The 5 gal water I receive from Culligan of Houston is clear, has a very clean & smooth taste. Try my best to not use faucet water; has a chemical taste. In addition, I like my delivery person, Tom. He is always cheerful & personable; shows that he loves his job and cares for his customers. Even though most often I receive a robo delivery call day prior, Tom efficiently calls on day of delivery to assess needs.
Thieves. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They’re just in it for the money sold us close to 10k system under false pretenses being told with a better upgraded system it would covered for items but that was a lie and then it’s hundreds of dollars there on out for anything to be even looked at. Faucet they provided leaked early on here and there and now consistent leaking less than 2 years old. They won’t even help you trouble shoot before only will send out a tech for more money. Manuals they provide don’t even include instructions because they literally just want your money. I wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Weve had our Culligan system for a couple of years and recently had a small problem with a connector that I could easily fix, but I wasnt sure of the part size or where to find it. I sent an email to Culligan asking for some help, and Laura Martinez took the time to check with their parts team, let me know they had the part and she was holding it for me. It would be nice if everyone we worked with had someone like Laura to help out! Thanks Laura and Culligan team.
My Wife And I had Juan Perez with Culligan Water Filtration come out And Test our water. We ended up getting a whole house filtration system With the Reverse Osmosis system installed. The Installation was perfect.Today we had Joe Nguyen with Culligan come by to do a check list and water test.Both Juan and Joe with Culligan were great. Also the installation crew was great.I would highly recommend Culligan and Both Mr. Juan Perez And Mr. Joe Nguyen to any One. All were very professional and our water tastes Great.

Beware new customers. We have been with Culligan for 2 years now.The promises told to us about the water softener helping out with our kids skin condition was not true.After 7 months anywhere that the water sit is stained. No matter how much cleaning is done. After a year we started to get a sewer smell when we turned the water on. It would go away after a while but apparently thats what this equipment is supposed to stop it from even coming up.6 months ago the smell got stronger, unbearable, and would not go away no matter how long you let the water run. We tried to call them for help but they just simply said they had no one available at this moment. We are paying a monthly maintenance fee and in April called to get this fixed. We where told that no one can come and service our system until June. We have to be boiling water then let it cool so we can shower our kids so there wont get irritated.This is the situation that we have to deal with in daily basis at a home with kids and elders. So please keep that in mind if you ever want to get their water system
I always get my salt delivery service from Kareem and he’s been great all these years. He’s always polite and respectful. He answers any questions i have and is wonderful to work with.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I usually have to call several times before I get what I need. Messages left with the answering service are never returned. Ive also had some reps and service people try to upsell and pressure for referrals. However, Juan L is an excellent service person. He has served us several times and has always been gracious and competent.
Like many others my whole house water filter was damaged in the freeze of February 2021. I called Culligan and a tech was sent out a few days later. The tech said the parts were not available for repair and they would have to be ordered which could take weeks. He took pictures. In the mean time I had a family member disconnect the damaged system and reattach my pipe to the house bypassing the water filter so I could having running water. Several weeks later a second tech came out and said since we had made changes to the original setup additional parts would need to be ordered and he took pictures. Several weeks passed and I got a followup appointment for May 25 to have the system reassembled. On May 25 I called after I had not heard from Culligan and was told my appointment was for May 28. NOT TRUE. I had an email. So I follow up with the office and they admit they dropped the ball on the May 25 appointment. They rescheduled my appointment for June 5. I called the office several times to make sure that that was a good date and all the parts were available for the reassemble. I was assured all was okay and even told I would be getting 6 months of free service and 10% off of the repair for all the issues I had. I called the office on June 4 and was assured all would be taken care of the next day. On June 5 the tech calls and says he has me on the books for an appointment but he doesnt know for what. I tell him to reassemble my system and he says Ill have to call you back. After several back and forth calls I realize he doesnt have all the parts. He comes out to my property and inspects the system and says yep he doesnt have what he needs to reassemble. I understand that the February freeze caused the system to break but the incompetent way that Culligan has responded is unexcusable. I have been lied too many times and dont recommend anyone dealing with the Houston office.
Always a good thing when I can text the route driver how many bottles I need every delivery. Water always tastes clean and pure, and it is easy to pay my bill without a lot of cheesy graphics on the website…
My wife and I got a full house and RO system from Culligan when we moved to Houston a year ago and have been pleased with both Culligan of Houstons service and the product they sold us. During the February freeze once water started flowing again we had no issue what so ever and the water flowed as clean as it had before. The technicians are also amazing checking the system and helping us trouble shoot when we have issues. We got a new fridge in June that needed a creative solution to hook our RO up to the fridge and in 10 minutes they had a solution and I was able to get things up and running hassle free. We would definitely recommend them to others

If only we could give zero stars! BEWARE, Culligans sales team will do a great job at selling you their product HOWEVER their service department is beyond horrible. We have had there product for over 3 years and time after time have had trouble getting them out here to service our system. They give us an appointment date and then will call the week before to push our appointment back to a month later. This has happen several times and we are still waiting for service! There are better options available. We have had this same service issue with Culligan for over 3 years!!! We will never use Culligan again and regret our purchase. My best advice look at other alternatives provided by Costco, Sams ect.
Rachel from Culligan Sales came to our home to assess our water needs, she quickly determined our existing hardware and plumbing capabilities, and was able to suggest a wide variety of solutions to fit our consumption and/or utility water needs. We were able to conduct our own research, and come back to her with questions which she answered honestly and quickly. Once we made a decision, she quickly expedited installation booking. I appreciated having a non-technical person to liaise the technical/mechanical process, and someone without a pushy sales attitude. Fred Sampson has been my Culligan man since I started service just before the COVID-19 pandemic. Fred has always been very courteous, helpful, professional, punctual, and reliable. On my delivery days, Fred always calls to let me know hes on his way, and what time to expect him. When he arrives, we always exchange a friendly greeting, he always has a smile on his face, and I give him up to nine empty 5-gallon bottles of Spring water. Then Fred replenishes my supply by bringing in up to nine fresh bottles Spring water up a flight of stairs into my apartment, and he places the bottles neatly in my storage rack. I could not be more pleased with Fred, or with Culligan water. Highly recommended.
Not happy with the customer service and system service needs. We purchased a whole home water filtration system earlier this year (the week after the freeze). The salesman really pitched this to us as a maintenance free system that would be handled by the company entirely. I believe the line, we are a Family was used several times. Our system was installed improperly and required two service visits to suppress leaks. The second time, they did not send a technician. They sent what appeared to be another salesman that didnt address the issue at hand and just tested our water again - which wasnt the request. At the end of the visit, which was incredibly short and not thorough he seemed more concerned with me filling out a customer satisfaction survey than anything else. Most recently, our reverse osmosis stopped working entirely. I was emailed vague instructions on how to fix it, but the extra parts that were supposed to be taped to the filters required by the instructions were not there. After over a week of it being down, I called Culligan services yet again to request a service visit and they informed me that it would be over a month before anyone could be out to service our issue. That is unacceptable to me. I have now been told that this issue can be fixed again without the extra parts required in the initial instructions. I enjoy the water, but likely would not have had it installed or would have gone with another company if I knew I would encounter multiple issues rendering the drinking water not accessible with more than a month wait times for service. At this point, Im considering asking if they could just come and take everything away and issue some sort of a refund.
Water softener is good but the service is TERRIBLE.If you want good customer service, use anyone else. They are still telling me they are backed up from the winter storm that happened 6 months ago. Are you kidding me?!?Let me add service was never good even before the freeze.

Had a filtration/softening system installed in January 2021. Installer provided no information on the system. No one came out to check on the system after installation. The only person who came was an overly aggressive sales person. Used less than one bag of salt in six months. Yellow rings in toilets were worse than before we got the system. Basically wasnt softening for six months. Had a technician come out in June. Had to change some of the settings. One main problem was salt bridging which was never explained to us. Terrible customer service. Difficult to get people on the phone and representatives give conflicting information.
I was initially very happy with Culligan’s service for a water softener installed a couple years back.However, like many others my softener was damaged during winter freeze in February 2021 and required replacement parts. Culligan reps visited on April 1st and advised that they don’t have all parts needed and will need to schedule a follow up once available.It has been six weeks and calls to the office are fruitless in providing a proper timeline to repair.Culligan should be able to at this point give customers proper feedback on a timeline to have units repaired.
If you need service work, ask for George, he knows what he is doing and is very thorough with explanations. If Joe is your salesman, get ready to enjoy quality water....
The water softener sprung a leak, and this unit had worked flawlessly for 7 years, so I felt good about it being a repaired, Culligan of Houston sent over Juan Lucas, he was so polite, very seasoned repair man, showed me were the leak originated from, the pistons that were very worn, etc. He never over sold any repairs, very considerate of the customer! I can tell the difference already, love my softened water, no more spots on the granite.

His service is above 5stars & he should be well compensated for the value he adds to the company experience.He is the reason for this high of a rating.The reason I didnt rate the company as five stars is because on the occasions Mr. Sampson was out sick, the company didnt contact me upfront & left us hanging for a scheduled & much needed delivery. Once I got a hold of customer service by phone, they said he was out on vacation (untrue. But understandable for privacy. As an aside - employees need paid sick leave outside of their PTO.) and they needed to reschedule. Which is fine but would have liked to know beforehand because there was no consumable water (the well is not okay to drink from here). Customer service dispatch was courteous & sent a delivery a few days later, with another driver who was also courteous.The water tastes great & we continue to be happily hydrated thanks to Mr. Fred Sampson & his outstanding customer service.
Most are familiar with the Culligan Water name… they’ve been around for over 85 years. I’ve enjoyed their home delivery for almost 20 years. I recently underwent a major surgery that’s left me temporarily incapacitated. Fortunately, my delivery rep yesterday (Julio R.) was kind enough to strategically place each 5-gallon bottle inside my garage for me, instead of the usual front door drop-off. This thoughtful act of kindness is one more reason why Culligan has stood the test of time and will always have my business.
Simply no customer service, had to book an appointment for a month out, never called and followed up to ensure the appointment is still on. All of my control heads bursted during the freeze, have not informed me if parts will be available to repair the very expensive system I purchased and they know what they sold me. Can’t believe they have such a high google rating

Had some concerns about my bill so I called the Culligan office and spoke with Ms. Fhontil Bailey. I called previously, and was calling back to do a follow up. With customer service going downhill these days, and the absence of folks who REALLY want to speak with you on the phone, I found Ms. Fhontils phone etiquette to be so pleasing. She didnt make my concerns seem ridiculous, but instead, made me feel like she was really listening to me. Ive posted several reviews in the past about how wonderful I think Culligan is, but I must give a shout out to the hiring crew for placing such wonderful people on their staff. Ms. Fhontil, besides your name being a unique one, your customer service was extraordinarily unique as well. I thank you for listening to my concerns, and taking the necessary actions to get my issue resolved. You are the greatest!
Culligan of Houston has been amazing! Juan Perez came out for a water test and explained everything that was in my water. He was so informative and friendly. He was great with the installation! Joe Nguyen came out today to retest my water and went over everything to make sure that I was super happy with everything. It saved me time and money! It saved me time researching a water company.
Our driver Kareem is very courteous and prompt with delivery. He even fixed our cooler for us! Prices are very reasonable.
We have the full home water filtration system. Weve had it for about 10 years and when I get a new home Culligan will be one of my first calls. The system works the way they said, no hard water stains and great drinking water right at the sink. The service techs are always nice, professional, and efficient. I want to share my experience with my Field Service Technician Ronnie Wolfe who came to my home on December 24th. Ronnie called me before his arrival to tell me when he would arrive at my home. Upon his arrival he explained fully what he was going to do and was happy to answer any of my questions or concerns. Ronnie was very thorough and professional and looking forward to see on my next scheduled service.
We are obsessed with our Culligan system! I love having clean dishes, clean water and feeling safe with my kids drinking directly from the tap. The local service is excellent. We recently had Xavier come out to see if our drain line was leaking. It wasnt, but he found another leak in our main water line and even offered to fix it. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
Completely disappointed! Bought the Hans premium water system love it when it works but when it doesnt work it sucks. Save your money and headaches definitely do not recommend this company or its Hans product. Product- very expensive for it to just shutdown and leave your house without water, bypassing is not the solution. Customer service- very hard to get a hold of, during after hours and weekend emergencies your suppose to wait until someone calls you back the next business day. Stear clear, in my opinion, it is not worth it.
We couldn’t be happier with our water softener system, and how easy it was to go through the process from buying it to having it installed. Sam was so thorough and explained every step of the process, and didn’t leave out a single detail. The install was quick and painless and we love the fact everything is automated. We had our first service call/salt replacement and it was a breeze. It’s so much more user friendly and less maintenance than what we had before. We can now control the bypass on our phones when we have to fill the pool. No more cranking the screwdrivers in opposite directions. Thank you Sam for making this transition a no brainer!!
I bought a home that had their water softener installed. Due to the storm the pipes burst. Someone has been calling me back for the better part of two weeks. They could at least tell me they won’t be able to help, instead the lady says someone will call you back. I don’t understand how business is being done now.

They never schedule to repairing and waiting for the parts 6 months. This is law suite to causing lots of plumbing problems to our house. They kept sending wrong invoice every month even if not using. We lost jaczz, dish washer, swertunk and pipes because of no scheduling repairing.They charged to us repairing $1600 for the renting parts. Do not trust this vender. This is worst experience ever.
My family is very please with our new Culligan Water Filtration System. We truly don’t have to purchase bottle water anymore. I’ve already noticed a difference in our skin being softer since the installation of our Culligan system. Sam Halawa was our sales representative who did an exceptional job. He made arrangements to accommodate my work schedule. He performed an on-site test of our water quality and provided a detailed explanation of the results. If you’re tired of purchasing bottle water, replacing home appliances, cooking or bathing in hard water; I definitely recommend considering a Culligan Water Filtration System.

Adam and Travis are true professionals and gentlemen. They arrived in the morning, explained the process and then got to work. They discussed any obstacles and potential changes and never took any shortcuts. They also took care of a copperhead snake for us. The install went very smoothly, they explained the installation and what we need to do, and left our home in better condition than when they arrived.I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Adam and Travis - a great team who inspire a lot of confidence in our investment.
We absolutely love our water softening and reverse osmosis systems from Culligan. Living in a rural area, we have to have a well as our source for water. While the water is good, Culligan makes it great. We are so happy we made the decision to select Culligan. You will be too.
I have owned a Culligan Water Softener system for almost 5 years and have had several issues come up including busted pipes due to poor installation and terrible customer service. During the 2021 Freeze the water softener pipes burst and Culligan said it would be a month before they could get someone to my house to fix it. Also I have the Culligan Maintenance plan at $40 buck a month that does not apply to a freeze and basically amounts to “free salt”. The water softener itself was a huge investment and unfortunately not a good one as Culligan Houston has never treated me well or cared about my service concerns other than to offer a partial apology.
Very pleased with the customer service and the product. The water in my area is super hard. Yaser Arshouk and Joe Nguyen both explained the product and the benefits well. My hair and skin already feel better. I was told that I wouldnt have to color my hair as often as it wouldnt fade from the chlorine anymore. Havent had the product long enough to see that for myself but looking forward to it. Also, it feels better to know my pets are drinking safe water. Thank you Culligan of Houston

I have had my Culligan water system since July 2020 and we are very pleased with it. We have good drinking water. The water is very smooth. It is easy on your skin. There is a better flow through the house and makes it easy on your appliances. Save time and money not having to buy bottled water. Yaser Arshouk came out and did a water test and took care of our installation of the system. Joe Nguyen came by to test our water and to make sure we are happy with our system.

The pipes and manifolds of my Culligan system burst during the recent winter storm. Due to proprietary parts, you must go through Culligan to repair. This alone should dissuade anyone from buying the product. When I contacted them, they stated it would be a week to get a technician out, but would call me before the scheduled day to set up a specific time. The call never came, but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt due to plumber shortages after the winter storm. It’s routine to get ghosted by plumbers after the storm.They called around 8 am the day of, and gave me a window of 10 to 1. I immediately rushed home from work, after requesting the day off based on short notice. When I arrived at 9:43, the technician had arrived and left at 9:10. I called Culligan and they proceeded to lecture me about not being there, and that they would have to call me back to reschedule a later date! That was over two weeks ago. I still do not have running water! I guess I am giving it up for Lent!Please do not put yourself in a situation of depending on Culligan Houston. The service and product is terrible.

I am now changing to 1 star because of terrible service. I had scheduled repair work on my instant hot water system that was leaking and could not be used. My appointment could not be scheduled for 7 weeks. On the afternoon the tech was to arrive, he called and advised he could not make the appointment as he had been sent to an emergency. We had a discussion and his supervisor called and said someone would be there between 6-7 that evening. At 7:45 the tech called and said it would be 45 more minutes before he arrived. I was not letting him start repairs at 8:30 so I cancelled. No follow up from Culligan. Suggestions for another company who cares about customers and service?

This company have the worst customer service ever! Every time I called they would say someone will call you back. I waited weeks and still no call back. You never get anyone to return your calls or give you an update. After waiting over 3 months for the replacement equipment the tech came out and said they dont have the connector to install it and said someone will call me back to let me know if they have it in stock or have to be order. I called them every week and still get the same answer someone will call me back.So after waiting for 5 months with them saying someone will call back and still no call back.What kind of customer service is this?

Amazing service all the way around. Zaid Mohabatt was great with explaining the system and knew exactly what my husband and I needed for our new home. At our 3 month, Joe Nguyen came and tested our water to make sure everything was still running well and our water levels are still great. I can give my pets faucet water without any worries.
Bryan B.came to the house on time and called prior as promised. When he arrived to install the Aquasential™ Tankless RO Drinking Water Filter System he was professional and did a great job with the install leaving enough hose so we can move the unit for easy servicing. He did a great job and I love the great water system! I never need to worry about running out of filtered drinking water!
They showed up on time, fixed the problem, then checked to be sure all was working properly.
My water softener water not using much salt. Juan with Culligan came out, looked over the system thoroughly. He took the time to explain how this system uses salt, how much salt that I can expect the system to use, how to prevent salt bridges. His knowledge and experience was very reassuring. I highly recommend that you request Juan if your system seems to be acting up.
Our office has been using Culligan for over 2 years now. Our driver is Fred Sampson & he is wonderful!!! Always so friendly when he comes in & is prompt about getting to us when we are running low on water... even when we call the day of (oops)

Above and beyond. We had to leave our home for a remodel and we called to have them disconnect and then reconnect after our remodel. Gerlyn Washington came out both times and did a great job. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and the charges before he started. Highly recommend.
