They took their time answering all my questions and showing me their vast selection of items! And they have a huge selection of items! Been here multiple times. Theyre always stock and have knowledgeable staff. The prices are fair and reasonable. The owner (Asian cashier?) greets every one with a genuine smile and is very friendly. Kudos 👍!!!

My 1st time here and customer service was great. My only issue was I had just purchased too much of my item and returned it same day. I was not given a refund but instead offered store credit. I do not live nearby and definitely did not want store credit. That was very disappointing

The owner here is very nice and knowledgeable! Clearly not racist like most other beauty supply stores. The employees there are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. You get a 10% discount for using cash and he has very reasonable priced products. Customer service here is great! I go out of my way to come to him.

Im surprised Ive never been to the beauty supply store before but I can tell you they got them a loyal customer they are very respectable they not one of those walk around the store rude nothing you know they help you they got very affordable prices beautiful hair they even have new hair. I havent even seen the other stores the customers front-end cash register was very nice the ladies in the store attending me in a very effective and Kiger Manor 2 / 4 I would recommend in store Im more once a week shopping
