Hilltop definitely has a very large and broad selection of slabs to select from. Many beautiful exotics and just about something to please everyone. The disappointment was the customer service. We arrived at 9am and there were no others to be waited on. The man showing us our slabs and orchestrating them to be moved about by his guys was obnoxious and rude. He made my client, contractor and myself feel like we were an imposition. He was argumentative regarding the slabs all looked the exact same. The ones we were looking at were actually very different in variation when we finally convinced him to move the slabs for us to view. So odd, as a designer Ive never encountered this kind of rudeness at a place like this in the past. We ultimately decided not to buy here and it was in part due to the service. Ive added photos because even though the service was so rude, they do have good selections. Hopefully he was just having an off day.

I am a very happy customer! Everyone especially Victoria at Hilltop was very very helpful .. she spent a lot of time showing me the slabs and giving me all the information I needed to know. Everything from the moment I stepped in till my contractor received the slabs was great. I will definitely recommend Hilltop to all everyone.

Scintillating collection!! Absolutely amazing find for anyone remodeling or designing your house. Mega facility with multi- mega rows after rows of natural and crafted stones. A visual treat to be physically present at Hilltop Granite. The staff is courteous and efficient. Truly a five-star experience to do business with them. Kudos Hilltop!!!

Hilltop has amazing showroom/ warehouse and the customer service is second to none. The pricing is very fair and competitive but the main reason I keep going back is the level of customer service. The rep I deal with is Alex and he bends over backwards to accommodate me and my clients. Equally as important is the quality of their product, which is absolutely one of the best in town. Thats saying alot considering the amount of competition in Houston.

We worked with Anissa and she was very friendly and helpful. She took her time. We did not feel rushed and we were able to pick out the perfect piece of granite for our kitchen. Ryan also accompanied us and he was very friendly as well. I would give them more that 5 stars if I could.Unfortunately I had to take off the stars. We had a piece of granite on hold and they swore that they would not sell it without contacting us. When we were ready for it, they had sold it. We were told by at least two people this would not happen. When it happened, we placed a call to the manager and he said he would find out how it happened, see if he could locate a piece like it from Dallas and get back to us. Three weeks later, we have not heard from them. So disappointed in this company, I should take away all the stars. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company!

Alex was a Gem. He took the color group we wanted and found the Most Awesome slabs White Pearl Quartzite!Gorgeous! Could not have done it without his assistance. Selection. Care. Durability. He made it comfortable for us to move forward with the purchase.

I never do any reviews but I felt like I needed too this time! My husband and I are having to rebuild from hurricane Laura. We took a trip to Houston from Lake Charles and we met Nick. Nick was extremely helpful and patient with us. The warehouse is huge, clean and the lighting was just right to give the idea of what it will look like in your home! Great showroom. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon and were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Easy ‘Sign In” with sanitizer and wipes available. HUGE showroom of all types of stones; granite, quartzite, marble, and porcelain. The space is very well lit which helps in seeing the differences and true colors! Thank you for a great visit!

I cannot recommend Hilltop, and especially Suzette Arcos, highly enough! My wife and I had spent hours and hours over several days looking at other places for countertop material for our kitchen renovation when we just happened to drive by Hilltop. I was mentally done for the day, having not found something we both REALLY liked, but my wife insisted that we turn the truck around and head back to Hilltop. And I am so glad we did! We explained to Suzzy our dilemma and what our tastes were, and literally within 10 minutes, she had us both drooling over a beautiful slab of Quartzite.
