This is my first time to visit this place. The office is fascinating. I just did the eye exam and was told that they will call me when the new glasses are ready.

Today I was extremely disappointed that Visionworks at Stone Park does not exercise the proper sanitation of glasses after customers have tried them. The supervisor on duty said I should put the glasses back on the general shelf and they will sterilize it later. I find that very disturbing that they do not have a system to separate glasses previously tried to prevent cross contamination. If they have glasses previously tried on by someone who may be COVID-19 positive there is a strong possibility that someone else maybe infected due to either lack of concern for customers or simple being lazy to separate clean from used glasses. Visionworks at Stone Park, you got an F in my book for helping to minimize the spread of COVID-19. After being a loyal customer of Visionworks for over 10 years, now I have to go hunting for another optical shop that put the safety of their customers first.

Medicare patients get bad products. After a $600($200 my part) set. My lenses had chips from being dropped. Instead of replacing they just put them through. Now I have a wound on my eyebrow from sharp edge of lens. Either poor quality control or no care for low-income patients.

Everything was great. I was very satisfied with the service.

These people are awesome! I called needing emergency contacts and they were able to help me out, will definitely be switching eye doctors. Very grateful they did not hesitate in helping me after spending hours calling places around Houston.

This place is no longer the warm, CLEAN environment it used to be when Ms Emma worked there. I have no idea how the owner allowed her to move on. Emma has the experience, professionalism, friendly and “whatever it takes” attitude to make sure you as a customer is satisfied. She treated this place as if it were her own home! Very disappointed that she no longer works for Visionworks! Goodbye Felicia! 🙁🙁☹️

I entered into VisionWork store 5866 E. Sam Houston Pkwy N. Ste A. Houston TX 77049,01-13-21 @ 2.25pm. Due to policy I was told to wash my hands and get my temperature checked before shopping for new eyewear. I agreed that I was only waiting on my spouse who was shopping for new pair of eyewear, so I said I will wait outside in my car. This policy should be for all customers who enter VisionWork. My car was parked at the front door parking, and I seen the next customer go into VisionWork was not checked for Temperature also did not wash their Hands.I was treated rude and disrespected.

Just left there today and they are following strict guidelines and protocols to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 to customers and to keep us all safe. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I got my glasses adjusted and cleaned in less than 10 minutes. In and out! Thank you guys very much for making this a safe and enjoyable experience.

I drove from Webster to go to this one, because of the level of care and attention and professionalism that Nancy gave. Top notch experience.

Walked in to have a prescription filled after my eye appointment. I was greeted at the door by Calvin, very hands on and explained all of my benefits provided by my insurance. Allow me the time to look around the store to pick which frames I liked without being hassled. Calvin also helped me in picking the best frames that fit my face, which was a huge help. He then explained all my discounts that my insurance covered and paid for, paid for my glasses and it only took 10-15 minutes for them to make my glasses. Very satisfied, I highly recommend coming here, best customer service when it comes to purchasing eyewear.

Came here in search of glasses after insurance didn’t come through, and they help you with deals as much as possible. Half off frames, buy one get one half off, and they DO NOT BOTHER YOU! I was able to look around for what I wanted until I was ready without the harassment. Really recommend this place!

This is one of the most friendliest, hip, and cooperative optometry Ive been too. Ive been to at least 5 different optometry locations and this one is such an amazing location the staff is chill, happy, but most importantly honest especially in helping me with what product I can get for a good price. They helped me build confidence with certain styles that may be good for me and I looked like I was glowing in mirror. To anyone seeing those. Come here.Whats awesome is that it took 15 minutes to get my pair!! No 7 day wait like other places!!To kill time there are lots of food locations around here like Chic-fil-a and chipotle which is a plus.Thanks Vision works for a memorable experience.

I use to love going here but every since Nancy has gotten there I’ve hated every experience. She is very rude and pushy. She does not listen and wants things done her way. I am the customer and I am paying for a service, not her. Something needs to be done about her attitude before they lose a loyal customer.

The lab Supervisor Juan came through for me. I was in a crunch and needed my lens switched from my broken glasses to my new frames. OMG!!! I am too happy and Kimberly was amazing as well. Very polite and helpful ❤️❤️

Came in around closing time, Emma and jasmine stayed late to help me pick out lenses and frames. They thoroughly explained the differences in prices and quality and stayed 30 later then closing time. I recommend this location and my gold stamp on it

Glasses got chewed up the morning of the day I was going to the big concert! Luckily Ms. Emma helped me out getting ahold of my insurance, and even gave me some temporary contacts so I could still have SOME vision! Live two hours away, but still choose to use this location.

Customer service is excellent. We were able to get our glasses in under an hour. We would definitely recommend their services.

Great experience at this visionworks...Emma has a great personality and also greets patients upon arriving to store. Emma is very knowledgeable and assisted me with purchasing the perfect glasses along with providing to options that were important for me to have on my lenses. And when I picked up my glasses I did get a cloth & small bottle of lense cleaner to clean my glasses. This is a great place to go and make sure you ask for Emma because you will have a great experience with her.

Wouldnt say this if not true... bought my progressive lenses here and received the eye exam about 2 years ago, and was the best experience Ive ever had at a eyeglass store. Reading the negative reviews here only reflect the persons inexperience with the process of buying glasses. As a property manager for 10.5 years, I can give these employees a solid thumbs up for great customer service!

Literally left my sons eye doctor with his glasses prescription at 5pm. Walked into Visionworks at 530pm, and handed them the glasses prescription. Son, (7yo) picked out two frames. Twenty five minutes later, we walked out WITH HIS NEW GLASSES IN HAND!!!! AMAZING!!! I WOULD RATE A 10!!!

Ingrith was wonderful. I spoke with her on the phone and she was professional and knowledgeable. When we we in the store everyone was friendly and there was no hounding. Ingrith offered other products but was not pushy and gave us the special offer without us having our prescriptions yet. Will definitely keep coming back here for my familys eye wear.

Went in on Friday to get new glasses there were 5 employees working. No one acknowledged me when I walked in and no one ever said they would be right with my if needed any help or hello. My wife and I have been there in the pasted but I will never go back. I was there for about 15 or 20 minutes and no one helped me b4 I finally walked out. Some of them were with other customers however someone couldve said something to help me. They have lost two customers forever.

Ok, so, several years ago I went in with a janky pair of prescription sunglasses because the screw kept falling out. A Visionworks employee fixed that issue for me, for free! I told myself when I needed new glasses that I would be back here. Jump to last week and I needed new eye glasses. I stopped in and looked around for a while. We all know it is difficult to find the perfect frame. Luckily Ingrith and Jasmin were able to help me out. I was told my new glasses would take about 10 days to arrive. They arrived less than a week later, much to my pleasure.Upon further investigation the next day, one of the pairs had a long scratch in a lens. A quick call, and they ordered replacement lenses at no cost to me, that they will pop in once they arrive. I was worried that Id have to buy a whole new lens, but they took care of me again.Ive had a great experience here shopping and purchasing eye glasses and I would highly recommend.

Today I was very excited about finding a new pair of glasses with my spouse. We went into this location hopefully to find what we were looking for, instead I left out with an uncomfortable feeling of never wanting to return. For one, no one greeted us upon arriving inside the store. We waited a couple of minutes before having to walk up to one of the specialist Emma, who wasnt um very pleasant. She stayed seated and look at us as if we were bothering her. But of course she is at work. I mean hello! So we go on with the process and she tells us we can take a look at the glasses. As I was looking at glasses she watched me the whole time any where I walk, me and my spouse. It made me feel so uncomfortable, I then thought I should hurry because she look impatient. It was by far the worst service I have ever had not to mention they gave me my prescribe glasses in a visionworks case, Im wondering if there was a case and maybe a complimentary glass cleaner spray and a cloth that came along with that? Walmart had a way better service. Only good thing I can say is that the varieties of glasses was excellent. But I wont be returning. Very disappointed

THE GLASSES ARE OVER PRICE AND ARE AWFUL. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND VISIONS WORKS TO ANYONE. MY SON GLASSES BROKE IN A MONTH. I DID BUY INSURANCE ON THEM SO HE GOT STUCK WITH THEM BROKE.ITS BETTER GOING WALMART THE REPLACEMENT IS FREE.

This place is simply Awesome! I was in desperate need of a replacement pair of glasses for my daughter who lost her glasses ay camp (and was still at camp... Semi blind! lol) and no other place seemed to be able to help me. Then I called Visionworks and spoke with Ingrith. This beautiful young lady went Above And Beyond! Not only did she make all the needed arrangements and had both pairs of glasses ready within TWENTY MINUTES, she advised me on and how to get a Great Deal! I stumbled onto this place out of need but, I will return from here on out.Also, Emma also assisted as well as Jazmin. All these ladies know what they are doing hands down! Excellent costumer service, extremely knowledgeable and... They are easy on the eyes lol (see what I did there... Lol)
