It is a good place to meet with friends. You can grab a coffee and some pastry. Dont expect to get a great food options. It is a coffee shop and thats it. I really like the mini fruit tart but the iced coffee, I didnt like it 😕. It had too strong flavor for and iced coffee.

Twas a good sugary time with friends! I got a wild berry cup and was a bit sweet! If it was a little less sugary then it would have been better. Over all I enjoyed it! Come check it out! Cheers

This was my first experience at this location! The service was very great. The environment was so clean and the gelato was delicious!Coffee was made with care and the beans they used were very smooth. I had the very rich chocolate and mint gelato combination! I definitely recommend coming! And if you have time you can actually walk around the city centre area.

So by now I literally tried almost everything here. I drive 40 minutes just for the coffee. It is phenomenal especially if you have lived in Europe as long as I have and you crave that rich taste. Now they also have great ice cream ( coconut, strawberry, raspberry, chocolate, mango, straciatella $ are the ones I’ve tried. Their pastries look beautiful unfortunately they are not that great. The filling is ok but the doe supposed to be crunchy and thin . It is not even close to that. Food I’ve tried today. Chicken salad and sandwich. It was ok but no wow effect. The 5 stars are coffee and ice cream. Three stars food and pastries two stars ⭐️.

Stopped by for coffee and treats. Had tiramisu and a strawberry roll cake. The pastries were very good. I liked my decaf coffee, but the iced latte my wife had was not really the kind she likes. Staffers were friendly. Service was fast. Atmosphere was nice and welcoming. There was seating available on two floors as well as outside. Would love to come again some time.

We had breakfast at Fellini in my husband’s birthday and we had the salmon bagel with some fruits, it’s really nice. Lavazza coffee is good and they have many options for different types of taste. We’re there in a Friday morning and it’s quiet. Staff is polite and friendly.

Their drinks, gelatos, and pastries consistently taste great! They also have fantastic and very helpful servers! My personal favorites are their hot chai latte and Italian drinking chocolate. Of the many times Ive been here, I have NEVER gotten bad service, or food/drinks that tasted anything less than great. Additionally, the place is always immaculately clean. Indoor seating is not bad; they have seating upstairs and outside too. All in all, its a fantastic place to grab a drink, a couple snacks, and hang out with friends for a while.

I decided to stray off of the beaten path while browsing through shops at Town and Country City Centre and I am so glad I did!! Oh my goodness, the gelato is almost as good as I remember it tasting in Florence! The texture, flavor, and richness is wonderful! I tried a scoop of lemon and a scoop of cream (which is essentially cream brulee) and they were both fantastic! I cant wait to go back and try more flavors! And the prices are fairly reasonable: I paid less than $6 for 2 generous scoops. I will definitely be visiting again!

Qi Qi and I were out celebrating the fact that our investment in #safemoon doubled and now we are flying high on life. We decided to walk to citytowncentre and enjoy some ice cream while our investments in cryptocurrency skyrocket. Than again, tomorrow they could come tumbling down but we still had our ice cream and each other. ❤️

Chic, modern, very typical of a European Cafe for quick lunch and good coffee. Desserts were lovely, beverages excellent. Definitely will be coming back!!

I have been plenty of times to this place and it is always one of my fav places in the Houston area to get either coffee or Gelato. Their Gelatos are very delicious with different flavors. The stuff that work here is always smiling and engaging with the clients however my recent visit wasn’t that great. A guy that worked here seemed to be working here by force? No customer service whatsoever!Aside from this, great tastes! I highly recommend bringing the family or friends for an ice cream experience!

Love this little spot. Very good coffee and food and amazing pastries with a large variety and selection. You can even choose to have your croissants filled with various creams and chocolates. I have also ordered large amounts at once for my clients and have never had any issues. Very nice friendly staff as well :) Definitely recommend this place. Also the pistachio cookies are the bomb!

Tips a good spot for Gelato and some limited desert options. What they really shine at is their gourmet coffee drinks! They are amazing. I want to try them all as they all look good. This place has two entrances so unfortunately if there is a line outside some people just enter from there door and go right in the front, bypassing everyone else who have been waiting in line right outside the door. So please watch out for that.

Not a lot of options but what I got was great. The portions are really generous. It was a little busy but the staff seemed overwhelmed even though there were 5 of them behind the counter! Overall, nice stop for desert after dinner.

Hi - My wife and I are regulars at City Center. So much so that the owner (I cant remember the name but the Italian lady) she recognizes us all the time. We go religiously for breakfast every Saturday and Sunday. Today, we ordered two paninis that took 35mins to serve. After having finished our coffee, we asked for a refund as we had to leave. It saddens me to say that we encounter a massive push and not a customer-focused behaviour. The cook stormed out of the kitchen and started yelling at the servers. It was a mess today. Other customers were frustrated. Our server ultimately said the food was ready (after 35 mins) and that no refund was considered. We could see our sandwiches still in the toaster. We had to leave and left the store without a refund and sadly without our food.As a regular, I was shocked at the treatment and lack of customer service today.We will not be coming back.To the Italian lady who knows us, I am sure this would not have happened if you were in the store, the customer service has deteriorated.

So everybody agrees the gelato, treats and drinks are five star!!!But I want to add that the service is phenomenal- such sweet people working behind the counter- it all adds to the exciting experience of getting dessert.The chic cafe seating inside and out also complete the ambiance.This is our new family favorite.

We love this Gelato shop and were so happy to see it remained when we returned to Houston two years after it originally opened. Wonderful location with helpful employees who are customer service oriented. Highly recommended for a lovely respite from the Texas heat and humidity or for a cozy gathering for friends and family with a shared love of gelato. You will not be disappointed!

Great cozy place for a quick snack, gelato or some great coffee! Love the ambience and the food! Highly recommend it. Do try the Capri and Chicken Salad sandwiches. And Mocha (hot and ice big are great), Latte is good too!

Espresso con Panna is great however the gelato was freezer burned and the texture was subsequently off. The hot chocolate was very watery, had high expectations but was disappointed.

Great place to go, doesnt matter if is warm or cold. They have the BEST coffee in Houston. The food is Amazing but the gelatos and the pastry they are from out of this world!!!! If you ever go try the Nutella flavor. Youre not going to regret going in there. They know how to cook and how to treat theyre clients!!! For sure Im going back!

Consistently excellent service, great coffee and gelato ice cream. They have an amazing dessert coffee which is basically espresso mixed with ice cream. Served in a cup and eaten with a spoon it is absolutely amazing!Ive never tried their sandwiches but they look good.Lots of natural lighting and two floors of seating including a couple of tables outside when the weather is good. They also have their own restrooms which are clean.Overall a great place to have meetings, take your family for ice cream or just grab a cup of coffee and get some work done.

Gelato is amazing, especially the pistachio flavor. However, most deserts just didnt hit the spot. The cannoli was bland and hard to bite, the tiramisu was a bunch of whipped eggs and milk. Good place for coffee, for desserts not so much.

For all the years Ive been to City center, Ive never seen this hidden gem. When I was craving something sweet, I would normally go to red mango or creamistry. With this new option in place, this might be my number one. Italian gelato. Smooth, creamy, and soft. I got the coffee and mango flavor. The service is a little slow as they were low staffed. But prices were reasonable and for the quality of this delicious cup, oh so worth it.The coffee was pungent in flavor. Mango had this intense punch to it also. Not too artificial.Overall, I would definitely be back again. Cute place with lots of seating. Only downside is the limited parking. Aside from that, after ice cream you can walk around the area and shop!

Love this place!! My friends and I were trying all of the different flavors (yes just about all of them), and the man serving had such a great attitude, was so excited about each flavor, turns out he’s the owner! Love that! Ice cream was great, I got birthday cake 👏🏽

A great place to sit for a bit and have a drink and gelato...and sometimes other unexpected stuff. Our first time they had a nice lasagna combo for $10. Last time there was nothing like that. How random. But you go for the coffee/tea drinks and gelato and those are very good here. They only offer medium and large drinks, which is kind of funny because if you think about it, if you have two sizes one is smaller and one is larger--small and large. Anyway, the medium seems to be a 12 ounce cup and has been fine for our needs. I like the iced Americano and my daughter gets some chi tea concoction that she likes. They have a good looking gelato section with some interesting flavors. Bottom line: a good place to seek out if you have some time to waste before a movie, like us, or just to get out of the heat. You have to look for it...its on the east side facing the fancy apartments. Worth it.

Nice staff, good service, great coffee but not much of vegan milk options.The only issue is with parking🙂 bcoz you have to pay for those meters or you can park in the free parking if you found a spot for sure.

Very nice place for gelato. I hadnt tried any of their other foods. Parking may be a little challenging if you dont want to walk. There are a few parking spaces in front of the businesses but hard to get. There are parking garages close but the max vehicle heights are 611 on one and 68 on the other. My van could not fit into the garages so I had to park on an outdoors surface lot and walk. I guess it was good to help me get a few extra steps in. I had Cookies& Creme and stracciatella

We love Fellini! I had to give 3 stars because sometimes the service could be better. 9/10 you will get great food and service but every now and then it’s horrible service— food and drinks still good though. We love cappuccinos and they make great ones - with coconut milk per our request. This last time though we ordered cappuccino to drink there and the lady brought it out in a to go cup — kind of defeats the whole experience of a cappuccino. When I told her we came to enjoy the cappuccino and the experience of drinking it and seeing it visualization is a huge part of it she said she would put it in a cup for me and she did literally that she opened up the cup and poured it into a glass cup making it no longer look like a cappuccino- or taste like one for that matter. She then proceeded to argue that with me that because we ordered a “medium” all mediums are always served in paper cups Togo.We also ordered a typical Italian pastry that is usually served heated she tried to just put it on a plate and serve us she obviously did not want to be working that day and unfortunately ruined the experience for us. I can say as someone who frequents Fellini often that doesn’t usually happen but it is highly disappointing when it does especially when you’re going to a place you’ve been so loyal to.

Best coffee shop in Houston and decently priced. Definitely would choose Fellini over Starbucks any day. The staff is always amazing. Yessica is amazing and always remembers when I come in. Shell even have my drink ready to go before I even walk on. Love this coffee shop. Their desserts are also so delish!!

Reminiscent of european style coffee and sweets. Coffee is smooth and delicious and sweets are tasty with an emphasis on flavor opposed to sweetness-- oh and dont forget the gelato.

We went there yesterday morning to buy some croissants for breakfast. Chocolate croissant sounded good, so we ordered 2 to take away. What we got were 2 pieces of dried out croissant certainly not from that day. To top things of, we went to get ice cream this afternoon I got the most terrible strawberry ice cream I ever had in my life. I actually threw it away just outside the shop. The only edible part was the cone (but dont worry, it was not homemade), the icecream being only colored cream. The slogan, artisan bakers since 2012 is laughable at best. Avoid if you want to enjoy yourselves.Avoid this place like the plague! The staff is rude & unprofessional. Its a sketchy shop to begin with. such a waste of time coming here. Cold coffee, salmon sandwich or wherever you want to call it, absolutely disgusting, bad service and very dirty place.

We had an incredible Saturday morning breakfast. I had the breakfast platter and added a side of prosciutto. I dont know whats in those English muffins, but theyre light and fluffy and not like the ones you get at the store. My husband gets the kolache each time he goes. It doesnt look like a kolache or klobásnik, but more like a cute little bread spaceship filled with eggy, cheesy goodness. They are also kind enough to have a selection of dairy free milks for my coffee. Get a cortado and thank us later.

I like that its never to crowded here. I can always find a place to sit and work or just relax with a cup of coffee. Their Americano is probably my favorite and on occasions I treat myself to a cafe affogato or perhaps a flavored latte. Any pastry I have tried was delicious. If I need a little more nourishment then I typically get the Fellini salad. The staff are always friendly and make the visit pleasant. They even went the extra mile and helped my fiancé set up for his proposal here!

Coffee is very good quality...but what really got under my skin is the owner keeps all the Tips sent electronically through CC or Debit payment. If you Truly want to Tip The Barista... personally pull them aside and hand them cash.If you dont believe me...just ask The Barista making your drink where the Tips go.

I would give zero stars if I could.Your store hours are 7am-10pm. I got here at 9:30pm at the city center location and the store is closed. Nowhere on your door or your website or Yelp or Google does it say your hours have changed. Im very disappointed to have driven 30 minutes from Cypress with my kids only to find out youre closed. Not a happy customer at all.

Took 10 mins just to be helped and while I was waiting and while I had my mask on VALERIE proceeded to yell at me and ARGUE with me for not having my mask on while I walked into the door!!!! I went in here and ordered some stracciatella gelato. Only the gelato came out more ice cream than gelato. I have had gelato before even went to Italy to have authentic gelato and they were better. The taste was fine, but it wasn’t gelato. The decor is good and there is plenty of seating inside and outside. The price is decent, but the gelato was a let down though. If you are going to say you have gelato it should taste like it. So I probably won’t go back again.

I’ve been coming to this location for a good two years now. Here recently customer service isn’t close to what it use to be. I’m told different excuses every time I come in about my coffee, every time! Even when I send people to grab my coffee. Today was the smallest cup I’ve ever receive for my coffee. And when complaining about it, all I was told was I’m sorry this is the new cups. I had just sent a coworker to get my coffee yesterday and it was in the normal cup(Togo cups). I just want my coffee in the cup I’ve been getting for the last two years, with no lies and excuses.
