As a new customer at Enclave Vision Associates, today was a great first visit! I have been to many vision places and other than the one I used to go at the Woodlands long time ago. This places was amazing, they took care of me and my dad, they were friendly and kind. Dr. Montgomery was super sweet and took her time explaining to me and showing me how my eyes were doing and also how my dad’s eyes were as well, as he had an appointment before me. The staff was amazing and explained things well as well.I highly recommend visiting Enclave Vision Associates.

My whole family have seen Dr Montgomery and Dr Hengst since 2014 and we are extremely happy with them and their patience and understanding. Their staff are also nice and helpful. I have seeing almost exclusively Dr Montgomery since I once showed up with long overdue contact lenses and she went above and beyond to get me the right contacts even when that implied multiple visits and iterations. I truly appreciate her professionalism, dedication, and genuine interest for my eye health and vision!

The best eye exam Ive ever had!Very impressed with the latest technologies, the knowledge of Dr. Hengst, and the kindness of the staff (Gabriela and Nayeli). I didnt feel rushed. I felt valued. Everything was explained to me in detail, including preventative measures like a diet rich in leafy greens and bright-colored vegetables.It shows that both doctors care about the reputation of their business and the satisfaction of their clients.

Dr. Montgomery is awesome. She takes her time and makes you feel like youre her only patient while you are there. She is very thorough and answers all your questions. They have all the latest equipment and I highly recommend Enclave Vision.

Dr. Brandi is such a great person. She takes time to talk to me, explain everything, and contact to me after the check up to make sure everything is going well. My experience today was like all the others very timely, courteous, and I felt attended to. I loved the extra attention I feel I got when I was trying on glasses. Even in the midst of an epidemic I still felt like I was in a bubble and nothing was going on outside my door. Love this group.

Dr. Brandi was AMAZING!! Every single procedure and test explained very patiently. Loved the attention to detail and she answered every single question I had and told me something I never knew I had. TYSM. Definitely coming back!! PS: My waiting time was 60 Seconds, that too because the receptionist was making a copy of my insurance etc. Such a breeze. Wow :)

I recently moved states and had to find a new eye doctor after going to someone for almost 20 years. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone as good but everyone here blew away my expectations. They are super nice and friendly and even helped me try on way too many pairs of glasses until I found the right ones. I’d give them 10 stars if I could and would recommend to anyone searching for a new optometrist.

Dr. Hengist spent time with me and answered all of my questions I had giving clear explanations when needed. I appreciated her expertise in helping me to understand my eyes post cataract surgery. She’s great!

We have been patients of Dr. Montgomery for several years and have had nothing less than a wonderful experience every time we have visited. Dr. Montgomery is great with children and adults. She has a an excellent bedside manner. She is thorough and makes sure you understand her plan of care and your treatment options. Her level of integrity makes you feel as if you are being treated by a friend. She successfully treated my daughters lazy eye with corrective lenses and we are pleased she now doesnt have to wear glasses full time. The staff is professional without being stuffy, my children feel quite at home when they go into the office, however the snack bin they have available may have a little something to do with that. I highly recommend Enclave vision, if I could give them more stars I would!

Sandra who made my appointment is not very honest. And she can’t care less about customer satisfaction. If you were short-staffed then say so, human error happens, don’t make it sound like it was my fault. I hate incompetence and more so, dishonesty!!

Dr. Montgomery and her staff are very competent and friendly. She had me trial with quite a few contacts to ensure maximum comfort and visibility. The office is also clean and the area is nice. I highly reccomend dr Montgomery and enclave vision.

About a year ago I went to this store to find a specific pair of glasses. After About 2 weeks they literally fell apart at no fault of the store, but of the manufacturer. Enclave Eye Associates were nice enough to refund the difference between those and another pair I had picked out and re cut lenses for the new frames. Joe is super helpful and friendly no matter how long it took me to pick out my frames. I will drive out of my way next time to use them again. A+ customer service.

Love this place! I completely mixed up a appointment date and showed up with my 5-year-old Autistic son a day earlier than the appointment was supposed to be. My son starting having a tantrum because he was ready for his eye exam (we had checked books out at the library to prep him for it and everything!) Dr Hengst was doing eye exams at a daycare all afternoon, but agreed to come and do my sons eye exam, even though I was the one that messed up. I am beyond grateful!

She was extremely accommodating to our busy schedules (attorney and private wealth manager) and made the appointment effortless on our part. My wife and I are incredibly pleased to have found Dr. Hengst, and we expect to enjoy her office for all our future needs. She has even arranged for our newborn son to have his first eye check in the upcoming months! All in all, having recently returned to the Memorial neighborhood, we spent hours researching visions care providers and were incredibly satisfied when it paid off upon our arrival at Enclave Vision Associates. I do not often take the time to write reviews, however, due to the exceptional care and service I experienced from Dr. Hengst and her staff I felt compelled to comment. Shortly before the holidays I needed attention for a severely irritated eye, without a regular optometrist or ophthalmologist I made several calls to other facilities, and was met with the typical unhelpful responses from staff that did not sound interested in my condition or urgency of my concern.Fortunately my next call was to the team at Enclave Eyecare. The lady who answered the phone was sincere and seemed genuinely concerned about my call, she made the extra effort to fit me in to an already full schedule, plus made the additional effort to call my primary care doctor to assist in getting the referral arranged to minimize my co payment for the visit.Dr. Hengst professionally diagnosed and provided treatment which resolved the problem within a short window. In addition, she indicated that I could contact her over the Christmas weekend if necessary, furthermore, one of the staff members called me the following day to check on my progress. This is the type of genuine care and professionalism that is lacking in many of our services in medical and other fields. Bravo to Dr Hengst and her outstanding team, my family will make her practice our preferred place for any and all eyewear and eye care needs moving forward.

Just reply owners response: Your form will only take me less than 5 mins to finish it. With a appointment reschedule I have to change me rest week schedule and leave early another day. I respect appointment and everybodys time, but things should be flexible also I am not seriously late. As a service provider, do you have to restrict your appointment time like this? in college, the professor has 15 mins to be in the classroom.bad appointment restriction. I am 15 mins late for my appointment, but I try my best to be their location within rush hour just for a pair of glasses and they said they have to reschedule my appointment. I have never been a clinic which has this kind of time restriction, I ask them if anyone be there on time, will the doctor see them on the exact appointment time, they said they will try their best, that means they might not, then why have the restriction for customer. it is the first time I try to be that place, but I dont think I will give another try. so advice, unless you are right in front their door, you might get rescheduled.

I had my annual vision exam with Dr. Hengst on 04/15 (I wear glasses). This was my first visit to Enclave Vision so I did not have a set expectation in mind. As soon as I walked-in I immediately felt welcomed. Dr. Hengst and her staff were courteous and professional at all times; they made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. During my examination Dr. Hengst answered patiently all the questions I had around my vision, including the options of having lasik surgery or to buy progressive lenses. In her answers Dr. Hengst never pushed for a particular treatment or a more expensive option, instead she focused in what was the best fit for me. I loved her candidness and was very impressed with her professionalism! I will definitely recommend Dr. Hengst to my family and friends!
