I had the quattro coffee drink. It was delicious! Rich coffee flavor with special cream and boba! Would definitely recommend! The employee was extremely nice and welcoming 🙂

This place is nice not to crowded and the drinks are delicious but just make sure to ask not to sweat if you dont like to much sweetness. Other then that everything is delicious. 😄👌

This place is great. Its almost overwhelming how many different flavor combinations you can make. You have to choose your base flavor, toppings, and then a drizzle to go on top. Pictured is taro with mochi and almond toppings and condensed milk.One of my favorite things about the dessert is that its not heavy even with the portion size being large. You can easily share the normal size. I would definitely recommend visiting.

Nice place here. The music isnt overbearing, the place is clean and sleek, and the drink options are very pleasant. The watermelon slushie and the Nu Ice coffee are delicious. Logan took good care of me.

Meh, Ive had better. With great reviews and high Yelp Ratings, I decided to visit this establishment.Service was meh and the Ice Milk was also meh.Unfortunately, the dessert was just ok..something was definitely missing to make it pop. Maybe I needed more Nutella with bananas or nuts possibly.

He was on it though, but people did walk out due to the line.We ordered the Green Tealicous and the King Kong milk tea.The Green Tealiciois was good. Macha Green tea. 👍The King Kong was entirely too sweet. Definitely needs some extra ice or watering down. This place is really amazing. I am glad we passed by, and had the best ice cream ever! Very clean. Social distance is enforcing, and the employee had a mask and gloves all the time. The serving size is really huge, looks great, and mostly tasted super.

So, I have been coming here for a few years and surprisingly have not done a review for this place! Here in Houston, we are blessed with having so many great places for bubble tea and shaved ice. Nu Ice and Drinks has consistently been one of my favorites. They have expanded their flavors of ice throughout the years with Nutella and green tea being two of my favorite. They have set shaved ice combinations (sea salt caramel is also very good) and also the option to make your own (with as many toppings)! They have two sizes - hill and mountain. The hill is meant for 1 person but to tell you the truth, it can easily feed 2-4 especially if you had food before!One of my favorite items on the menu is blue honey pop drink. It used to be called Marco Polo. I am not sure what i love about it but it reminds me of the very short lived blue Pepsi that I loved (and was probably the only person that liked it). It has jelly and popping bubbles which are just fun!The decor and inside is also super cute. It is a great place to just sit and hang out. A must visit :)

This place is awesome. My personal favorite is the mango ice with mango poppers and fresh mango and mango jelly. Lastly don’t forget the mango drizzle. Yes. It’s a lot of mango but it works very well and is delicious.

I got the Ultimate Milk Tea with the Thai tea base and extra boba. Paid about $7 for it, it was the best boba tea I’ve had hands down. The guy at the counter was so polite and helpful. Very fast service. It’s a nice little spot, will definitely return. I love the pieces of flan in my drink too, never had a boba tea like that before. Loved it!

Ordered a Mangonada for to-go, the smoothie was yummylicious. Luckily I didn’t have to wait in line since there was only one associate on duty during my visit in the mid-afternoon. Would have given more stars had the associate was more friendly. Oh well, maybe he was having a bad day...

Our first time trying this type of place. We like shave ice and ice cream, so thought wed five it a shot. I had the coffee nu ice with m&ms and my wife had the leche nu ice. Both were very good. Mucb healthier alternative to ice cream. Wed definitely come back again. Id highly recommend the coffee nu ice.

First time I ever visited this place was in 2015 and I loved it since then. Now after 4 years I am revisiting this place.I loved the way they serve shaved ice. First time I had the shaved ice was a coffee flavor and it was delicious. Every bite of ice was flavorful and delicious. This time I tried three different flavors. First one was Nutella, vanilla and coconut. All of the flavors were good. They also carry bubble teas and other drinks. But I have never tried them but my friends did and they liked it.Thier service is quick and good. After placing the order they will prepare it in few minutes and call out your name so make sure you are paying attention to the names. There are no servers available so you gotta pick up your own orders.Anyway overall experience was good enjoyed the ice-cream and the environment

Another solid boba tea shop.Not my favorite interior, but that’s one person’s opinion.Store front faces north.So no natural light comes in at all.Doesn’t help the lighting that the walls and furnishings are dark colors.They do have a chandelier to add some chic.Staff is cool.Drink was good.Tried the Nu Chilled Milk Tea (their black tea with milk and sugar).Lite on the ice and of course some boba.They have two round tables outside.I’d go back for the drinks.But if you’re looking for a place to study, read, or get some work done, I think their are other options out their better suited for that.

Visited this place with some friends late at night after grabbing some dinner. I have never tried shaved ice cream like this before, so for me it was a unique experience! We tried 2 different flavors which included Oreo and Strawberry. Their drinks menu looked delectable but I will have to save that for another time.

My favorite Boba tea spot right now. A little small and awkward to order when its busy, and its usually busy. But they have clean restrooms, they are fast, and the tea is reasonably priced and delicious. My go to is the Nu milk tea with strawberry or mango popping Boba.

My kids wanted a milk-tea after our lunch in a nearby restaurant so we dropped by here. We ordered 2drinks and my husband paid 14$ which i think is pricey, the taste was fine but not like u would want to come back again kind of drink.

This is a cool place with good fancy options. We had Thai tea, Jasmine tea, shaved ice hill and bora bora. I loved their bora bora. It’s fruity and healthy.

Anyone who comes here should know that they are price gouging. The food and ice is super good, and the employees are helpful. However, when I ordered an ice at the mountain size without any extras - which is advertised at $7.50 (see picture), I was charged about $8.80. I asked my cashier whats wrong with the pricing, and he said that he doesnt make the prices and that they are set. When I asked to change my size to the hill also without extras, advertised at $5.50, my final price was $6.50 which is still overpriced even when taking tax into account. I was told that the owner said people will still pay the price if they want it, which is a really shady way to run a business. Its clear that the menu has been updated because older copies have different flavors from the newer copies, but the owner never bothered to update the pricing. Its really dishonest and as good as the food is I can go elsewhere for a business practice with more integrity.

Loved this place! Got a sugar-free non-dairy salted caramel iced coffee that was AMAZING.

Its in a plaza with plenty of parking which is always nice. The staff is friendly, and the ice cream is really something. Its like thinly shaved ice that is wavy and layered carefully to form a big ol ice mountain. I think I got the regular or small; that thing easily feeds 2-4 people. Highly recommend, it is different, delicious, and fun.

We got the shaved ice combo 1 of vanilla, strawberries, and oreo chunks with nutella and condensed milk drizzled on top! super yummy and nice to share with someone else on a hot day. the aesthetic of the place is pretty nice.not sure why some comments mention it being bland when it is pretty sweet (7.5-8/10 sweetness level because of the nutella/condensed milk combo). maybe you should cut certain things out of your diet if you think things like this are bland...we would definitely come here again to try the boba. there are extremely large and generous sizes which is nearly unheard of in most parts of houston!

Id like to try their stuff since it looked appealing to me but unfortunately I just stood waiting to order for over 15 min since they were too short staffed and had to leave. Not recommended.

Their green tea ice combo is THE BEST! To be fair, however, its the only thing I ever order on the menu. Well, that and the Paradise Tea. When I find something that I like, I rarely stray from it.

I’ve only been here a few times and have only gotten a “mountain” of shaved ice. Of what I have tried the taro and green tea are my favorite so far. There are so many opinions for drizzle and fruit you will bound to find something you will love. I have not had any of the drinks yet just because the ice is so good.

My first time here went awesome. I was a lost puppy since I didnt know we had to order using the small order forms lol. Its hard to describe what I had, but I had shaved ice; but it wasnt the usual snow cone shaved ice however. It was more like paper thin ice cream. It was incredible! I couldnt believe it. I had coconut flavored ice with coconut shavings. Check it out below. Doesnt it look good?? Im definitely coming back when Im in the area.

Ive had this place on my bookmark for a while now, and finally got a chance to go and check it out. It was extremely busy inside there were no social distancing in place, because there were people everywhere. Despite this, we decided to go inside, and get 2 different plates, one with strawberry ice with strawberries and mangoes and condensed milk, and one with Nutella ice with m&ms and chocolate syrup. Both were nice but I prefer the fruity flavour ones.I was surprised how loud it was inside, because the person who was making the dishes had to manually change the ice and shave it down herself, and I could see she was stressed because of how many people there were inside. I felt bad for her because she was doing a lot of things, but also there should have been social distancing in place especially since the shop is so small. I would come here again, but I would be wary to come at a time where there would not be as many people, and especially so that there isnt so many people crowded in around in a small area. Other than that, I am liked the décor inside and the items we got were delicious.

I have go here with my family a few times now. Their snow ice is the best Ive tasted in Houston so far and employees had been very friendly all the time.

Was my first time here. First thing I noticed was the setting and atmosphere. It was cozy and homey with nice booths and seats. The menu had beautiful options that seem to be of actual quality, not just a cup of ice and water with some fruits for $7.I got the Mango Mango smoothie and the Coconut Shaved Ice with Mango Poppers. My friend loved the Mango Mango and I loved the shaved ice. The small that I was got was good for two people and Im guessing a large will be good for four.This is the ONLY dessert place to date where I want to come back to try other things on the menu.

Horrible service. We came at 11:50pm and they close at 12am. I work in a food and drink establishment so I do understand that it can be frustrating but business is business. If its relating to the shaved ice, food or anything that takes a bit of time, I dont mind them telling me that they arent able to do it but all I wanted was a milk tea with boba. Before we even got to the door, we saw a male employee giving us the middle finger from inside. We walked in anyway, and asked if it was too late and they said they were already closing. Ive been here a few times without a problem but I will never come back again. Whoever is the owner needs to tell their workers to learn some respect.

Person at the front was rude and snapped their fingers at me to finish signing for purchase. Boba was hard and chewy and the jasmine drink was way too sweet.

I rated 2 stars because the drinks are actually good. However, there was only one employee taking and making orders. He didn’t wash his hands after taking orders nor did he have gloves on (businesses that are open during this pandemic need to take safe precautions more seriously). To make matters worse, the person that ordered after me received their order first.

Service, cleanliness, covid precautions, bubble tea, shaved ice, iced coffees are all fantastic. We were repeat customers while in Houston and will continue to be. Try the Quattro coffee, but only early in the day. Itll hit you with the caffine!! The taro berry cream smoothie is delish and the green tea slush with the flan & beans (though i would take out the beans, they were not good)

The place could use a little bit of organization but other than that they offer a variety of drinks and shaved ice. The young man who attended us was very nice and social, the drinks came out fast and they tasted great!

Visited this place for the first time tonight with a group, and had a blast! I shared the green ice combo with another in my group, and picked the smaller size... And it was plenty for the both of us! Also very tasty! They also had card games available for customers and we had a great time playing a few rounds of Uno to our desserts. Would come here again!!
