Every time I visit the Water Tree in Spring,TX I always end up buying something extra. My personal experience has been good, the whole crew has a excellent spirit and very informative concerning Alkaline Water. You should try it, before you knock it.J.C

I had a fantastic experience while I was here the last time I visiteda wonderful salad I had at the well I got my water set up and was able to get my boxes and everything loaded along with some other fine products that they offerthis is a real nice place and I hope to continue to come there for many years

They have the best alkaline water for my diet. Its better than any other water. I go once a week. Bcuz i do my herbal life diet and it works. I lost 22 pounds in one month. Thank you water tree. Plus they are very friendly! Thats a plus!

Love this place! The alkaline water is so thirst quenching and authentic. They make the alkaline water at their facility and the prices are very reasonable. Unlike the grocery stores and gas stations where they over charge and the water isnt even authentic alkaline water. Water Tree is the only place that I buy my alkaline water. They are the real deal.The plus, plus is that they have an organic restaurant attached. The grow their own organic herbs, fruit and vegetables there. Everything is alkaline and organic. The smoothies are delicious and affordable. The menu of salads, sandwiches and smoothies is a nice variety to choose from. Overall, I love everything about this location!

Everytime I go to this location either my mother or myself is questioned about a handicap plaque that is always in our window!! Today, I was feed up so make sure when you go Samantha can clearly see your plaque... not that its any of her business because if the police was to come who would they fine myself or Water Tree? Correct you go it ME! I believe since they are so concerned about who has a plaque (WHICH WE DO) they need to put a handicap plaque patroller position on Indeed! I am a small business owner as well and doing my best to support ALL! Never again, Im going to mind my black owned business! Its to much going on in this world to be questioned about a handicap sign (THAT I HAVE DUE TO FOOT SURGERY) when Im just trying to get water. When I asked Samantha why its neccessary to be questioned and told her she can come see for her self she said because she can ask a question. She is correct but she can also mind her white owned business. #karening

Very welcoming staff. As soon as I walked in was greeted in a professional manor.Pedro took my bottles and offered to rinse them without me asking him to. The refilling process was fast. Will recommend to anyone.Great customer service always has returning customers.

Horrible customer service. The last is too busy talking to actually assist people there to get water. She over charges for the purchase. Says if you spend over 10 dollars you wont get charged, went there 3 times, spent over 30 dollars, and still got charged better card fees, come to find out whats shes doing is not legit for the business. If water tree knew shed be having to answer and repay a lot of people. Take your business to someone who wont screw you out of your hard earned dollar and will treat you like your business matters, this is not that place!!!

Ive been drinking this water for about 7years now and its the only kind of water Ill ever drink. Its very good for you and most definitely I can tell the difference in the way it makes me feel and Omg the taste is so pure!!!! It puts any other bottled water to shame...no doubt!!!!! I love The Water tree (Dream tree) water!!!!!!

I like how this place is a lot closer to my house but Ive realized that the water doesnt taste the same as Dream Trees... Dream Trees is better, Im not sure why. We get premium at both places.Update:Not a fan of them filling our containers for us. The last time we went the lady that filled our containers looked sick. She even coughed once while doing so. She turned her head but that wasnt a good look for the place. Every other location we have been to allows us to refill our own containers. It sucks because they have the cheapest water.

One Of the Best Water Stores In Houston! The Customer Service & Energy at this location is Beautiful. After visiting a few other locations in the Houston Area, I will continue to drive 1 hr to come to this store just for the above reasons. Plus they have the highest ph readings thus far.Thank You!

Poor, very poor Customer Service. Not all friendly either! I only stopped to refill my containers due to convenience! Never again! I will continue to journey to Water Tree at Highway 6! They are awesome at that store and going forward that is where I will keep going!! This water better be 100% alkaline 9.5 too!! DO NOT get your alkaline water from there!! Dissatisfied! They did not even acknowledge me by speaking to offer assistance if needed! January 27th at 2:45p is when I visited the store.

I come here and bring my bottles that need to be refilled . The water tastes honestly amazing and you will notice a difference after drinking any other water source. They always change the filter for the water and it’s loaded with electrolytes and has high ph level. I drink it bc I know the health benefits and myself and family deserve the best and this is it. Price is completely reasonable and if you’re a member you get a discount . Thank you so much we need more locations please!
