I had the best experience at this store when I dropped by for the first time 3 weeks ago. The store was beautifully displayed and so organized...it was like a colorful candy shop! I was greeted by Jeffrey who informed me of their annual factory to table sale. He was so friendly and helpful showing me the different sales selections in addition to answering all my questions. It is a small store but I was there for quite some time looking at everything. Needless to say, I left with several great items. They have a good inventory with many retired colors all top notch quality. Thank you so much Jeffrey! I’m enjoying cooking with my Le Creuset!

Agree that Virginia could be more welcoming and attentive and showing more interest in clients & product being sold.Product availability in store wasn’t great either, but this I attribute to “the times” ...

I only recently found out that this location is an outlet store! So now whenever I am looking for anything Le Creuset, I go to this store first. Jeffrey is always so friendly and helpful. He answers my questions by text or by phone call :-) He even sends photos or videos of items I am interested in. Once while at the store, I found out that every now and then, they hold zoom virtual demos. I have attended a couple of Virginia’s zoom demos where I not only get to see what’s new at the store; I also get an additional discount for certain items for attending the zoom.

Came in to buy new kitchen items for my new home but after about 3 minutes in the store I decided to buy them elsewhere. Not due to the prices or selection but due to the customer service I received from Virginia. Absolutely horrible attitude and not helpful at all. It’s amazing how she landed a job in customer service and even more amazing that it was at a store like this. Very tragic to see such a reputable brand being represented in such a horrible way. I guess if your trying to send people to other locations it’s working, because it looks like I’m far from the first person to have this experience at this location.

Horrible customer service from Virginia. Went in with my fiancé planning to furnish a kitchen for my mother in law as a gift and ended up leaving due to the customer service. Upon entering the store, instead of being greeted we were told “y’all have a reservation somewhere else?(Assuming she was referring to a popular breakfast spot down the strip) Because if so we don’t got the time for that.” After being told this, she immediately turned around and went behind the counter. This was all we needed to hear and immediately left the store.

Cheryl was friendly and kind enough to let me inspect all items before purchase. She did not push me to buy more products in any harsh way. She even helped carry some of the purchased items (pasta bowls, stir fry pan and some smaller accessories) and stood by the road side with me while waiting for my Uber to arrive! How sweet! And the sales are unbeatable. Just wish they had more colors. Hope to come back again!

Customer service was seriously lacking being the only customers in the store. The store clerk was not welcoming upon us entering, rude and quite frankly seemed annoyed with us. We were ready to buy a few items, however I chose not to spend my money here due to her lack of customer service skills. I see a few other reviews of the same experiences. I DO NOT recommend this store location and I definitely will not be returning. Going to try the Cypress location as the reviews are MUCH BETTER!

I don’t know what some people are talking about. Virginia was the absolute best during my visit.

Love this location! Amazing colors and prices here. The ladies here are so helpful with a smile. Each and every time I shop here of course I over spend but each piece is well worth it. I will be back for more great customer service and pieces.

We will definitely not coming back in this location. My husband and I were ready to spend some money today but the lady that was in the register doesn’t show interest of selling. She was busy writing something at the register and did not recognize us. Bad customer service. It’s understandable if she’s busy helping other customers but sad to say we are the only customer in the store. We left right away. Patronizing business like this is a waste of time and money. Sad....

I absolutely love this store and the staff is awesome! Jeffrey has been such a wonderful help every time Ive gone in, as well as on the phone. Its fantastic to have such a great place to go and get one of my favorite brands from.

Small store but the selection is abundant.Very helpful staff. Read reviews about poor customer service but that was not the case with my experience.

I rarely write reviews, however, the customer experience that I received here was so subpar I felt it necessary to share. The attendant had zero interest in talking to me even though I was the only customer in the store. Any question I asked was answered with an abrupt short response in a manner as if I was disturbing the store by asking simple questions about their products and availability. Highly recommend purchasing their products elsewhere if you can.

The store is small but neat that has so much good stuff there. However no surprise why the shop is so quiet and despite I went there couple of times, there are almost no visitors there. The sales lady over there is extremely rude, doesnt show any interest of selling, even when you called trying to get information before driving there, she is the rudest person I ever talked with!!! Cannot imagine why @Le Creuset would let the store to be managed by such rude lady that does not have any sales skill at all. No respect to customers, no interest of showing the new products or answering any questions. I have visited so many Le Creuset outlet stores in different states, different city, they are all very nice but this one is extraordinary unpleasant experience!!

Amazing deals but absolutely garbage customer service! Even Chanelhas better service than this!We visited the store on Aug 15 as we were in the area. The sales associate told us that they only allowed two people in the store, so of course we complied and waited outside in the Houston heat until her customers were done. That was fair, theyre being extra cautious during this time.But when we got in, she just went back to her registrar and asked if we had an appointment and we said no we didnt and I was sorry(Im Canadian) and asked if it was okay to continue browsing. She goes back to ignoring us. I asked her for the price of the stock pots, she tells us the price of only one of the sizes and then doesnt tell us the other, she showed no interest in selling to be honest.We were only there for 5 mins after waiting outside for 10 mins, but the entire time we could tell she was super annoyed at us for being in her presence. I honestly wanted to buy a few things since they had amazing colors and even better prices, but my boyfriend was so appalled by her attitude that he wouldnt let me.The experience ends with her telling us you dont have an appointment for today and my next appointment is here, you need to leave. Will not be returning unfortunately!

I think its probably good that I didnt know this store existed before today, as I would have visited too many times and spent far too much money. Gorgeous, high quality goods at some pretty decent prices because this is the outlet store and a lot of things are discounted. Whether you choose for the beauty or the functionality, youre going to win here.
