Never going to buy again. Bought a Christmas basket as a present to my friend and never arrived. Contacted customer service about it and nothing was done. The person responding to my emails did not even write like a customer service should, and more like a teenager. A complete disregard in trying to find my package. I got refunded but my friend is still without her present.The cherry on top of the cake?? I gave this very same review on their website and it was moderated and never posted. Very very unprofessional behavior from a company like this. I could not be more disappointed and I will make sure to have my voice heard, either by other forms of review or with my close friends.

Love the ice cream! It’s so smooth and silky with a distinct vanilla bean taste. I request Caramel on mine. You can’t do wrong with their dipped milk chocolate strawberries and truffles especially hazelnut. My sis loves the dipped chocolate pretzel. Overall love this place. Quality chocolate and a variety to choose from.

I gave 5 stars for the good chocolate with the pistachio syrup, but you have to be very precise in making your order. I would highly recommend going there for coffee time and a good time with friends.

Wonderful products, mostly with chocolate ;) of course, though they also have a very good vanilla ice cream. The staff is usually very polite and eager to assist. It is a tiny store, with 2 registers, so when it gets very busy, the queue forms outside into the mall as they can only attend two people, trying to make their choice, at a time.

Bad customer service, the old man who works here has no respect for customers. First he told me to wait outside in a bad way because of the social distance that he fully understood, waiting in line, another couple arrived after me and he preferred to help them before me. This guy was rude and they didnt respect me. Great products, but lousy customer service at this Galleria store.

They really have the best chocolates and even the ice cream were so good .

My wife saw this label, then she asked the waiter, a tall man with a pair of glasses, if this discount was still available. He gave her a negative answer without putting his eye on it. Then I went to there and talked with the waitress, she was really nice. She checked the system and told me the discount is still available. 15% does not save that much, but the waiter’s attitude did reveal something!

Provides one free piece of chocolate a month, and a gift card on your birthday.So if you visit the Galleria at least once a month, it’s worth it.I had the Cold Brew Coffee Chocolixir with whip cream and chocolate syrup drizzle. It was okay. I would have liked more chocolate in the mix. The coffee overpowered the drink IMO.

Honestly, u less you have a refined pallet, your paying top price for good chocolate. Dont get me wrong, its not bad....by any means. But its the novelty that brings you in.

Upon entering the store, my husband and I knew exactly what we wanted and placed an order for two soft serve ice cream cones. The clerk came off a little rude, however she quickly made it up by giving us a good amount of ice cream!The first one was quite runny, though she went ahead and got rid of it and gave me a wink that she would make a new one for me. I thought that was really nice of her!However, $15 was quite pricey for two soft serve cones... but they were SO RICH AND CREAMY! My husband and I always order the swirl and I have to admit, Godiva never fails with their rich chocolate and vanilla bean swirl! TO DIE FOR!

Tasty chocolate but you cant drink the drink because its a paper straw and a thick liquid. The straw collapses and becomes unusable and you are left with no way to drink your $6 drink.
