My new favorite store. They always have some sort of sale. Im loving my new lip liner thanks to Ebony, she is awesome and she is very informative, knew exactly what I would like.

This is the first time Id step into this place. Normally I have bought the brand at Walgreens or CVS. The staff are super friendly and continued to ask for help while trying out different products. They even recommended a great highlighter. I will be back to buy more!

Never tried their products before, but heard lots reviews online about it so I decide to go try on their products since all the other store who carries it dont have testers.Their collections are huge, colors are vibrant, but even if its new store its still not very clean and well organized. Lots of their tester products are broken inside, cant find the applicator for the lip glasses.Their sales are not very attentive, no one ever come to me to check if I need any help the entire time I was there. I would think since they try to extend their line into a higher end location they will bring the service in a higher level, but they didnt.The price for most products are very inexpensive, the pigmentation for most of the products that I tried are pretty good. But I think I can get it somewhere else for the same price and quality.Very disappointed, I was really hoping for a better service and more knowledgeable sales to educate me on their products.

Awesome service. Very friendly staff. I was looking for a specific shade of red matte eyeshadow and the staff helped me and dug through her drawers till she found it. Another staff member helped me with choosing a good mascara because Im picky with the texture. Then at checkout they were both super sweet and had me download their app and I was able to get a free lip pencil for the promotion they had going on along with everything else I bought. I will definitely be back and will be spending my money here.

I am over a group of girls at a high school, and this year the make up look given to me by the captains was all NYX which meant that I need one of each product for 17 girls, and luckily when I called this store they were able to completely help me. With in the span of 24 hours they were able to get me everything I needed and had it ready for me when I went to pick it up. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Hi, Me and my wife went their and that sales associate Aisha help us buy eyeshadow and even gave me that tutorial she was very nice and helpful, love the place and selection will definitely recommend to our friends.

I went in there yesterday and the salesperson named Mirian was AMAZING. Not only did she greet me with the upmost customer service she was beyond friendly. I’m from California so going here definitely made me feel welcomed in this city!!! Believe me when I say she deserves 5 stars!!!

Great customer service & products. I am a 40+ woman with not so perfect skin and have been using very expensive products from Sephora for years. Im tired of spending $70 every time I run out of foundation. I got a makeup consultation on walk-in and got a full face makeover and love all the products. I spent $80 on 8 items with free gifts and recommend this to anyone who is tired of the trial and error of drug store colors/products or the cost of other name brands out there.

Hi me and a couple of my friends went to NYX and the worker aisha was so sweet and showed me how to do my complexion super quick and was very thorough. If you stop by at the store ask for aisha, shes very cooperative and knows what shes talking abt!!

Spent 15 mins in this store never again! I was excited to finally find a nyx store and not have to deal with shipping and finding out the color wasnt for me. I get in the store no greeting from the employees I just get evil looks like I am Satan for coming into their store. One employee is just doing her makeup not caring that I need help. Another employee is avoiding me pretending she is doing something at the register. I was the only person in the store I would expect a did you need help with something or are you finding everything okay? But nope. And I have worked in customer service before I know good and bad service. Definitely my last time going in there. I quickly took my ass to sephora where I was greeted and helped AS SOON AS I WALKED IN!

This store has very helpful staff, every makeup option, and it’s clean.

Very disappointed with their customer service, I called to book an appointment and they told me to go online to book, so I did and the next day I get an email of a cancelation of my appointment, I book it again and it gets canceled again so I called the store to see what is going on and I get told that my appointment is accepted and everything is ok, I double checked with the lady because I have an important event that same day and she confirms that I will have my appointment. A few hours later I get another cancelation notice because their make up artist decided not to show up! Very inconvenient for the customer. I definitely won’t go to NYX for my make up needs!

This shop is such a cool idea. Those of us who buy nyx products randomly at Cvs or local grocery store know what gamble when we pray and hope we picked a good one. This my friends takes all those anxieties away. The store set up reminds me of mac without the overbearing attitude and pretentiousness. I like that I have full discretion to play around with all I mean ALL of the nyx products. I have never bought anything here yet but if you happen to be strolling around the galleria and have a few nyx product already in your makeup stash definitely stop by this store.

You get alot for your buck. The sales rep was very helpful, I will be back.
