guys were fast! It only to a few hours and they did a great job.

We needed our pool table taken apart and moved as we were replacing our floors. The salesman on the phone was very helpful and professional and got us scheduled for the next day. The crew was on time, very friendly and polite and professional. They did a great job in under a half hour. Will definitely use them again when the floors are done and the table needs to be set back up.

My family and I have depended on the Billiard Factory for quality bar stools, custom theater seating (rich brother lol), home entertainment etc for years. My parents entertained as does my bro & some heavy (dont mean smart) church folk. Even I tipped scales at 345lbs couple years ago! Prices are really reasonable considering aesthetic & quality of workmanship.

They got to my home an hour early which was a surprise for us.They did an Excellent job refelting my son-in-laws slate pool table.He was extremely impressed and excited when he came home and saw that it had been done.

Ordered a 7ft pool table for our new house first time buying one told them the size of the room and they recommended the perfect table for our smaller room very professional would recommend and buy from these guys again get experience
