Vert impressed with my new table I wanted to go down to the business in person since their website did not look like it had been updated in awhile. I did not want to just phone in my order without checking it out first. I was impressed. They were very knowledgeable about their products, and my new table was delivered 2 days later. It was assembled professionally and the crew was VERY helpful. They even mounted my stick holder on my wall, even though I did not buy it from them. Well worth the visit. I believe I saved around $400 by going here to get my new table. (buying and installing )Well worth the trip. The only not so great thing is their web site could use some attention...

Over all very pleased. Looked around at a lot of places and ended up going here. Im no professional so I wanted a good looking, well built pool table and feel like I got both. I went I twice before purchasing and talked with the owner. Friendly guy and didnt rush or try to pressure me as I tried to make up my mind.Delivery was a little different as we were expecting one of the hurricanes so that obviously impacted delivery, which I was fine with. Once they arrived, everything went smooth. The guys that did the setup were professional and made sure I was satisfied and had me verify everything was level and to my liking. No complaints with the table or the setup.I only knocked 1 star off and this may just be my lack of knowledge but I got the accessories kit and didnt really feel like it was worth the price. Now Ill he the first to admit I dont know the difference between balls, sticks and racks but I saw would looked to be the same package on Amazon for about $125 less. I can tell my the coloring, the balls arent anything amazing and the racks feel rather cheap, although they are wood. The cover is pretty unamazing as its a light and cheap plastic. So if I were to do it over again or give someone advice, definitely go with the table from them but save yourself a $100+ and order the accessories kit on Amazon.

With No Pressure At All from them my wife and I decided to go ahead and buy that day at 5:20pm!The installation by Jessie (and another gentleman) was Very Professional, Courteous, On Time (actually early), and Informative! I went to others billiard companies in this week and the prices are ridiculous... in King Billiards found prices reasonable and above all, the quality of the wood is of first level. Best of all is the warehouse has all the stuff in stock!Im very excited because they will do the installed for tomorrow in my house on time for the anniversary gift for my husband!!!great job KB thanks !

Do not judge a company by its appearance. Although the showroom is nothing to write home about, the service and final product are superb. We went in on a Saturday morning and chose the model of pool table that we wanted, the color of the felt, the style of the pockets, etc. The table was delivered as scheduled. It was professionally assembled. The table has been nothing short of superb. We highly recommend this company and its product.

Our experience was excellent and, we were shown several options of models with good payment options. They only required a small deposit after that we had our table installed and paid the balance. My brother also bought King Billiards and got the same service great. I would recommend using King Billiards.The people are very professional.

I went to go see many other pool places before and didnt like the price on any of them until I found King Billiards. The table was a very low price and came with sticks and a set of ball (most of the others had that as an up charge for a lot more) in looking around I really liked how many different styles they had out on the show room. After calling and setting up the deal I was lucky to have them deliver the next day on time. The set up took just under two hours and the guys that came to set it up left no mess what so ever. My game room is on the second floor and the first thing that can be seen coming up the stairs so the fact it was set up dead center using a measuring tape was nice to see.The table itself is leveled prefect and Ive never had an issues with it or the felt on the table. I wouldve done it again a lot sooner if I ahd known about them

OUTSTANDING! We have never made a major purchase of this size online before, so naturally, we were very wary. After initial contact was made, we had all of our questions answered quickly and after we made the order, we were kept updated frequently. The customer service was excellent ( Luis said that the crew would be at our house at 3:30p. They were there at exactly 3:30p). The table was set and leveled to perfection. The crew even took out a measuring tape and centered the table in the exact middle of the room and did the same thing to the rug that the table was set on...its the little things that impressed us......and after all was done, one man arranged the cues and all the accessories on the table to give the staged look. We are very pleased with the product and service!!

Excellent quality Pool tables The delivery was on time and perfect leveled my table looks great ...Recommend to two friends who also bought ... these people are very professional.

The work was OK for a bit but the felt starting to loosen after a couple of months which I wasnt too mad about. What made me mad was that the two guys STOLE MY TOOLS ON THE WAY OUT. Just cant trust them.

BEWARE of this company. THere business practices seem very shady. My wife and I were trying to purchase an item over the phone but they wouldnt take the payment. They wanted us to TEXT our card number and the expiration date to a personal cell phone. Before I could even ask if there was another method, this guy hangs up on me and then cowardly refuses to answer the phone. He texts me back and says Sorry. Im busy, call back later. I do not recommend this company to anyone and caution potential customers to be careful of these people. If they are openly shady, rude, cowardly and disrespectful in some areas, then they are more than likely the same in all their areas of business.
