I came into this store as a non-dancer parent of a child who is about to start dance classes. It’s intimidating to purchase the right clothes and shoes. At first, I went to Amazon and was quickly discouraged by friends to purchase online. One recommended this store and I’m so glad she did. Anastasia greeted me when I came in and immediately was attentive to helping us in a natural way. She gave us tips and was the perfect staff member for our first time there. If you are looking for dance clothes and shoes, I highly recommend this store and we will be back!

Never again. We had a great experience getting my sons dance essentials til the register. I was going to pay when my son was eyeing their toys there by the register. The register lady who helped us earlier tells my son. Oh, you want it? Which one? Here I give it to you! I am like OK? So in all our minds I think. Ok. She is gifting to him? Well after he choses which one. She takes it and then rings it up? I was like, Didnt you say free? No response. So not wanting to disappoint our 4 year old. After what she said to him about gifting it to him, I bought it. Using the customers children into thinking your gifting them free gifts and then charging them after. Is not the way to conduct business. I am disappointed because this was the place I came to for years when my older sons did dance and recommended to all. Now forget it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is hands down the best dance store for all dance fashion everything dance. They also have the bad best point shoe fitter in town Juata. Diana and Sonya or on top of the game. Do you need anything for dance this is a place to go highly recommend it stop in and let them make your day the way they made my day

Fast service. A small store but they give you individualized attention. A bit pricey. If you cant find dance accessories anywhere else, this will be your last stop because we got all the quality accessories for ballet dance needs here.

I had a great experience there. I forgot her name but she’s the older woman in the back who does a lot of fitting and she took my daughter as of it was one of grandkids and got her everything she needed for dance. My daughter tap pair messed up but I just called and they welcomed me to come back and exchange them out no problem... I will definitely be using them in the future

The ladies were very helpful in finding me something for my performance tonight. However, there weren’t a ton of options if you are a size 14. Not too surprised but if possible having a larger selection for women size 12+ would be great.

My daughter got some shoes here for her theater group and the staff was really nice and helped us find the right pair. Also reasonably priced.

Great store I love the staff and how diligently they work to make your experience with them the best it can be. They bend over backwards to make sure they have what you need and if they dont have it they can surely make sure to order it . Will be customer for my dance students for a good while!

Great dance store, has everything AND the kitchen sink. They also went above and beyond for me when we came in. They didnt have the shoes we needed in stock, but made sure to call around to find us what we needed!

Great to find all your dance items

I walked out immediately after their rude employee insulted me. I went in specifically to buy tap and ballet shoes for my child and she just sat and stared at me... Or slowly answered my questions half way. I asked for a specific brand of tap shoe, I knew what I was interested in. Then she proceeds to accuse me by my body language I I looked hesitant of just going in to try on and walk out. They charge a $10 fee to try on if you dont purchase.I had a 16 month old I was trying to keep off of their stool and bar and trying to get my daughter to sit down to try on shoes. I specifically asked for a brand of tap shoes. She didnt do much to help in any of my questions., but short one worded answers and SITTING. NEVER have I felt so uncomfortable and insulted in a store before. There were 2 other customers in there. It was not busy.I had every intention of buying shoes and leotards today and now I have left angry and annoyed I wasted my time. I let the manager know and she didnt even offer to help me herself. Nor to have the girl apologize for the way she talked to me. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS.
