I love this place. Every time I have come in I have been welcomed in with a warm greeting. Adam in particular is awesome. He knows his products and does a good job explaining the new things that I have had questions about. Not much to look at from the outside but a hidden gem for sure.

After moving all the way across Houston from Southside to North, we needed a new local smoke shop to frequent. We found this one just driving by and have continued to go back since. The staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions we have about product, they have a loyalty program, and a huge stock of vape supplies. Highly recommend.

I have come to this location a couple of other times and all visits have been wonderful. The customer service is excellent. I do t remember his name at the moment but always makes it a pleasant visit versus others when hes not there. When I remember his name Ill be sure to change this review for proper credit but hes made it to where my just window shopping ends up in purchases because of good recommendations. The quality and quantity of selections are worth every trip.

I came in looking for a device I was not sure if I want the Rpm 40 or the Aegis Boost. It’s a hard decision list of pros and cons. I purchased the Rpm 40 after having a positive experience with it before. Ashely was super informative and took her time. To help me choose. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for future purchases.

They sale counterfeit puff bar products. Wouldn’t trust them.

A COMPLETELY RIP OFF!!! Stayyyy awayyyyyy, a hookah pipe was 85 dollars and didn’t even work when I tried to returned, they refuse. Waste of money, you can find cheaper and better quality stuff at smoke alley.

I was pressed for time for a drug test for a good paying job, and this was the smoke shop that opened the earliest so I decided to give them a try. I arrived right at opening time only to be told that they decided to open a hr later. Mind you doors were open and opening times were clearly visible, but it was as if they just didnt want to sale me synthetic urine during my emergency situation. Very disappointing. Visited for the first time after seeing the positive reviews and my experience was nothing like what I expected. The selection was limited and the customer service mentioned in all the other reviews was lacking. Im new to vaping so I was excited about going to knowledgeable people to get started. I asked questions but the staff left me more confused than when I came in. I blindly trusted their expertise and reputation for low prices and bought a kit that I wasnt sure about. After further research I found that their prices are much higher than other places in Houston (A day after my purchase I found the exact same kit at a shop closer to my house for $30 dollars less)I called today (12April2016) to ask why the price was higher than other places and see if I could return the kit and the guy promptly hung up on me. I wasnt angry or yelling so I felt very disrespected. I was ready to drop a lot more money on some hookah setups for a new business but I definitely wont be going back to this place.Im easy going and really hate complaining, but this place left a really bad impression so I had to share my thoughts to warn others. Shop around and do your research before trusting all the positive reviews.

Ok store. I go there to get cheap E Juice. Every time I go there everyone seems to be in a rush to help someone out but me and I have a lot of questions about things I might buy at that point or next trip. There was one particular Caucasian girl that was very helpful the first time I went there if it wasnt for her they probably would have lost my business. They also nnever seem to have the items I need for my vape or particular E juice. Also if you buy something there is no returns. Not even when you realized you bought the wrong item.
