Customer service was exceptional. The gentleman behind the counter let us know upon entering that he would be happy to remove any product from packaging for us to see. Even though they did not have the exact product we usually use they were quick with a recommendation to replace that product. I would highly recommend these knowledgeable and courteous employees at this location. Cheers!

I wish I had read through these low star reviews before purchasing at this store. I bought an item for over $200 at this store and upon using it one time it seemed defective. I went back to the store 4 days later and when I tried to talk to the employee about the problem he was extremely hostile and yelled at me about health codes. Save your time and your anger and do not shop here. This store front gives the chain a bad name.

I have visited this location multiple times, and never left disappointed. Great selection, and absolutely amazing service! Paige took excellent care of me, answered all of my questions, and displayed nothing short of exceptional professionalism which is rare these days. I called to ask about any dancer shoes if they had them, Miss Kelly went above and beyond to check if they had my size and what kind of platform it was including the length size.She was super attentive and very kind .Kelly also continued to use the right terminology throughout the wholeConversation and made the call very simple, easy and super worth calling the store. You don’t get good customer service on the phone these days and Miss Kelly was great!!!!Def ask for Her !She needs an award for her care -& customer service skills!

This place is awesome! Great selection, nice layout, open late, ample parking, etc. Most importantly, the staff is amazing! I was helped primarily by Daniel, who mustve taken about 6 toys out of boxes for demonstrations; he went over the specs of each and included feedback hed received on each model to help me make my choice. He was all smiles and patience on top of being a font of knowledge. Even the two employees (Jennifer and Chris) who werent helping me that much were pleasant, smiling and saying hi. Id definitely go there again.

Came to the store, the attendants immediately asked from 20 ft away what do I want. I said I want poppers and they insisted they are illegal in Texas. My friend bought them 3 weeks ago but the shop assistants were extremely rude.

They had a wide selection of exotic stuff. You can find many things to try out with your spouse. Also, the cashiers were helpful even if you went in and told them your budget.

They upsold us in a product that doesnt fit, and wont let us return it. Just purchase from the adam and eve website instead of the store, they have a 90 day 100% return rate. Otherwise you will waste $120, instead of the $70 we intended to spend on the original product. I am sure they make money from commission, so at least our sales rep. Came out of the deal satisfied.

I purchased a product from this location and in 4 uses and less than 2 weeks later it literally fell apart. Then there was a rattle inside the item and it turned on by itself and sporadically (not turning on when I tried to turn it on). The next day I go to the store and before I could describe the situation, John the employee at the counter interrupt me and said there was nothing he could do to help me because it is a novelty item. I insisted on some form of reimbursement and told him what happened. He said that there is nothing he can do to help me and suggested that I should let it go because I both a less expensive item. I asked him I should have expected it to break because I bought a cheaper item, and he answered with pretty much. I still insisted on some form of consideration for the situation and he called his manager. After speaking with me manager he told me to go to the items company and deal with them to see what the items company can do for me.
